I just love Urban Pet here in silverlake! They have a wonderful selection of cat food row after row and everything healthy for your little Fur friends for dogs it seems to be about 90% of the entire store! The staff are very kind, courteous and super personable. This is one of my go to spots on a monthly basis. If you're in Los Angeles in particular East LA silverlake area stop by and make some good choices with some good healthy pet foods. PS, I happened to be there on Easter and one of the employees told me that there was an Easter egg hunt within the store and to keep my eye out for hidden eggs. Sure enough I found an Orange egg and upon opening it I received a prize of 1 year free membership which entitles me to 5% discount on all items! Wow that really made my day! Thank you to the management!!😁✌🙏🎸💲😻

Great selection and has parking, yes it's marked up vs online but it's nice to touch/feel and try stuff on the pet!

Best place for the better/healthier pet food and treats you can't get at the national chains. They also have a great selection of other things to spoil your fur babies. Definitely check them out.

I LOVE it here!! I just moved to the neighborhood and was impressed as soon as I walked in. Very friendly greeting, the store is immaculate and stock is great. The groomer was so sweet, accommodating and gentle, my baby loved her. The gentleman at the cashier in the pet store was so genuinely friendly. Chatted about all of the great spots for dogs around the neighborhood and even gave my babies a treat! Definitely got way more than I expected and will be a regular for sure! Highly recommended

I just stop today to pick up a dog food that I ordered by phone. The guys in this store are very helpful and very kind. I like the store, is big and have everything that I need it, if not, they will order for you.

Everyone is always very nice here, the groomers are great, and they've got all the stuff I need for my dog. Also a selection of cat and bird stuff, I have to imagine those are also well stocked.

The Urban Pet is truly a wonderful place in my community! I just moved here from out of state and they were so helpful in getting my cat's food ordered for me. The owner called me directly to make sure everything was taken care of and extended a discount when there was a timing issue with my first delivery. I will be a customer as long as I live here!

I go here for all my premium cat food needs. They have good prices and a small discount if you join their members club. Also twice a year members sale for a little bigger discount. Always friendly and well stocked. Employees are knowledgeable and able to answer questions.

While I love their store and the staff at the store. I find their grooming customer service inconsistent. I called a few days ago and never received a call back and when I called today to follow up for an appointment I was brushed off and was told I'll be getting a call on Saturday. Trying to schedule an appointment to get your cat groomed shouldn't be this difficult.
