This
is
a
lovely
hotel
from
the
outside
looking
i.
We
called
and
let
front
desk
know
we
would
be
checking
in
around
2am
when
we
arrived
they
had
given
our
room
away
and
got
downgraded,
after
a
25
minute
check
in!
Then
the
AC
sounded
like
a
dishwasher
on
the
wash
cycle,
constantly!
For
2
days!
The
pool
is
closed
for
construction
but
what
I
really
didn't
like
was
how
breakfast
and
dinner
were
not
explained
to
us.
So
we
had
no
idea
if
the
menu
items
would
be
charged
to
our
room
or
what..
a
room
number
was
never
asked
for
so
who
knows.
But
we
only
ate
breakfast
one
out
of
the
2
mornings
and
skipped
dinner
there
due
to
the
inconvenience
of
having
to
go
sit
down
and
be
waited
on.
(They're
super
busy
and
taked
a
minute
for
you
to
be
acknowledged).
The
concept
is
thoughtful
but
very
inconvenient
if
you're
in
hurry.
For
1st
time
customers
this
should
be
explained!!
I
could
tell
1st
time
customers
because
they
was
walking
around
looking
confused
(like
me!)
and
asking
for
silverware
and
looking
for
a
waffle
maker
lol(you
have
to
order
a
waffle
@$11.00)
Other
than
that,
the
room
was
super
clean,
bed
was
soft,
feathers
pillows
I
do
not
like,
but
I
knew
this
ahead
of
time
so
I
brought
my
own
from
home,
shower
pressure
was
great
but
the
sink
water
pressure
was
barely
there.
And
the
staff
seemed
helpful
and
friendly...
Overall,
I'd
give
this
a
hotel
a
2/5
stars.
Not
worth
$160+
a
night,
to
me.
(Had
a
much
better
stay
a
month
ago
a
few
miles
away
at
Homewood
Suites
by
Hilton)
