Stopped here after a 10 hour drive. We like Hilton brand to begin with but we were pleasantly surprised with this one. Great location right off the interstate & still very quiet in the rooms. Check in was quick and easy, we got a king suite & it was the perfect space. Clean, cozy, perfect beds and well worth the price. Breakfast was fantastic! Scrambled eggs, smoked sausage, biscuits, gravy, oatmeal, fruit, cereal & made to order waffles. We would definitely stay here again!

Easy to reserve a room. Woman working front desk was very nice and check in was very fast. Room was clean and so refreshing after a rough few nights earlier in the week. If we are out this way again I will totally stay here again.

Super clean hotel with comfy bed. Breakfast was phenomenal with lots of variety. Staff was attentive and helpful. Also this hotel is close to town restaurants and gas stations. Loved our stay. Also thank you to the woman staff member who helped us clean up our toddler mess this morning during breakfast ❤️

It is very expensive if you do not have online reservations. I have been a Hilton Honors Club member for a decade, and this was the first time that I experienced unfriendly hotel check-in staff. Front desk staff was not very helpful and appeared uninterested in me as a customer. It was a late overnight check-in and early next morning check-out. Halfway point of a 14-hour drive.

Overall, it was ok, 163$ for one night with a bed that you can feel AND hear springs in, is unacceptable though, but are any hotel mattresses that great? They use a mattress protector which has a little amount of padding, it would have been worse without that I imagine. The bed had quite a bit of mattress dent/sagging in my opinion, so the fluffy blanket only helps to make the bed appear full and cozy. Room was very clean though! Didn't smell weird, refrigerator is mediocre, towels were a little stiff and rough to the touch. My stay was very quiet, I would stay here again, but probably look for a better deal online than what I paid, because the mattress and sleep quality is a very important part of any hotel stay, in no way should a Hampton Inn bed be in the same category as a Motel 6 bed.

This stay was for a weekend overnight in August 2023. Surprisingly, this was a really nice Hampton property if you need an overnight in the middle of nowhere Arkansas (off of I-40). The hotel is located in the Lonoke services area (mainly fast food and fuel stations and hotels/motels) of the I-40 off ramp. The actual town of Lonoke (pronounced Lone Oak, after its historic establishment in the mid-1800s) is 2 miles south of the service area. The hotel was very clean and the staff were very helpful during out late PM check-in. Our room was very comfortable, and the HVAC was very quiet all night as it kept our room cool during the extremely muggy summer heat. The Continental breakfast was on par with other Hamptons.

We were able to check in on our way to Memphis and stop overnight to see relatives. It's a very clean place. Even in a small town it keeps the rep of Hampton Inns of larger towns. The employees are small-town friendly, helpful and polite. This is my second visit and I plan to use Hampton Inn & Suites of Lonoke whenever I return to visit relatives in the area.

Room was super clean and nice, Free coffee in the lounge area. Love the make your own waffles station. Out door pool was cold but other than that really nice and the bonus there's a Walmart next door for any last minute needs.

Front desk employees were really nice. Rooms were clean and breakfast was good. It was very quiet even with our dog and a dog across from us, there was no barking. Very happy with the experience there and we will definitely be back!

We need two handicap rooms one with rollin shower and one with accessible tub. You had both and the rooms were very spacious, clean with excellent staff!!!! The hotel was very friendly and welcoming. We would definitely stay here again if this way!!

Safety and privacy is jeopardized for anyone traveling alone and staying here at this Hampton Inn at Nonoke Arkansas. The front desk person announced loudly to all the people waiting in line behind me my room number. He said “Your room number is — - - and it’s on the 3rd floor!” He flipped room number card facing me which showed everyone what room I was staying in. He was extremely unprofessional and should have known never to share this private information to anyone especially to other guests who I did not know or waiting in line to check in. When I called him after I got into my room to inform him, I said “You put my safety at risk and I feel unsafe because you announce my room number to everyone.” He then replied and said to me. “I will consider what you said to me.” He hung up the phone on me. His behavior is unacceptable because he didn’t care or understand safety, privacy and security should be protected for all guests especially women traveling alone!

Clean, quiet rooms and friendly staff. Easy access to I-40. Safe location in a cute small town outside Little Rock.

Checked in on the app the day before where I chose the room. When I got to the hotel the digital key was not working so I went to the front desk and was checked in. I did not say the room I had chosen but was given that room. My tv said welcome with my name when I got to room. Two hours later my name changed to Angela on the TV and she tried to get into the room. When I asked the front desk, they first tried to blame me saying I had not checked in even though I had done it both on the app and at the front desk. Then they got rude and blamed the incident on the day shift. I do not recommend this hotel.

The room accommodations were nice. The location is very convenient to I30. The breakfast was so so. The food was not warm and the turkey sausage was inedible. The fitness center was ok, but not what was shown in the website pictures. The pictures showed 3 treadmills, 2 weight benches, and 2 ellipticals. In reality, they had 1 treadmill, 1 weight bench, and 1 elliptical (out of order). On a positive note, they did have water, towels, and a tv.

Brand new hotel. The rooms are huge and the service was excellent. Only 20 miles from Little Rock but without all the headaches.
