I had a horrible experience back in 2009 but decided enough time had passed, my insurance changed so I needed to find a new doctor anyway, and that I 'd give them another chance. The next available appointment was 2 weeks out. I provided all of my insurance information at the time of making the appointment with no issue and then when I showed up for my appointment they informed me that they did not accept that type and had not for some time. What a time waster, including the 7 pages of medical history they had me fill out ahead of time!!!

I was scheduled for an appointment at 11 am. I showed up 15 minutes early and filled out the paperwork ahead of time. I sat in the waiting room for 60 minutes watching other parties come in and go who were obviously not scheduled. I nurse came out and asked the desk attendant' "has Mike been seen?" I replied admittedly annoyed "No!". She immediately had an attitude and I then sat in an office for another 20 minutes before I started to receive any care. Very frustrating and poor customer service. Go elsewhere

Dr.Jean Lu is the most compassionate and thorough primary physician I have had in my 62 years. She is knowledgeable and always responds to my concerns and questions. The office staff is pleasant and helpful. The waiting room is family friendly and set up for comfort. All offices/rooms have been clean and stocked.

Went in for an Endocrinology Appointment, and was informed the Endocrinology department was being shut down at this hospital. Diabetics beware of this place, they don't keep experts on staff anymore? Blows my mind a hospital is willing to remove an entire department that diagnosis, and keeps regular patients with a life time illness just second rate. Will defiantly think twice before ever using this hospital in future if not black listing it as a hospital choice if ever in a emergency situation.

Talk about fraudulent billing, I have never seen a place so blatantly corrupt to it patients. Centura Health will refuse to do anything about your ailments but will happily take your money. If you’re in need of treatment I would recommend literally anywhere else.

This is no longer part of the Centura Health Group. I'm disappointed they did not tell me this when I became a new patient in 2017- they were aware of the closure of the office but did not communicate. Fortunately I was able to continue seeing my doctor in a Niwot location. Not convenient, but better than looking for a new GYN.

Did not care at all for Dr. Cuervo, it was either her way or highway regarding the course of treatment that has worked for me over the last 30years. she insisted that she was going to fix what wasnt broken. My Primary Physician and My Psychologist agree with my course of treatment and both state no change needed. I will not be a guinea pig for Dr. Curevo. I would not recommend her.

The doctors are all straightforward and professional, yet friendly and supportive. The staff is polite and the process is the easiest and cheapest I've ever dealt with. My onky problem is that the Centura app is a bit finicky, but hey, that has nothing to do with this location.
