This was one of the best hotels and my family appreciated the warm hospitality with friendly people, coffee/tea station, great breakfast, and cleanliness. The pool/hot tub and gym areas were nice to enjoy along with a welcome home type atmosphere with great cookies and snacks. We stayed at this hotel spur of the moment because of the snow storm and we were thankful for coming across this hotel that we actually stayed another night.

Overall everything was ok I guess. Mediocre breakfast at best. Rooms are standard, kind of outdated and run down. The only reason I am writing this review is because I want other families to be aware. The location is kind of sketchy. The people and events that my small children were exposed to were less than ideal. There were people yelling obscenities in the parking lot at each other. A female yelling about how she didn’t get paid for the “services” provided. A man in the elevator decided to divulge his bedroom affairs that took place minutes before. Then late in the night a very intimidating individual came knocking on our door and when my husband answered it he just stood there saying nothing. My husband said wrong room and he walked away. This has nothing to do with the hotel itself or any indication of the hotels quality. We went to another hotel just for the piece of mind and because my kids were freakin terrified

I called directly to Hampton Inn at Longmont, Colorado at 850 S Main Street to make an eight day reservation. The female who answered the phone quoted a price. I questioned the rate online that was not with a third party versus what she quoted me. Very rudely, she came back saying "I am not lying". Is this the training Hampton teaches their employees on how to treat potential customers? When I called cooperate to log a complaint, I was told there was nothing they could do to help me and there was no supervisor to speak with as they do not provide that information to their employees. It was proof of the poor customer service training Hampton provides. Needless to say, I booked elsewhere where customers are treated with respect by employees with ethical values.

In a word, over charged. I made a reservation for 4 nights at 111 dollars a night. I was told there was a 50 returned deposit after checking out. Same as my previous stay. While I made the reservation I ask for the total including tax, deposit, so I could put that amount into my checking for the payment. I was told the total with all fees was 541 dollars. So I checked in. Two hours later I look at my bank app, and they were charging me 641 dollars. I ask why this happened and was told the deposit was 100 dollars. Still the math isn't adding up. The front desk could not explain this delema nor would they honor the reservation originally made. I work to hard for my money for other folks to play games with it. I decided to just leave. I will not be going back there again. The money is not so much the issue as is the business practices. They lost a customer. J. Hoots

The staff is VERY helpful and friendly. I had a reservation mix-up (with a third party booking company, not the hotel) and the staff went above and beyond to take care of us. They did a great job! The place is modest, clean and comfortable. I'd definitely stay again.

We were very impressed with the cleanliness, hospitality, and complimentary breakfast here. Definitely a much better stay than we’ve had at other hotels this year that cost way more. Our room was pretty large and the bed was comfortable, I feel like this place was a great deal. Staff was very friendly too. A short enough drive to RMNP as well which was the purpose of our trip.

I stay here on a regular basis. There are many hotels in the world, but there are few who have such amazing staff who regularly go out of their way to ensure their clients have an amazing experience. Every time I’m here I notice the effort that they put in to making every client feel welcome and comfortable. In addition the rooms are reasonably spacious, and always clean, and there is a pool with a hot tub. Hot tub works and is decently warm. At the price point this is definitely the best hotel in Longmont.

Had to stay here several nights. Despite being right off of Highway 287, it was surprisingly quiet. Yes, there was the occasional loud motorcycle, but I was impressed that it wasn't loud on the whole. The room was quite nice and it felt ultra-clean. They had a glass shower, and not a sign of water spots. A/C kept me nice an cool. The included breakfasts are nice, but nothing too special. But I had no complaints other than I missed bacon day. 😅 Staff were very nice as well. Glad I stayed here.

We stayed here while visiting family and we will definitely be back. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and a little different every day, which I loved! The Southwest omelet was my favorite. The staff was so friendly and made sure we had a good experience. Thank you!

Very clean room with comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Decent breakfast options with eggs, meat, potatoes, waffles, oatmeal, juice coffee/teas. Good location to variety of restaurants. Only negative was $75 pet fee for our 10 lb dog that was not indicated when booking online. We are rewards members ONLY because they say they are pet friendly. Would have been nice to know about their fee. Hasn't been issue in past for us. Don't label yourselves pet friendly then charge almost 50% the cost of a room. Should think about a pet deposit idea and refund depending on care of room after departure. Just a thought.

Pre checked in with 2 rooms near each other, traveling with family. Arrived at hotel to find one of my rooms was given out and only room available was an ADA room. Room stunk, had a broken blind and bathroom faucet. The evening clerk explained that she was not sure why my room was given away. I asked to have the owner call me. When he called it was clear he lacked customer service skills and had not researched the incident as he thought this was for a future stay. As he talked he got to the point that he realized he was out of touch. When I explained it was concerning a recent stay he said the classic “whatever “ then he proceeded to say I called you back to appease you??? Again he came across as totally unprofessional and uncaring. Bottom line the hotel’s cleanliness, maintenance and disrespectful owner should keep any Hilton member away!

This is a perfectly good hotel in almost every way, but in 2023 it's impossible for me to give more than two stars to an establishment still dispensing single-use plastics in such abundance. Trashing the planet to save a few dollars? Come on Hampton, you can do better than that.

It's smaller than the other HIs I've stayed at and it's the first motel I've stayed with a shower stall instead of a bath. Two options are to get into the stall and start the shower with cold water or turn on the water with the door open and get floor wet. But once inside it's good. The room was immaculate, the bed was luscious the breakfast was great - bacon, eggs and omelettes and other other stuff. I just needed a place to stay so I wasn't concerned with surroundings. It was quiet - my room was not on the street side.

Shocked to hear they use Tide detergent. The stuff is unbelievably toxic and full of cancer and endocrine disrupting chemicals that have been banned in Europe. Most modern hotels have switched to Ecolabs which is fragrance free and much healthier for humans and the environment. Tide is literally poison. I will never be staying here and subjecting my body to that detergent.

The staff was welcoming and attentive. The room was quiet, clean, and well-stocked. I slept well, which is rare considering I usually don't on my first night anywhere.
