First visit to this legendary venue. Beautiful facility with classic architecture and art deco accompaniments intact. Ignore the political drama of people with pickets trying to chase away business. I believe the Bible says “Lord please forgive them for they know not what they do“. Just go in and have fun! This building should be retained indefinitely as a historic landmark.

First let me say. I have only went to metal shows here. I have seen Yngwie Malmsteen twice. I'm only leaving this review because they don't answer your questions. So I'm leaving this review so people wont be disappointed. If you pay for front row seats or near the front prepare to be blocked by people standing in front of the stage. I watched a guy walk from back seating to stand by stage. The first time wasn't so bad. A few people blocked the stage but I'm a tall guy so i wasn't too mad. It was also my first time there so i was excited to see the show. I bought both times 2nd row tickets. The second time i went. I brought my son for his first concert. He had a hard time seeing the show cause this time it was packed with people standing in front of stage. We were on an end in the second row. Yngwie argued with the sound guy alot and it barely filled half capacity. Tickets also had doubled in price. Now he is coming around again and tickets are even more with zero guarantee you will be able to see in front of you. This place can be awesome for shows but why pay premium prices when others don't have too and security wont do anything. The poor security guy looked like all he wanted to do was take a nap. So in conclusion. Nice place, nice stage. Seating is not bad and its a small venue so you "should" be able to get a nice view. Security is practically non existent. Shame i really wanted to see Yngwie this time his new album is amazing and I'm a huge fan. I just cant justify the ticket price for the experience. Edit: Went again for 3rd time to see Yngwie. Scored front row ticket and it was amazing. Still had problems with people trying to stand in front of you. Two fights almost broke out because front row guests didn't like people trying to take there spot. Other than that great show, sound and experience. Must get a center seat cause on sides people will just walk up and stand in front of you.

Love this theater! Small theater so you feel as if you are close to the stage. Has a cool little bar and a few tables off to the side, sometimes there are 'pop-up bars' there that have some really cool themes! Bathrooms are a little small so I would recommend going right before intermission if you can or right when intermission is over. But love this theater!

The Tower Theatre is an awesome place to go for a concert. The place is ample enough for a good crowd, yet, small for enjoying a great night out with Trish Toledo. Aside from the long wait before her performance, the dj was too long. The concert said 8:00pm, yet, she didn't hit the stage until after 9PM. But, once she came out...Wow! What a voice. Aside from the wardrobe malfunction, really enjoyed her venue. Only problem with the performance was, people coming to the forefront and forcing their way in front of the stage. This totally sucks especially when you pay for front row seats. Some people are totally disrespectful in doing this. I get it, you want to take some pics, take some video, but...be courteous. Guess, they weren't taught about manners. I had to stand my ground and kindly pushed an aggressive man from my space, and he got in front of someone else. Other than this, we really enjoyed the show.

It was Amazing! Grew up in the Tower district and the theater takes me back to my childhood. Watched the Fab Four performance of the Beatles. They were fantastic! What a show.

Nice venue. Not a bad seat in the house, really. One issue is the bar- or lack of a formally functioning bar (the actual bar isn’t used in favor of fold out tables like a BBQ)- high prices (fine) - but impossibly long lines. You have a nice classic venue- let it be an experience- the prices are not cheap- even tickets are taken outside on a picnic table instead of the box office. Very welcoming staff at door.

Tower market has these meat packs that you can buy with EBT or food stamps. it's a great place to buy meat.. they have some really interesting shows at the theater too as well. It's great place to visit if you're driving through. You need to check out Sky Harbor too near hidden lake too.

Brad Williams, Quincy Weekley, and J.B. Ball were great. The seats are a bit tight when at a sold out show, but would easily go to more shows at this venue.

Every seat is a great seat...the sound system is amazing...I would not hesitate to buy tickets in the future for another show...

Loved the sound here which maximized the amazing gifts of stellar artists: saxophonist and Fresno native Jeanette Harris and flautist from the Howard University, Althea Rene. A sold out event.

The show was great. They waited too long to turn the air conditioner on. They only served drinks, they should also have snacks. The theater is beautiful.

The Venue was great and the Artist were fabulous. I'm giving three stars only because the P.A. person had the vocals so low you couldn't hear them. I was sitting center stage and just a few rows up from the front and it was impossible to distinguish the vocals.

This venue is nice, clean and very comfortable. It’s a great place to see big name performers in a smaller place with a more intimate atmosphere. I will continue to attend shows at the Tower Theater Fresno.

Always love jazz at the Tower. Wish they would have more. But jazz is not popular in Fresno. Tower is a small venue. Rap and hard rock will sell out the Savemart center.

Went here for a awesome witchy show and I absolutely loved it. The art on the wall is super classy and the theater itself has an antique elegance to it. That was my first time there and I hope to go back for more shows.

My husband and I went to see Felipe Esparza. The show was great however the fog machine was on too much causing the theater to become too smoky/clouded and the AC stopped working about the second half of the show causing the theater to become stuffy along with the smokiness from the fog machine
