The place was dirty, unkempt, and baron. I was the only person there at 5:20 pm. The staff were dismissive and rude and seemed to hate me for some reason. I won't be going back and I do not recommend.

Worst sandwich I ever had, cookies were horrible and not even white chocolate macadamia like I ordered. The entire sandwich was soggy because they toasted it with all the ranch, and dressings and veggies making me sick to my stomach. All my veggies were warm and the sandwich was disgusting. Very disappointed, wish I would have skipped lunch! Yuck, I was going here a few times a week and not anymore. The worst part was they were not even busy!

Don't order online from 11-1 pm. You're better off just waiting in line in person. I ordered online for an 11:55 pickup. Waited 40 min IN STORE for them to get to my order. I would have gotten in line if I hadn't already paid. I watched dozens and dozens of people get through the line while I waited for my order after the pickup time. I asked the employees multiple times but was told someone was on it when that person had fulfilled multiple in line orders before I got mine.

Ordered their meatball sub, very tasty. Don't go here too often, Everything was nice and clean. Staff friendly.

Love how friendly they are and the food is always what a Subway sub should be!

This is an excellent Subway location. Owners and staff are professional and courteous. Great for catering too.

First time I went there, amazing sandwich. Owner made it. And it was spot on. Second time was good but nearly as good as the first time.

Subway never disappoints except when they are put of rotisserie chicken and herbs and cheese bread.

The sandwich artists are actually quite good only issues are at lunch time when they get flooded with online orders as well as walk in. Suggest downloading the app and ordering that way around lunch

Friendly staff, quick service, clean facilities, consistent taste. Being new to Los Alamos I have been quite disappointed with every restaurant I’ve tried except Subway. Kudos to this Subway location for being the best restaurant in town!

Group of 3 ordering 2 subs, one spicy, with coupons which made the price reasonable. No cheese herb bread. Friendly, accurate staff. Clean store.

I stopped at Subway in Los Alamos because most Subway stores sell reliable sandwiches. I was disappointed. Three times I asked for a 6 inch sandwich and was the server made a foot long sandwich. I finally gave up and accepted the longer sandwich because I was hungry. My sandwich had hardly any meat and cheese with sparse tomato and onion that I asked them to add. It was mostly just toasted bread. I was disappointed. This place is barefoot friendly.

I love subway the lady needs too work on patience and people friendly skills other than that food was good.

We were here 10/29/21. Both of us are vomiting and extreme stomach pains and diarrhea. Will update tomorrow when I go to see urgent care for diagnosis.

It's a great place to go when you need a break from the burgers! My brown-eyed girl likes it so we get our subs appetite fulfilled at our friendly neighborhood Subway!
