The doctors have been courteous and professional. But the women working the reception area on the first floor have attitude problems and lack professionalism. Had me waiting for more than 30 mins to speak to a higher rank. I went there a month ago for an injury and the lack for results or even to contact me for a appointment is disturbing, you literally have to do their job and call for a follow up. I’m still injured and limping, left to basically heal all on my own without knowing what’s going on with my foot.

What to do: Contact your insurance directly and file an Official complaint against this clinic if you are unsatisfied or experienced any type of neglect. This is the ONLY WAY they will be held accountable of how they treat their patients. Back Story: This has been my clinic for 5-6yrs and has always been the worst clinic. It was tedious to change to another location because of restrictions and what not. Today, i FINALLY decided to go directly to LA Care office and had them change my clinic/doctor for my family and I. I am honestly so happy I never have to step foot in this clinic again. They overbook patients daily and have you wait hourssss simply because they do not want to lose patients and the business they bring. I filed an OFFICIAL COMPLAINT today all in a recorded conversation in which the clinic will be held accountable for. Its unfair the hispanic community continues to choose them despite how awful they are.

My experience has varied. I had some good Ob’s and some bad ones. All staff is friendly except one. One doctor came in eating and laughing at something when she told me my placenta might have detached. I had to google what that meant. I was forced to take a shot I didn’t need and never told the results of blood tests. The worst part is they got my blood type wrong and never caught it. I ended up going into labor 2 weeks early probably from stress and went to a different hospital than previously planned where they informed me that this clinic had documented my blood type incorrectly. Thankfully I didn’t need a blood transfusion. The wait is 2-4 hours. They didn’t catch some issues my fetus had with her legs a specialist at a different facility doing exams for my placenta caught the issue late so it was hard to tell. Also the delivering Ob I was only allowed to meet one time and he saw me for 5 minutes and never gave me a chance to ask questions about my delivery or concerns for my baby. (This was at 38 weeks btw). I also never received any direction, resources or placed in any classes for new moms or toured the hospital I was supposed to deliver at. I had to call and schedule my own tour at Good Samaritan at 38 weeks and was placed on a waiting list.

Worst clinic ever!!! They don't call you to give you YOUR lab results and when they do, they give you the wrong ones, a month later. These people are so unprofessional and negligent. Also be careful on what these two doctors from the 3rd floor Prenatal prescribe you specially if you are pregnant. Don't trust this clinic. This clinic needs and should be supervised more by the Medical Board.

Some staff are rude specially the lady from ultra sound she makes remarks that are unprofessional and always bad mouthing. They make you wait for hours but then rush you when being seen. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CLINIC AT ALL.

The waiting is so long and have bad service. They don't care if you spend the whole day waiting.

You pay $30 for a visit and still complain about the wait time? Go to UCLA then.

I was a patient here for about 15 years. I stopped coming here around 2016. They have the worst doctors. Nice nurses. Takes forever to see a doctor. Always full. I had an Eating disorder when I was 14 and the doctors was pressuring me to say I was throwing up I was not I was anorexic not bulimic. Once the doctor said “I don’t have time for this” when I needed him to fill out a paper so unprofessional. I have trauma from this clinic never again don’t come here do your research there is better clinics trust me.

Horrible service Staff is dull, seems like receptionists have minimum educational requirements and barely any training. Unpunctual Rude Parking lot opens minutes after clinic is supposed to be open which is annoying because if you have an appt at 7:30 you’re risking checking in late which then gets you an appointment a week later. Today is my 3rd time trying to get a physical, this is ridiculous I am a full time student and work so this is frustrating. I’ve been coming here since I was a baby and the change they made a few years ago was just for the worst. Although I would have rather stayed at the clinic I’ve been with for years I will be transfering. Do not recommend

This place is not that great. I scheduled an appointment for a health problem that started to occur. On the day of my appointment, the first thing the doctor told me after the usual routine work done by the nurses, the doctor said, "Let's hurry it up and speed it so you can go home". Fast forward, I was asked questions which I gave answers to, and from that point on they compared photos from google and asked me if that was how my health condition looked like. After I confirmed an image, the doctor said I have "that condition". I was prescribed some medication and till this day nothing has changed. I would not recommend this place because two different doctors did the same procedure with two different diagnosis using google images. They both said, lets hurry so you can go home. After the session ends and if you have questions they answer quickly without much thought while walking to the door.

Terrible I went to the dentist fir a certain procedure which they told me they'll be able to do they have to just wait for my insurance to go through. I ended up taking some cavities out meanwhile wait8ng fir approval for the main surgery I came in there fir. After spending 160.00 on the cavities they ended up telling me they cannot do it. After promising me they can do the procedure. Terrible management they judge yiu the dentist doesn't even give me instruction after the procedure on After care. It's a Hispanic girl and she judges and makes remarks. I had a terrible experience and don't even get me started on the wait. Forget making an appointment I made an appointment for 3pm and they ended up calling me in at 4:30 . They even wanted more money out of me for more procedure. Don't go here

I came here for my pregnancy visits. I was considered high risk and they monitored me very closely and took the best care of me. There was always a short wait time. With Covid, the clinic was spotless and sanitized thoroughly. Doctors are very knowledgeable and caring.
