Excellent service, very good attention, I felt very well cared for, they are very professional and attentive, I recommend it for all Hispanic families

I am giving this place 4 stars only because the nurse was very friendly and empathetic. The nurse had a very pleasant attitude and was very helpful. Front desk staff/receptionist needs additional training on effective communication with patients. Her attitude was definitely not desirable, especially if you are not feeling well. I only mentioned the front desk staff/receptionist because I believe that the first interaction with the patient should be at minimum pleasant. They charge $29 for consultation, and do NOT accept any type of insurance. Be expecting to pay more than $29 dollars if you expect to receive any additional care besides your consultation. Also, it’s worth mentioning that you will not see a medical doctor (MD), you will most likely see an FNP or PA via Telehealth (video). If you are wanting to see a medical doctor (MD), you should go elsewhere. Again, I gave it 4 stars solely based on the awesome service delivered by the nurse.

I had the pleasure of visiting this clinic and at least my experience was wonderful. Very good attention from all your workers, speed to solve my problem.

I am not seen here but my husband is. Normally they are very good and one of the front desk ladies is great but the other one should really be placed in the back away from people! She is ignorant and extremely rude. I am updating my review from 3 to 5 star. The manager contacted us this afternoon. The fact that they got ahold of us the same day to make things right shows me they are a good business. Thank you for contacting us.

Very good care at the Hispanic clinic, I highly recommend them, there I am treated for my Thyroid problems and so far I am very pleased with everyone and with my good results. I'm very grateful. Keep up the good work, thank you for everything.
