I did not enjoy my stay at this hotel. When you walk in, the lobby looks nice, well kept, and even smelled fresh. However, when you go to your room, it is not as clean as it should have been. There were several of us staying at this hotel and there were roaches and other bugs present, food from the previous person still in the microwave, dirty sheets, dirty toilets, and stains on the wall just to name a few. The service was also not great. They tried to charge us for two nights when our reservation was only for one night, and the lady up front wouldn’t honor our one night reservation. Craziness! We had to get the manager involved. So if you’re looking for a nice place to stay, don’t stay here!

This is NOT a 3 star hotel! First is the desks service, they are not there in the evening and do not answer the phone when called. If you want to check out early, please remember that you have to wait until 7AM for someone to show up to work. The hotel is listed as 100% smoke free, it is not. I am not sick and my allergies have now caused a massive headache, swollen and sore throat, upset stomach and worst, no sleep! The walls have been wallpapered to cover the cigarette smoke stains and the staff has to utilize a cleaner and scented spray that is so disgusting that my nose is fully closed in order to try and hide the cigarette smoke smell. The room itself my the business suite, the amenities in the room were nothing, couches small to the extreme, bathroom small and dirty, the ceilings afforded us a chance to view an impromptu Jackson Pollack with ail the nasty bodily fluids dried and the brown stains of something all over. I will be going to Longview for at least four years on a regular basis and I will not ever be returning to this hotel for any reason. I would rather sleep on the side of the street! I am very disappointed and disgusted with the poor service and horrid room.

Room was dirty and had roaches and smelled like cigarettes. Room was booked to another guest on my first night and someone entered my room around midnight while I was sleeping. Front desk acted like no big deal and no apology. Second night after being at the hospital all day with my spouse I try to enter the room but key didn't work. I went to the front desk and they gave me another key and that didn't work so I went back and lady looked at the computer and she ended up up calling someone and finally said for some reason I was blocked from the room. No one wanted to accept responsibility or even offer an apology. FINALLY they walked me to the room and let me in. I tried to speak with management but both nights they refused. Called corporate and they refused to help. DO NOT STAY HERE. I will NEVER stay at LaQuinta or Wyndham hotels again.

Would like to speak to management if possible. Stayed early checkin from 9am-8pm on 4-12. Was charged 90.00 for the room and a 10.00 "early check-in " fee. Ok, cool. Glad you could accommodate me while I was in the area working out of town. My location trailer was being moved and I needed a place to get some much needed rest until my normal lodging was in place. My wife came to longview to see me, as I am not home much. We checked out at 8pm. Storms approached longview so we decided to go eat dinner and have a cup of coffee until the storms passed. We returned to laquinta to pick up her car at 11pm and she needed to use the restroom. She entered the building and was ACCOSTED by the desk clerk that said she could not use the restroom because she wasn't staying at the hotel. My wife explained we had recently checked out early....Didn't sway her. She refused to let her use the bathroom. I then went in to question the desk clerk and was informed the same thing. Since we had checked out, no Entrada to El bano. I informed the desk clerk, that I will in fact tell everyone I know what she was doing and that it wasn't right. She just sat and looked at me behind her covid mask. Also, she was a person that doesn't look like us, so I feel race is probably an issue as well. LA Quinta, you had better do something to make this right, or I will personally never use your hotels EVER again. I will also do my best to tell everyone I know plus some what you did to us. Looks like for a 100 bucks for less than a 24 hr stay we could use your toilet for a number 1. My wife ended up having to squat behind a dumpster and wipe with a napkin. We won't forget it.

Empty, dirty, and rundown. Many pictures online seem to be from the north Longview location. Rooms are very dark and the overall atmosphere is foreboding. Avoid.

Not one to be picky on things, but my son waking up with a rash put me over the limit… checking in took about 45 minutes waiting. When we got to our room, there was someone else’s hair in the bed, boogers on the pillows, mold on the restroom shower/Tub walls. Was going to stay 3 nights end up cutting that short. Hotel staff named Sandra which claimed to be the assistant manager said the hairs in the bed matched the hairs in the tub, last time I checked I was still Mexican, and didn’t have curly hair. She had nothing to say on sons rash except it’s was policy not to refund the nights I end up not staying there, because there was nothing wrong with the room so I can’t get a refund…!! So if you arrive after midnight and tired, and you experience the type of dirty room… stay up later and complaint about then and not the next day

Right off highway 20, nice location in a quiet neighborhood. Great friendly staff, rooms were clean.

I would give 0 stars if able. Our first room was disgusting and dirty everywhere and the shower didn't work. Called the front desk to talk to the manager which never returned our calls. We were moved to another room which was equally dirty so I packed up my family and left two nights early. I will never stay in a La Quinta again after that terrible service.

Honestly, if I was able to give zero stars I would. Do not stay here. Not only does it stink so bad, the rooms were absolute filth, the shower didn’t work, the manager will avoid you, you can’t get any blankets even if the blankets in your room are ripped and torn and there was pee all over the floor in the elevator. We checked in and it was late. We have two little kids. There wasn’t much we could do that night. I tried to get ahold of the manager and was given the run around. After 5 times of trying to get in contact with the manager we asked to switch rooms. The room we switched to wasn’t much better. It was dirty and smelled so bad. We finally decided to take our loss of money and leave and find a new hotel. Still unable to speak to the manager. We’ve disputed the charges with our bank and booking who we booked the room through. It absolutely BLOWS my mind that they can rent rooms like that. Don’t stay here. You can find a better hotel for cheap honestly. Just don’t. They deserve to be shut down. And their customer service is awful. I couldn’t keep my kids there a night longer. We didn’t expect a 5 star hotel or anything too extreme but we did expect a clean room and a working shower.

This is a nice hotel considering the location. This was my second time staying here. 1st time was good! 2nd time was horrible! There were roaches in the bathtub and coming out under the toilet. This was reported and apparently the manger took $4.00 of my stay! The receptionist I spoke to the next morning was very dishonest about towels. She actually lied and said they were out of towels but gave another woman towels right before me. The towels she gave me was so hard I could scratch my car up with them!!!! They e were some housekeeping towels!! Common sense she could have easily found a vacant room and gave me some towels. When I told her I needed late check out due to not having adequate supplies 10 mins later she had some towels! I have already put in a complaint with customer service. The breakfast was LAZY no condiments out like butter and jelly. Nobody to ask they leave the desk.

Somewhat sketchy part of town but, I felt safe while there. The attendants were attentive and prompt when I needed them. The room was clean and spacious. Overall my stay here was accommodating and comfortable so, I would stay here again, if necessary.

Arrived the night of a major storm. (I understand that’s out of everyone’s control) Power went out at ten pm, then the fire alarm went off at 5 am. No communication by staff, in fact, couldn’t even tell if anyone was working that time of night. We decided to leave early (because no power), and the only employee present was busy with her young child, who she’d brought to work. I get it, emergencies happen, but she was just sitting around like she was at home. Never any instructions regarding fire drill, no information about when we could go back in. When I asked the company for a refund, I got the equivalent of a shrug. Done with La Quinta.

Bathroom lights didn't work. Asked at 330 to be fixed. At 930 was told there was nothing they could do until next day. Did not offer another room to stay in. Bathroom door looked like it had been kicked in. Breakfast was a joke. Don't expect a decent breakfast because it's not. Lady at front desk rude. Complained to corporate and they on offer bonus points to their rewards program. And I already had rewards program but it never would work.

When I booked the 4 rooms I was told that a card was needed to book but won't be charged which that is norm. Because we checked in later that evening I was told because the was full the Mgr wanted to make sure all the rooms would be pd for do he charged all the rooms on my card without informing me. Thankfully my card could cover it, but it was very inconsiderate and not good business practices. I was actually going to use a totally different card for my room. Thank God they were my parents and siblings. The front Ms. Ann was very nice. The 2 star rating on Service is because of Mgr's inconsiderate actions.

I been coming here for over a year. Even thru hard time this staff has treated me with the most respected. Always helpful feels like home every time I walk thru the doors. Simple fact is you will love it here. As long as you cause no trouble rooms always spotless. I even get sad every time I leave.

Been doing nearly weekly business with this hotel for 5 years, gym, pool, hot tub, breakfasts and Clean rooms. Freshly renovated, smells new inside. What more can you ask for. Staff is wonderful, although all my favorites have left, the ones there are just as good, just don't know them as well. The area itself isn't the greatest, anyone expected at the outskirts of any town but there is plenty within walking distance to appease anyone. Highly recommend. The owner of this establishment holds a high standard.

I’ve been sitting to speak to Nick the manager since the 31st of December regarding a refund. After finding “Fag” and the antichrist symbol in the Bible, a cockroach almost two inches big, lights not working in the room and the jets in the tub barely working as well, I’d say I’d never recommend the hotel or the service

Staff were professional and friendly, decent coffee/breakfast for a large hotel chain. Good location. Only real complaint is the high pet fees ($25 per pet so cost me $50) but this is the case at all La Quinta/Quality Inn locations.

The stay here was better than expected. The room was big. My pillow smelled like smoke, and the bathroom was dark. Breakfast was better than what many other LaQ's are serving right now.

Very clean throughout the whole hotel. Beds and pillows were comfortable. The workers were very friendly. We stayed at many LaQuintas on our trip and this one surpassed them all. Grateful they are pet friendly as we didn't have time to find someone to watch the dogs and make it to my Grandma's funeral in time. My husband loved the Texas shaped Belgian waffles in their complimentary breakfast!!
