Staff at this location are 11/10! Super nice and super clean place to eat!

Shout out to Markus! Way to go. Was very nice coming through the drive through and having you help us. Very much a pleasure seeing you in action. Professional all the way. Clear, calm, understandable and cheerful voice in a drive through isn’t seen much theses days. Just wanted to say thanks man! Keep up the great work !!!

I thought the point of curbside was to speed things up. I placed an order waited 10 minutes after it was suppose to be ready to help with the lunch rush and still waited over 30 minutes for my order. Half my lunch time gone waiting while watching over 10 cars pull up order and get their food and gone. Wouldn’t recommend this one. I’d avoid it.

Disappointed in this particular store. Order made wrong but rang up right by the cashier. No longer getting a full size onion rings, it comes in the smaller container. Store cleanliness could have been alot better.

Maybe it's just me, but fast food prices seem to be skyrocketing, and Whataburger is no different. The food isn't bad, but I shouldn't be paying $15 for a burger, drink, and onion rings. The only price difference between this and a decent sit-down restaurant is I don't get a menu, and I don't have to tip the server.

Waited inside the store for 25 minutes for the guy to tell me the lobby is closed. He saw me standing there because he looked up at the counter multiple times.

It's currently 3:31. I got here at 3:06, and waited for 5 minutes when there was no one in the restaurant. Ordered a chicken sandwhich and 2 glasses of tea. Took 4 EVER.

we have drank coffee all over the world and every place in Longview. the coffee served here is hands down the worst!!!!! 👎👎👎👎👎👎
