Dragging ourselves in late last night weary from a whole day's traveling, we were met by a friendly soft-spoken young lady at the front desk. She helped us get checked in to our clean and comfy rooms. The beds were amazing and the pillows were perfection. Everything was so white and the entire hotel, lobby included smelled so nice. Breakfast was ready promptly by 6 am, but open 10 min prior. The gentleman working the front counter and the breakfast room was kind and attentive. Which is always a nice way to start the morning. Sadly, the pancake maker was down. Plenty of other options thankfully, but from conversations in the dining area, it was definitely missed by the working class heroes beginning their hard days labor. Very glad we stayed and would highly recommend to weary travelers, working over the road class, and families looking for rest and something as close to like home as they can get. I love my Best Westerns coast to coast ...

Stopped for the night on the way home. Nice place and the beds are very comfortable and clean. I will stay again if the opportunity arises. Left before breakfast so not sure about it. McDonalds next door is 24hrs though.

We checked in about 7:30 on a Sunday evening. The front desk person was not over-friendly, but really responsive. My kids were thrilled with the pool (we had to ask for pool towels), and it was a very welcome activity after our 8-hour drive. The bed was comfortable, and the room and bathroom were very clean. The environment was quiet. The only downside was that we checked out about 6:15 the next morning, and there wasn't any coffee out yet in the lobby. The place smelled clean, but was pretty heavily perfumed. The air freshener gave me a headache.

We stayed here 1 night on our way from Nashville to Austin. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. We stayed at a similar budget hotel on the way back through in Texarkana and it was no where near as good as our experience here. Whoever the woman was working on the morning of July 15th, ( I think she said her name was Brooke).. Total Rockstar. She was busting her butt in the breakfast area, the front desk, etc. Best Western... I'm a fan!! See you on my next road trip!

I'm not sure who was Managing June 25th. But Foul Language is never acceptable around or even to a Customer. I can understand that storm damage can be frustrating, but to actually cuss out a customer. Even in front of other customers. That is not acceptable. Then, to deny complete refund for rooms with no cooling or even emergency lighting? (Only check in - did not stay) Come on. Either change your attitude or find another line of work. I would recommend another location until the management is changed.

An unusually good deal. The following items, which often frustrate at more expensive properties, were high quality and as easy to use as possible: shower, window coverings, thermostat, coffeemaker, clockface (large and accurate). The sheets were hospital-clean. The carpet looked new. A large round bar tray served a number of useful purposes.
