DO NOT go to this place new owners. March 2020 I had an employee I was gonna have stay there I called they told me $307 for the week when we arrived they said the price was $410 plus tax we finally came to an agreement of $385 for a week she said I needed to sign something to check my email and it was a form todo a background check and credit check and wanted me to pay $50 todo it. I have great credit but was not about to let them put a ding on my credit to rent a room. This place was a joke. Never mind my employee needed a place for a month. Their loss but will never recommend them to anyone. I ended up finding a lot nicer hotel for $340 for a week. Absolutely horrible business management. I wish I could post a picture of their credit app to rent a room.

We stayed here 12/2020 in our 24 foot travel trailer. When we arrived around 9pm, the management had to ask a tenant to move their truck so we could pull our trailer into the absurdly cramped space. The hand drawn map of the property at the front desk was my first indication something was amiss. The next morning my wife tried to use the bathroom - The toilet was 'filled' with waste and the managements response was 'we currently have no one to fix it'. Awesome! I spoke with said management twice on the day we showed up, prior to our arrival. Why they didnt prepare for us, and then proceeded to walk around the park apologizing to everyone after we showed up as if we were some form of a problem is beyond logical understanding. If you have a time you dont want people showing up maybe you should communicate it to your potential customers, that would be ideal instead of portraying your customers as the issue. Talk about making someone feel unwelcome....this place excelled at that. Quaint is an absolutely misleading term for this place, along with all the posted pictures (they are not accurate whatsoever, there is a fifth wheel occupying the entrance for example). There is nowhere to park your car, let alone navigate your rig and the RV spots are tiny and cramped - you will be less than 10' from other people. That being said, the residents here were all extremely nice, good people from what I gathered. The management is a absolute joke - You couldn't pay me to stay at this place again. Nasty park, disgusting bathrooms, utterly unprofessional and extremely disappointing. The best part of our stay was when we pulled out of this property.

The staff are really friendly and helpful people. I stayed here for a few months with my 26 ft travel trailer. Internet is reasonably fast, power hookups are reliable, and the water tasted clean. I'll be back again for sure. People with bigger travel trailers may have issues with the size of the spots though.

This establishment has made some major improvements. We are working hard to fix the problems and upgrade the amenities. Unlike reviews from the past, there are no bed bugs in the rooms and the criminal activity has stopped.

We have been here since June of 2020. Through out the last couple of years, this little park has been home. The neighbors are nice. Nobody really bothers anybody. It's a very nice quiet little community in the middle of Longmont. Close to everything. The current manager Mindy, goes out of her way to make you feel comfortable. If you need a place to park your home on wheels, it is a home away from home.

In the middle of town right off main street is a great location. There is little parking. The staff is friendly and trying to keep it a safe clean place. The rooms have two nice queen size beds, a large couch and a nice little kitchen area with a dinning table and full size fridge and stove. Its not a bad place

I had a friend that stayed there and she was there for a week. She had spoken to a young man named Jordan about things that she had noticed wrong in her room and he had told her that he would get the things fixed the next day. While my friend was talking to Jordan, he was extremely rude to her. The toilet in her room had to have the water turned off after using it so it wouldn't leak and she had to use a space heater because the one in the room wasn't working. When she checked out the things that were wrong still wasn't fixed. The office staff was wonderful and very helpful. The woman recommended a great coffee shop just down the street. Because of the office staff my friend will be back. With the issues in the room she did everything to make my friend comfortable, she also apologized that they didn't get fixed.

Have lived here for over a year in our camper. Have had nothing but a great experience here at this historic location. We will be sad to leave. Rich is very helpful and attentive to any issues you may have. Spots are rarely available for campers so feel lucky if you do get in.

Very tiny and always full... rarely any vacancy. Service is nearly non existent. They do host a tiny home at the moment.
