I will start off by saying outstanding service and WOW, how beautiful my ring turned out. I was very nervous to buy something basically site unseen, so far away (AR), and expensive. I have been looking and designing rings on other websites but they all pretty much only offered the same thing, so everyone would have the same ring I did. I googled custom jewelry designs and DeBebians came up, I read the reviews and thought I would see what they offered. I played with the design section and got an interactive message from Maggie. We talked a little about what I wanted and she said she thought Sam would be able to bring my vision to life. So immediately I called and talked to Sam. We spent a lot of time with me going over what I liked and didn't like and why I wanted what I wanted. He made suggestions that I never would have thought of and that the other sites do not even mention. I actually wanted bigger and he talked with me and helped me realize that bigger was not practical and wouldn't look as well in the setting I wanted. (of course the bigger the more money it would have cost, but he wasn't concerned with the money difference he would be loosing, he wanted me to be happy with my decision.) I wanted dainty with the wow factor. This will be the last ring purchase I will make, as it is for significant milestones in my life. Wedding anniversary (25th) and birthday (50th) so it is very important to me. I told him what I liked with detail work but not too much detail. I gave him free design reign and what he came up with was perfect. The 3d gad he sent was great and gave me an idea of what to expect, but the real finished product is by far better than I ever dreamed it would be. I had very high hopes and keep in mind I was very nervous to be buying something on line so far away and unseen and expensive. But OMG!! when I got it in, it completely surpassed my dreams! I literally cried tears of joy! I was so excited and let Sam know I was in no hurry because I wanted it perfect. Well, Sam got it perfect! It is the most beautiful piece of jewelry I have ever seen and he has made a lot of beautiful jewelry. The moment I spoke to Sam I felt at ease and very confident that I would be well taken care of, that I was not being scammed or ripped off. Everything he said he would do and could do he did. I am over joyed and it was so worth the wait and anticipation. I highly recommend Sam and Maggie, they are so nice and easy to talk to. They do not rush you through the decision process. I have attached pictures, they are pretty but honestly do not capture the true unbelievable beauty of my ring! A professional photographer probably can but just a cell phone picture still lets you see that it is pretty. I bought the small bands from DeBebians too. I am beyond happy with the finished product, it is almost like a dream.

My partner and I just got my engagement ring through Debebians, though we live half way across the country from their location in LA. I sent many emails to both Maggie and Sam and called a couple times to try and find the right stone and setting for my ring. After spending a few months working with another jeweler to try to get what seems like a very simple design (lab diamond solitaire) and being disappointed by every stone that was offered to me, I reached out to Maggie and within a week she had found me a perfect stone (within my budget as well, which was refreshing) and was shipping it to me so I could view it in person. The other jewelers either mark up the stone quite a bit (I imagine to compensate for the time spent vetting the stones) or do no vetting of stones (which results in regular people having to become diamond experts to choose a stone they can't even see in person). Maggie offers her diamond expertise to help you select a stone that is still comparably priced to the other online jewelers. I also got my diamond set by debebians and it turned out beautifully. It was exactly what I wanted and very well made. I couldn't recommend debebians more!

DeBebians is honestly phenomenal. I had done quite a fair bit of research into purchasing a Moissanite ring; searching through what felt like hundreds of online forums (as well as extensive reviews on Reddit).
