We should’ve known instantly, just to leave and try somewhere else. They were short staffed on Labor Day. We should’ve left then. We called specifically looking for chicken fried steak. The hostess said yes—it’s called southern fried chicken. FYI—that is NOT chicken fried STEAK. We should’ve left then. Hostess called me sweetie and baby—which I am neither. Should’ve left then. Mondays—hamburgers are $7.99, so we went that route. Should’ve left after 20 minutes. Almost 30 minutes later, they arrived. The first patty was edible, although well-done, not medium-well. Bacon was ok. My fried egg yolk was the right consistency, yet somehow they made the white part tough. We were going to get it to go, but the second patties (underneath the first) were totally inedible—rock hard and burnt to a crisp. Manager did comp meal and didn’t argue—His kindness is the only reason why this place is even getting two stars.

Decided to try Bubba's 33 today for the first time because we have heard rave reviews from a lot of our friends and family. I will have to say those rave reviews are definitely warranted. This restaurant has an amazing vibe and equally amazing food and drinks. We started with an appetizer big O' onion rings. They were amazing perfectly cooked and crispy. The best part is when you took a bite you didn't pull your onion out of the breading. That's a big Plus in my book because most places when you're biting you lose all your onion and your left with nothing but beading. It was served with some Bubba sauce that was absolutely delicious. For the main course we had one nacho mama pizza, one guacamole burger and one pasta dish. As for the pizza it is described on the menu as our bacon ground beef and refried beans topped with seasoned chicken cheddar cheese fresh jalapeno dices and zesty sour cream lime sauce. This pizza was amazing it had my taste buds dancing. Even though it had fresh jalapenos on it it was not spicy at all. The toppings were evenly distributed along the pizza and the crust was super thin. The only negative is I wish the crust wasn't so thin or that it was cooked a little longer because the center of the pizza crust was not cooked as much as I would have liked it to be. The bacon guacamole Burger was served well done and was delicious. The two beef patties were absolutely juicy and cook perfectly. Topping this burger was smoked bacon, guacamole, pepper jack cheese, lettuce, tomato and onion. This burger was served with a side of fries that we had loaded. Loaded fries were chopped with cheese bacon and ranch dressing. Another hit with the family. Chicken and parmesan pasta was the final meal ordered and it was just as delicious as the other two meals. As described on the menu breaded and golden fried chicken breast with melted mozzarella and provolone cheeses topped with marinara and served over twisted pasta with a side of garlic focaccia bread. When the plate first arrived it did seem like it was kind of dry and needed a little bit more marinara sauce. When the waitress came back to check on us she noticed the pasta and immediately brought over an extra side of marinara sauce. That was some great attention to detail by the staff. Also ordered Budweiser on draft and it was served perfectly chilled. We also had a mango lemonade and a standard sweet tea. This sweet tea wasn't as sweet as I had liked it to be but it still was tasty and refreshing. The mango lemonade was kid approved and she loved it. The kind wait staff actually brought over another type of lemonade for her to try and she loved it. Kelsey was the sweet young girl serving us this afternoon. She went above and beyond to attend to our needs and to make sure that everything we needed was given to us in a timely matter. She was very sweet and had a wonderful bubbly attitude towards her. The manager on duty was Tyler and he stopped by the table to welcome us as it was our first time and offered us a coupon for our next visit in a few other items. Now I must say this restaurant has awesome staff members working there. They were all smiling and all seem to be having a great time while serving the other customers in the restaurant. The restaurant was extremely full but the staff still worked hard and would Smiles on their faces to attend to everybody in a timely matter.

The service was great. It was my first time going. Had to go to longview and my daughter suggested we eat there. It did not disappoint. Everything was cooked right. Got a burger and fries and an adult drink. It was a place I will visit again.

WOW!!!!!! Bubba's was amazing!!!! From the upbeat friendly on top of their game staff to the atmosphere in the place..The food was served hot fresh and quicker than I was expecting especially being as busy as it was.. The beer was ice cold the food delicious, best restaurant we have been to in a while.. definitely glad we found this place and will be bringing friends back next time!!!!

Our server was nice and answered our questions. Food was very tasty. Loved all the big screens. Great atmosphere. Garlic knots SOOO good. Lasagna with their own sauce was also delicious. Fire fries are spicy, but could not stop eating them.

My husband and I are eating a late lunch at Bubba's 33. The busy restaurant is clean, and our waitress is friendly and attentive. It's cold inside the restaurant on this rainy August afternoon, due to the air conditioning being set low during rain and a "cold front". The unoffensive 1980s pop and rock music being played is a bit too loud for effortless conversation. Hubby is enjoying watching extreme sports on one of the TVs hanging throughout the restaurant. The Monday Madness special is: Any Burger $8.99. The burgers come with seasoned or fire fries and a pickle spear. Both hubby and I ordered customized Wild Shroomin' Burgers and seasoned fries. Hubby ordered his fries loaded. I ordered $4.00 Big Mo Mimosa special, and Hubby David ordered a bottomless wild strawberry lemonade. My mimosa was harsh-tasting but not undrinkable. It was served in a half-full wine glass, which is technically correct but not typically expected in a roadhouse-themed restaurant. The price was fair for the size. The burgers are outstanding, and the fries are good. The cheese on the loaded fries has a strong "jarred queso" taste that overpowers the other food. We won't order our fries loaded again. The restrooms are clean and stocked. However, the ladies room door is warped and doesn't shut completely. The large, free parking lot is clean, well-lit and well-maintained. Recommended!

Our first visit to Bubbas 33. It did Not disappoint! BEST! Sorry no pics of our onion rings, we scarfed them up as these were the best ones we have had. Staff super friendly. Manager, Aerial, stopped by to welcome us. Thank you for that. We will def be Back!!👏👏👏🍤🍔😃

Coming off the interstate for the night two thoughts were on our minds food and sleep.... The hotel we booked ended up being in the middle of the boondocks with some very suspicious looking restaurants nearby..... Worried about where to eat that our stomachs would survive we asked our front desk clerk and as he laughed and said if we had 40 minutes worth driving left in us to head to Longview Texas and we would find a greatly improved food row. And that lead us to.... BUBBA 33!!!!! This place is fantastic! Great menu Great Staff And.... Great FOOD. Our Server (MALEAH) was totally GREAT. She sold us on what we would like (upselling the whole time) Her attitude was by far one of the best we've run into in a long while. While we were enjoying our meal the Manager (Ariel) came by while doing his table greets. He was without a doubt very professional and he took the time to share his knowledge about the restaurant and then he shocked the daylights out of us by telling us we have three Bubba's 33 locations in Florida and one within an hour from our house.... This was a great stop.

The service during my visit here was outstanding. Our waitress, Elle was great from the first time she introduced herself and showed us around the menu and gave us some recommendations. 2 shift supervisors visited our table to ask how everything was and to thank us for visiting. It was our first trip and will definitely not be our last.

My wife and I decided to try Bubbas 33 for the first time in Longview and must say the service was amazing. Waitress was amazing, manager Mike brought us a cup with menu and coupons in it, being it was our first time there. Was totally blown away by the amazing service. The food was great and the price was not bad at all. We definitely have paid more at a fast food place and not get anywhere near the service A+++ all the way

Delicious food, great service and huge variety of dishes! Drinks are delicious and reasonably priced! Generous portions as well. I got a to go box and messed around and forgot it, so sad not to get round two but that was my mistake of course lol.

This was my first time here. I decided to sit in the bar area, but honestly, there were enough TVs that I could have sat anywhere. The service was top notch, Mary had the pleasure of taking care of me. I also had the pleasure of talking with Sydney and Hope, who were both fantastic. I started with the Shotgun Shrimp at the suggestion of Mary, and they did not disappoint. They came on a bed of crunchy goodness, and I didn't leave anything left. Next was the "Bacon Grind" Sunshine burger with PepperJack Cheese. The Bacon grind means they put chunks of bacon in the meat mixture. I saw some others complain about the meat being pink, but it makes total sense because it's due to they bacon mixture. I came on Monday, so my burger was only $9.99. I ordered onion rings with my burger and have to say they are possibly the best I've had. Update: Came back next day and same results. The food was still incredible. Today I got the Shotgun Shrimp again and a Meaty Pizza. Mathew did an incredible job and extremely attentive.

I've been here several times over the years but had not had a burger from until tonight. I had the Sunshine Burger, and it was delicious. It was one of the best burgers I've ever had. We also ordered a Mushroom Swiss and Guacamole Bacon burger. They were hits as well. The cheese fries were good, too, not overcooked, and plenty of cheese on top. The atmosphere is always lively. Next time, we might have to try the pizza.

First time… was given a free appetizer (got the queso) and ordered bacon grind burger (sunshine) and seasoned fries… THE BEST FLAVOR EVER … the staff worked well and service was amazing… will be going back with family

I got the Classic cheese burger it was medium-well done. I like mine well-done. It was very greasy and the salad was not that great. The steak with two sides was not worth 20$ The only thing I liked was the cheese sticks. It was liked eating at a fast food burger place. It was not worth 13.34 . Make sure you have money when you go they're super high. We didn't enjoy our first time there. The waitress was very sweet and kind to us.

The place overall was amazing. I enjoyed looking at all the different decorations around the place. There are even TV's to help pass time or if you just want to watch a game. The wait time wasn't that long at all. The servers are very polite, and the food was spectacular. I've been here many times before but I always try something new. They have many different things to try. 10/10

My girlfriend and I are regulars here. We always get the same thing each time, same drinks, etc. This go around, we had a new waitress (completely forgot her name, I am sorry). And was given excellent service. Got our food out, and it was wrong. No biggie! Mistakes happen! Everybody is human, and it’s bound to happen. My food was sent back to be corrected, but I didn’t get my corrected food back. Actually, I never got my food back. Again, no biggie, so I waited for my waitress. She comes, asks how the food was, explained what was going on, and she removed the item from our ticket. Awesome, it’s totally okay, like I said, mistakes happen, and I’m glad my lady got to eat. A manager (Matt, I believe.) came by, and greeted us. I explained what happened to him, and wanted to make sure everything was right on our end. I told him that we were completely okay, and we’ll be back to eat here again soon. Not 5 minutes later he comes back with a voucher for my and my girlfriend to here. A free dinner for two, which is awesome! I was hesitant on taking that, but he insisted on making our night right. I ended up giving that voucher to the couple next to us, because I wanted to pass it forward. Bubba’s 33 and it’s staff need to be PRAISED for their efforts and customer service. We’ve been to COUNTLESS restaurants over the years, and this location has proved to us that good customer service exists, and is still very active. We will be back here.
