The staff is so concerned with helping my brother-in-law. They truly want him to do well, so they advise him all the assistance he has available to give him a positive life. The Doctors do the very same thing, with professionalism, yet with empathy. I truly appreciate their concern for my brother-in-law's physical and mental health as well as his having a healthy lifestyle (clean, safe home that has healthy food in it.)

Since I visited wellness pointe on mobberly it has been nothing but chaos. I'm not sure if it's just been with these specific people, but my daughter saw Jocelynn Ramsey and her staff. They had told me my daughter was way behind on shots, when I provided her shot records to show she was up to date. They finally updated their system... or so I thought. Every checkup we had they kept telling me she was behind when I had the previous records of her coming and getting her shots. They never put it in their system. So finally on her 9 month checkup, I got all the records together and gave it to them again, and FINALLY this time they did put it in their system. However, they did not do this for her 12 month checkup. So again, it shows she's behind on her shots when I know she's had them. Only this time, I don't have the records to provide since rhey never updated it and put it in their system. All I have is the after visit summary. And a lot of the time we would visit I would be told there's nothing wrong with her, until I took her to christus trinity clinic and they actually confirmed she was sick.

This place is a joke! Worst Service ever!!! Do not recommend to anyone. If your kids are sick they are definitely not trying to get them seen. Customer service is a joke. Ridiculous 🙄 Do Not waste your time. Changing doctors tomorrow!!

Even though we had to wait a little while, the doctor was outstanding and very concerning and answered any questions that we had. He’s very detailed and cares about his patients. My son physical went very well! Very well pleased!! The staff was friendly and welcoming!

This staff at this location is very professional. They are empathic, listened to my concerns and made me feel that they truly care about my health care. When the nurse drew my blood for labs it didn't even hurt and no bruise. I will definitely be using this clinic again.

Dr. Sewell (pediatrician) is the best!! Caring and spends time talking to parents. Sweetest nurse and staff as well!

It's gross. There is dirt and piles of hair all along the walls and everything is dirty. While the doctor was ok, I felt he over stepped a bit and we were there an hour and a half before he saw us. The nurses are super sweet though. But the dirtiness of the clinic I just can't handle.

Yesterday my visit went well better than previous visits I was looking for another doctor I may wait on that now.e
