traveling
with
family.
Arrived
at
hotel
to
find
one
of
my
rooms
was
given
out
and
only
room
available
was
an
ADA
room.
Room
stunk,
had
a
broken
blind
and
bathroom
faucet.
The
evening
clerk
explained
that
she
was
not
sure
why
my
room
was
given
away.
I
asked
to
have
the
owner
call
me.
When
he
called
it
was
clear
he
lacked
customer
service
skills
and
had
not
researched
the
incident
as
he
thought
this
was
for
a
future
stay.
As
he
talked
he
got
to
the
point
that
he
realized
he
was
out
of
touch.
When
I
explained
it
was
concerning
a
recent
stay
he
said
the
classic
“whatever
“
then
he
proceeded
to
say
I
called
you
back
to
appease
you???
Again
he
came
across
as
totally
unprofessional
and
uncaring.
Bottom
line
the
hotel’s
cleanliness,
maintenance
and
disrespectful
owner
should
keep
any
Hilton
member
away!
