A large group of family & friends recently stayed at this hotel during my Nephews Wedding weekend. The enthusiasm exhibited by Derian at the Front Desk upon our check-in was exceptionally welcoming. He was very accommodating when asked to put all of us in rooms that were close together. Nia was behind the Front Desk several days during our stay. Each time a member of our large party walked through the Lobby she greeted us by our names. It was absolutely remarkable that she remembered each & every one of us! I was the first in our party to check-out at the end of our stay. I was in the Lobby by 4:30am waiting for my Limo to the airport. Although breakfast didn't start until 6 or 7 am, Joe was at the Front Desk & was kind enough to offer me coffee, a bagel & fruit, to go, to ensure that I left for the airport having eaten something. This is a nice property with lovely, clean, rooms & great amenities but it's the staff that make your stay fantastic! The staff at this hotel are true service professionals. Our time here was an absolute pleasure!

This hotel has so much potential but decided to neglect routine maintenance. Bathroom has tons of broken equipment. Kitchen had no pots and pans. Room infested with ants. Crawling on kids feet and bedroom. Fix your issues and you can be a hotel that gets recommended.

The front desk woman, Julie, was incredibly unfriendly and wouldn't let me check in because we used my husband's Bonvoy account be cause he had the points and my account didn't, and Marriott won't let you merge. It was under my email, I had my ID, I have a Bonvoy credit card and I tried to change the name but it wouldn't let me. She said I should have called and I actually tried 3 times and no answer. She had me call my husband out of a work meeting and have him call the hotel so he could give me approval, as a 53 year old woman, to use his points. Worst customer service I have ever received and I travel a lot. DO NOT stay at this Marriott!!!

Priceline made a mistake after not rebooking our original reservation at a different hotel. The front desk staff were awesome in getting us a very last minute room when all of Longmont was booked solid. The front desk service was all around above and beyond. The room could use some tlc, but the service would make it or first choice in Longmont.

The good: Spacious rooms ALL the employees are super nice Comfortable beds The bad: Not the cleanest Super flimsy doors that people are slamming constantly Uncomfortable pillows Terrible lighting...they tried to compensate with tons of lamps...still not great Had black out curtains but there was a gap away from the window and let it a lot of light from the sign and parking lot lights particular room was close to parking lot and noisy. Breakfast the same everyday If you're staying for a night or two it's fine but longer than that probably go somewhere else, especially if you need sleep. It's newly remodeled but gives motel 6 vibes. Sometimes you just need to throw the whole thing away and start over. I hate the inconsistency of the Marriott brand.

I was pleasantly surprised by the room. It was clean and good size for our family of 4. Added bonus that breakfast was provided!

BE AWARE OF PARKING SURCHARGE. I've stayed at this hotel multiple times over the past 15+ years. I recently went to make a reservation and noticed that the hotel is now imposing a $5-per-day surcharge for parking. Really? This hotel is located in a suburban, car-dependent environment where I would estimate that 99% of the guests arrive in a vehicle and require parking. If the hotel needs to raise its daily rates, fine, but to offer one price and then tack on an "extra" fee that in reality affects the vast majority of clients is simply cagey and disingenuous. It really turned me off and I plan to stay at another (non-Marriott) hotel in the area that isn't trying to pull such nonsense. Interestingly, another suburban Marriott where I stay frequently (in a different state) tried to impose a parking surcharge a few years ago, and it lasted about 3 months before it was rescinded. I hope other long-term customers will join me in pushing back on this one.

As a long time customer of Marriot, I think I've reached the end of this relationship. My last stay at this hotel I was informed they now add a $5/day parking fee. I'm not sure what accountant at Marriot thought this was a good idea, but it just cost you a long term business class customer. If you need to raise you fees, than do so, but do not pull BS like this on customers. What's next....towel fee's?

Great and very helpful staff. Room was nice, good size and perfect for a family of 4. Would stay here again if the need arises.

As a frequent hotel guest in the Boulder/Longmont area I can state that this is hands down the worst hotel in the area. The staff all say 'Good morning' but without any sort of conviction: robotic and lackluster are words that come to mind. Our room was so dirty that my partner spent the better part of three hours spot cleaning the 2 living/sleeping rooms and another hour plus on the bathroom. The dishes and microwave were dirty, nothing had been dusted in weeks and one of the blankets had what looked like dry blood on it. When I brought the blanket down I was given a shrug and "It happens..." with no apology. I was treated as if I was out of line in asking for a clean blanket. Our little one and my partner were both sick this morning (perhaps due to the disgusting state of the hotel) when we were checking out this morning - I let them sleep as late as they could and then was threatened by the front desk that they would charge us for another night if we were out even a minute late... when we still had 15 minutes until checkout. I'll be in touch with their corporate office but I could not be less satisfied with the customer disservice provided there. Thoroughly unimpressed!

So I guess when a place isn't even a 1/4 full, they have no upgrades? No upgrades for Marriott bonvoy. No upgrades available for an upcharge. Rooms were fine. Again, I would have used points or $ for a better room. Yes, I'm going to keep reiterating this. Pretty dumb setup having to walk to the Courtyard Marriot for the fitness center, pool, and hot tub. Especially in Colorado winters. The location is decent 25 mins from Boulder, and there's plenty of dining options nearby. Still though a dozen cars in the lot yet we can't upgrade to a different room that's actually dumber then having to walk into a different hotel to use their facilities. These little 3, 3.5 star hotels all think they're the Westin or JW. However, the Westin or JW would upgrade the room without me having to ask.

The stay was very pleasant and calm. Well maintained rooms and complementary breakfast was good.
