Femcare can be unprofessional and very inconsiderate of peoples time. Twice my appoinment was cancelled because the nurse Teresa was not feeling well. They tried cancelling a third time because she was ill but I happened to show up, not knowing that they had left me a message cancelling and Teresa was present after all. It was difficult to reschedule my appoinment at times as they often stated that they were too busy during the timeframes that I was requesting. There was a time when I scheduled an appoinment and when I called to confirm the appointment, they did not have me booked. Finally I got my appoinment scheduled and when I showed up, showed up early, the spa was closed. My appoinment was at 5 and it turned out that they had closed at 3. Yesenia said she had left me a message cancelling my appoinment; however not sure she was able to leave a message since the phone number she used was disconnected. Will never return again.

I tried to buy a deal on the Groupon. The deal is 6 large area sessions for 289$. I called to learn about it. And for some reason they say I have to pick one area and get 6 sessions of that. For example I can pick full back and get 6 sessions, but they won’t allow to get 3 full backs and 3 shoulders even tho shoulders are much smaller than the full back and it obviously makes sense. For some reason they don’t allow that, even tho on the groupon description it doesn’t specify that you have to pick one area. It just says get 6 large area sessions. Honestly, I don’t even understand their motivation for that. What is the difference for you? Shoulders are even smaller and faster to do than the full back it’s easier to split 6 sessions between shoulders and back rather than full back only. Doesn’t make sense at all. I hope this draws the owners attention and make them reconsider their approach. The lady on the phone was nice, I want to be clear on that.

I found this place on Living Social and when I called to get more info before buying the package Yesenia was extremely helpful, patient, and informative over the phone! I booked my appt. without hesitation and went in today and again was treated very kindly. Yesenia took her time explaining the procedure in detail before she performed it. Teresa was also very helpful, kind, and informative! I bought more sessions and can't wait to go back!!

Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. They really care about the patients and really make you feel at home. I came in for vaginal rejuvenation and I also opted for microneedleling with RF. Truly a life changing experience. I highly recommend them.

I received a Hollywood Carbon Laser Peel earlier this month. This treatment does a good job of lightly exfoliating the surface of the skin. The upsides to it is that there is no peeling or downtime. If you are looking for a deeper peel, you might want to try different chemical peels or a more intense laser. The facility is clean and there is no wait :))

I’ve been coming here for about six months and each time I feel very comfortable as the staff is very friendly and welcoming. Teresa is amazing! She’s very knowledgeable and professional, and always does a great job. This is definitely my go to place!

Went here for bleaching, a nurse didn't have much knowledge and wasn't careful my skin got burned! I don't recommend this place.

they moved a few times and it was very upsetting that I was not able to finish my treatments. Nor did my niece. Lost out on money and they wouldn’t refund and could care less. Where they moved was too far. Yes, I was there 4 year ago. It even shows in my history. The name is under Candice N. The company kept moving. From Lakewood, to Garden Grove or Westminster and then to Burbank. It was unprofessional for a business to move so far and so often. I’m not going to waste my gas on driving that far for for laser removal.
