This is my Dunkin. Rarely ever a poor experience! Sometimes the line gets a little crazy because the parking lot is quite small. Service is always friendly and my drinks are usually consistently made good! Thanks for being so great!

So I went this morning and ordered a large iced matcha with less ice and cold foam. I get to the drive up window and a guy hands the lady at the drive up a medium and she turns around and says that is supposed to be a large with cold foam. I literally watch the guy dump the medium into a large cup and he adds more ice then adds the cold foam. So I paid for a large, but really got a medium with tons of ice. I wasn't going to be rude because the line was in the street, but I will not go back to that location.

Amazing staff that even though there were only three on shift were polite and friendly. And they were open for dine in. Excellent service and a clean restaurant will use again.

I come to this Dunkin often before work and usually don’t have any problems. There has been other times when I have gone that my coffee is a little short but the coffee that I received today was just pitiful. I ordered a large iced latte and received maybe a medium in a large cup. Was truly disappointed with this experience

This is how my drink was handed to me, I did not take any sips out of it. I know this is a “first world problem”, but it’s still disappointing.

Great Crew at this location. The Bacon 🥓 Egg 🥚 and Cheese 🧀 Croissant Rocks. This Amherst location must be short handed because the dining area was locked and drive thru only on Our last visit.

My favorite location to go to and sadly tonight was horrible. I asked for 2 Lg. Ice Carmel coffees and when I received them not only did it taste bad it seemed like they have been sitting there for awhile melted ice and watered down. Tonight’s service was not that good.

We stop by Dunkin' on our way home from church on Sundays for a donut and chocolate milk. The line moves fast and the cashier's are usually friendly.

Please read the entire mobile order. Asked for light ice, get regular every time. If someone orders a single pastry, like an apple fritter, give them a napkin! They are likely eating in their car on the way to work.

This Dunkin is unfortunately going downhill. Workers are annoyed you're even ordering food. They throw the donuts in a bag not caring if the donuts frosting is all over the bag.

The line is usually wrapped around the building here, but that isn't their fault it just means the service here is on point. Drinks are always fresh and taste great, and despite the heavy workload the staff are always very patient and friendly.

They know me by name because of my dogs. Every trip through the drive thru, they get a treat. They so look forward to the ride.

I really appreciate the service I’ve been getting here for the last 3/4 years! You guys have really stepped it up with the employees and I hope they know how awesome they are! Thank you guys for always having my coffee ready and right! You make my mornings!

If you go through the drive-thru, the girls at the wondow are more worried about conversatoon inside than what they are doing and almost spill the drink on you.! Would be fine and excusable the 1st time but same girl second time same problem... if you say anything they are rude and yell Like it's your fault

Not a huge fan of their food and not really into donuts but the coffee and the service is always good.
