I don't really know what more you can say about Chick-fil-A. It is amazing to me that no matter what location you go to the service is outstanding the food always tastes the same; excellent, and still the price is cheaper than most any other fast food restaurant you will go to. The one thing I can say to that makes them such a success is the fact that they recognize God and put Him first. They could stay open 7 days a week like most everyone else and think that that will increase their bottom line; but they know better. They know God will bless them more by honoring Him and being closed on Sunday to recognize the day of rest that God commanded us to have. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

This visit was disappointing because curbside was not available. I ordered online and when I got to the store I called to say I had arrived. First, they said they didn't have an order for me, then said I would have to COME INSIDE AND ORDER AGAIN. I ALREADY PAID THROUGH THE APP!! The person on the phone said I will get a refund in 3 to 5 days. Once inside, the counter service was struggling to get orders correct. One person had to come back up twice to get her order straight.

Decent food, nicely prepared, children friendly and exceptional prices. Staff helpful but very busy dealing with the number of customers.

Expensive food but worth it every once in a while. Best Mac and cheese ever. We all get sandwiches every Friday before band games from here and it makes the games all the more bearable.

My chicken strips were burnt, the workers were making fun of my friends’ names, they had snarky smiles, talked about people right in front of them, and did not say “my pleasure”! Highly dissatisfied!

Okay first the guy wasn't rude he just wasn't. He was slow, unenthusiastic, and didn't listen. He didn't ring up half my damned order so I had to go back and order again and when I did they didn't prepare what I had ordered correctly. Literally the worst Chick-fil-A I've ever been to, so bad it's almost comical

I did a mobile order tonight for curbside. It never would let me check in that I was there so I walked in. I asked about my order twice (to different people). They said they were working on it, even though I hadn't said "I arrived". I ordered a sandwich....that's it....one sandwich. After everyone else has gotten their orders and the guy walks out with a mobile order, I asked again. Yep my order. I was at the restaurant for 21 minutes to pick up an order that was placed ahead of time. EVERY time I go to this particular chickfila there are issues. It is the worst representation of Chickfila and i have no idea how they stay in business (other than their name carrying them). There is absolutely no "my pleasure" and the service is awful. :(
