More organized than most ross stores! The staff was kind and even with it having a long line the wait to check out was not nearly as bad as I was expecting!

Decent store with a nice selection and decent prices. My reason for the 2* review is the fact I walked into the store and grabbed the first cart which wasn’t a Ross cart. So about 20-30 seconds into my visit I’m approached by 2 staff members who inform me that they’d have to ask me to use a Ross cart in their store. Seeing I have kids they wanted to inconvenience me to walk all the way back to the front and get their cart but couldn’t be bothered enough to bring a cart to exchange it with if it was a big deal. But my question is why was a bealls cart in your store if you’re standing near the carts why not remove it to resolve this issue? Not that big of a deal but the staff went out of their way to make me change the cart then went on about their way leaving the cart in the store….

I've tracked allot in my life and This has always been a go to.... I love the store in general, but I found it very displaying for the to be a line with 10+ customers and only one cashier... It's 2pm, I am disappointed

This place never have Anything in it. I feel like the don't get NO good stock of clothing. I browsed the women's section and it seems like they only have clothes for older women

Sorry ya'll, the store was messy and the clothes racks were bare, the lack of stock made it easy to leave after just 5 minutes. I wouldn't go here again.
