VA assigned me here. Couldn't leave fast enough. Someone there told me the head doctor was in hot water with the law. Makes sense.

1 Star does not begin to explain the poor, unprofessional, and disturbing quality of practice they are running in this clinic. My father was recently admitted to the hospital 3 times within 1 month for a severe condition affecting his intestines, sepsis infection, and a hernia. All of these things are serious medial conditions and if not cared for and treated by a PRIMARY CARE DOCTOR, they may result in worse condition, severe injury and god forbid: death. My father has been out of work for 2 weeks and now suddenly the doctor expects him to go back to working. He works 2 full time jobs normally, he has to support his family and they are very laborious jobs. When my father went in today with severe pain and discomfort asking what his doctor can do for him to help him alleviate the pain. This heartless and sorry excuse for a doctor denied him ANY leave from work, he even told him to "not be lazy and just go to work". I could not believe my ears when my father told me. How can the one person you count on to have your health and well-being be the person endangering it and putting you at MORE risk. I will be making a very serious issue out of this, I will report the doctor to the medical board, I will go after his license, and I will spread the word that if you DO NOT want your health to suffer, then you will avoid this place at ALL cost.

Doctor only does vitals & sends you out for all other services...they are only concerned about getting you to the back to the "dentist" & that is the real business of this place...I went for medical concerns that were scanned over but sent to the dentist...I received a pap smear & at the end when he was placing the sample in the jar I realized he didn't have gloves on 🤷🏾‍♀️🤬😵‍💫...I left because nothing felt right about this place... I reported this place as soon as I left 💯

My wife stop to go this place because always she paid extra money from our pocket even when they're charged at my dental insurance... I wouldn't recommend this place

The doctor has no idea what he is doing in this filthy hole in the wall they call a medical facility. This place only exists to soak up insurance money. No wonder the doctor is being sued for malpractice!

My visit was back in June 2021: I should have left when I noticed the head doctor and his son didnt have masks on but the rest of the staff did. My initial reason to visit was resolved (if I had strep or not), which lead to an impromptu "let's check your teeth while you're here." I said fine why not, I haven't established a new dentist office to go to after moving from San Francisco. My general knowledge of teeth cleaning and procedures are vast once i busted my face and the dentist office back SF took care of me, so when the technician who cleaned me went STRAIGHT to polishing my teeth (the 4th or 5th step of the cleaning process) without actually cleaning in between my teeth, I was baffled. Took my x-rays, and immediately came into the room and said, my crown is infected, we must replace it at once. I argue, saying my front tooth is fine (the one my SF dentist office took care of) and the head dentist said, Oh. Well, look at this crack in your tooth we need to get you invisalign. With us, you can get it for $5500. All of these problems, my SF dentist office NEVER brought up. I didnt trust anything there was mentioning, it sounded too rushed. I left saying work called and they needed me to cover someone so I had to leave (true story), and never went back. I giving two stars because the actual nurses and technicians were nice, they made everything breathable with no expectations; it unfortunately their bosses that make it terrible.

Ive been going to this doctor since i was a child the Dr has always been respectful and very helpfuland the staff as always veen helpful sames goes for the dentist here amazing staff

This place is bad doctor does not really listen to your issues and want to hurry you out the door ! Change my doctor since then !!

Doctor has terrible customer service , and zero patience with kids

I went to this place because sombody said are cheaper than others for the inmigration exams ..and was correct I save 200 but the nightmare was when my wife case almost denied because the doctor don't know the inmigration news and new law request , and when I ask for the copy of the exams He turn angry and ignore me until I mention the court and sued ...Finally I went to another place and spent 850 dlls for the correct exams and vaccination...THE CHEAPER... COST MORE!! CHOOSE ANOTHER PLACE MY FRIENDS.......!

If you are like me I highly suggest reporting his medical license to the medical board of CA as he should not be allowed to hold patients health and life in his hands.

Beware. Do not go here. They will try to up sell you dental services that you don’t need or get you for your money somehow. They bill insurance falsely and don’t actually clean your teeth. They make you wait for hours even though you had an appointment set. The male doctor is creepy and hovers over the female dentist to make sure he closes the sale. Never going back here again.

Don’t come here!!! Borderline negligent care and inappropriate behaviour!! Multiple bad experiences here. The doctor was in a hurry to rush out my husband, despite him learning he had medical issues during the appointment. Another time I had a physical with the doctors son and he handed me the stethoscope and asked me to put it over my own heart. I was so confused. He was getting annoyed at me when I couldn’t find the right spot and finally just took it back off me and put it over my heart. When he mentioned my ‘modesty’ in a medical setting I felt so uncomfortable. I wanted to ask for a refund but I was just too taken aback and shocked at being treated so unprofessionally. Can you imagine a doctor handing YOU the stethoscope. What a joke!!! I absolutely believe all the reviews here, just what I expected. And to whoever is answering them saying it’s not appropriate to say this publicly, that is EXACTLY what reviews are for.
