We
love
Wendy's.
It
is
our
fast
food
favorite
when
we
need
to
pick
up,
but
we
slowly
have
stopped
going
to
this
location
over
the
course
of
6
years.
The
most
we
would
eat
here
is
every
third
week
or
so,
with
straightforward
orders
right
from
the
menu,
but
the
majority
of
the
time
we
would
be
MISSING
ITEMS.
Note-
the
food
was
always
as
expected:
great,
which
is
better
than
average
fast
food
in
my
opinion.
The
staff
was
always
friendly
and
helpful.
But
we
would
be
missing
a
full
meal
or
the
drinks
for
the
kids
meals
or
the
toys
from
the
kids
meals
or
a
sandwich
or
some
part
of
our
paid-for
order
SO
FREQUENTLY
that
I
got
burnt
out
of
calling
and
going
back
to
collect.
I'm
talking,
at
least
a
dozen
times.
They
always
help
me
with
good
customer
service
to
fulfill
missing
orders,
but
the
front
end
of
filling
the
order
in
the
first
place
is
not
working.
I
hope
we
can
start
going
to
Wendy's
with
confidence
again,
but
we
had
two
missed
orders
in
a
row
a
couple
of
months
ago,
and
I
haven't
looked
back
yet.
