Excellent in every way. The service, the atmosphere, and the food were remarkable! I was looking forward to trying Bacari, and I'm so happy I did. Everything we ordered was fresh, well seasoned, and absolutely delicious! I'm looking forward to going at night. So many more things on the menu that I can't wait to try. I recommend making a reservation, even though they allow walk ins. It fills up rather quickly and understandably so. There is street parking on the side blocks and also valet.

Come here for the charming tree house ambiance and yummy drinks. Food is tapas style but that’s just an excuse to overcharge for small portions. If you must, French toast was pretty solid. Other than that, you can expect mediocre service (what a shame)… Jasmine, you were nice but to the new guy upstairs, you shouldn’t be working there (asking for dessert 3x when it’s expected to come… asking for additional items and it never arriving… getting charged for something that shouldn’t have been… but don’t worry, when the check is asked, it’ll come out right away 🙄). Highly doubt I’ll return but good luck if you visit!

We went to Bacari Silver lake for dinner. This is an upscale tapas (small plates to share) restaurant. There's no free parking, and street parking in the neighborhood was impossible to find so we had to use the valet parking. That was fine. The valet parking people were friendly and efficient. The restaurant was built around and large tree on many levels as if it was a tree house. Because of the design, most of the tables are not accessible to wheelchair riders. Disabled folks should reserve a specifically accessible table. There are some of them on the lower level. The food is delicious, if a bit pricey. The service is excellent. The noise level was quite high, a frequent situation in popular restaurants. If you like expensive restaurants, you'll like Bacari Silverlake.

Great food, tons of options (even gluten free, including pizza). Plates can serve 2-3 people if you get several to share. The patio was lovely. 4 stars only because our server was not very pleasant. Overall though would recommend this restaurant!

I enjoyed having dinner here. They serve tapas-style fusion dishes with small portions, which gave us the chance to enjoy different flavors— a nice touch. I love the ambiance; we sat under a tree, and the decor along with the building just made the scene so warm and cozy. The alcohol is strong. We ordered the Asian Pearl pizza, pork belly, and pasta; all were tasty and intriguing, felt like we were exploring something new. The only downside was the octopus we ordered; it was too dry, almost gum-like, which I don’t recommend. Otherwise, it was a really interesting dining experience here.

What a super cool restaurant with an amazing outdoor space!! It is a hidden gem from the street! It was a little chilly in LA when we visited, but the heaters were great outside. The food and drinks were so delicious! We shared a bunch of things and enjoyed all of them! The servers were especially nice and very accommodating, even to my 4 year old!

I’m on a mission to try a tapas restaurant in different cities I visit - Bacari did not disappoint! So many unique options. Loved the variety of cold/hot dishes and my mezcal cocktail! Favorite Dish: Ricotta & Beet Gnocchi Great vibes - especially as it got later into the evening. There was a live band setting up as well! Perfect restaurant ro accommodate a large group. Keep this one on your list for a birthday celebration!

Surprised how good this place was. It was a hot day but the staff got a heavy umbrella to shade us and keep it cooler. Kelly our waitress was very friendly and attentive. The plates were all delicious. The shrimp ceviche, lamb hummus, bread pudding, and cocktails were awesome. We ate every last bit. The smoked salmon pita was good but we wouldn't order it there again.

I enjoyed it here very much. Service was great. Everyone was nice. We came here for Sunday brunch. We came early and there was no wait. Food was amazing. I would come back here for the pizza and hummus. The pita was fresh and delicious. I wasn't the biggest fan of the kids cheese burger (it wasn't on a normal bun), but it was cooked well. My favorite was the French toast and the egg pizza with bacon. It tastes like French toast bread pudding. The egg pizza was just good!

Lovely atmosphere, even better food. Staff was amazing and friendly. They took care of us every second. The amazing plants and decoration really did make the overall experience more enjoyable. Prices are decent if not amazing and I would definitely return.

We had a wonderful experience at Bacari Silverlake! Jazmyn was our server and she took EXCELLENT care of us! She was funny, charismatic and made great recommendations! We were given a wonderful table and had such a delicious meal! It was a perfect afternoon date and brunch with the hubby! Will definitely come back to try dinner! Highlight was the pizza and the dessert! Loved the tapas style meal and definitely two to three per person was enough! Great time and will be back!

I’ve been here a couple times now and the tapas are always tasty. The sangria is great and everything was good- only part I didn’t like tonight was the pear pizza. It came out late and everything tasted a bit burnt. The veggies on top were so crisped up it tasted burned. Wasn’t the biggest fan of the pizza but pork belly and scallop is amazing.

Love the outdoor section and bar or this place. Incredible ambiance and friendly staff. We had the petit filet and it’s the most delicious little snack with zucchini and bernaise sauce! Drinks are great too!

Favourite restaurant in LA! Ask to be seated outdoors and you’ll feel like you’re dining in the forest. Food and drinks were DIVINE. Everything was so good. We especially LOVED the bread and butter pudding and you must add an ice cream with it. Cocktails were original and tasty. We spent ~$200 for 2 pax. PS, come celebrate your special occasions here! The staff were super nice to give us complimentary dessert and a round of Prosecco to start! What a great way to spend a special day :)

The vibes here are immaculate! The outside seating here is so pretty and it’s perfect for a date or with friends. Def recommended to get a reservation before coming. The staff were very attentive and always made sure to check up on us. It was cold outside so we requested to turn on the heat lamp next to us. Ours was a little janky but there was a staff member that would check up and do his best to ensure that we were warm and that the heat lamp was working. The food portions are on the smaller side but shareable amongst your friends. The pizzas were the best part of this restaurant. The bathrooms were clean and brightly lit.

The outdoor area was very nice and they played great music. All the food came out promptly and was all really good. Favorite was the land eggplant dish. Service was also very nice.

This spot is beautiful, from the back bar to the entire eating area with the tree centered. They have a large variety of tapa style plates to share and pretty creative cocktails. Prices aren’t cheap but you get the ambiance with it.

Die outside backyard area is really really nice. Phil from the service team was without exception very kind and attentive. The food was also good. We had 5 plates for two people and it was more than enough. They mixed up two of my drinks orders, however we‘ll definitely come back!!! Thanks for a great dinner!

We love coming here for our anniversary. Delicious tapas. I love this style of dining because I’d rather try a little of everything than have to decide on one entree. Highly recommend the burrata, ceviche, and the salmon. The atmosphere is so lovely, it’s like you’re dining in an enchanting treehouse.

I recently visited this place with high expectations due to its beautiful ambiance and stunning garden. While the overall experience was pleasant, I must say that the service and food fell short of my expectations. First, let's talk about the positives. The ambience of the place is warm and inviting, creating a lovely atmosphere for a date or casual get-together. The garden is particularly beautiful, adding a touch of tranquility to the surroundings. Additionally, the staff members were friendly and attentive, making us feel welcomed upon arrival. However, my dining experience was marred by repeated mix-ups with our orders. We received the wrong food on several occasions, which was disappointing and frustrating. Moreover, the main dishes we ordered, the petit fillet and cheek beef, were both excessively salty. This excessive seasoning completely overpowered the flavors of the meat, leaving us disappointed with our meal. Considering these issues with the food and service, I cannot wholeheartedly recommend this place solely for their culinary offerings. However, if you're looking for a charming spot to enjoy a drink or two, this place might be worth considering. The ambiance and garden create a pleasant atmosphere for a casual outing, but I would suggest eating elsewhere if you're looking for a satisfying meal. In conclusion, while the beautiful ambience and garden create an inviting setting, the subpar service and disappointing food make it difficult for me to recommend this place for a dining experience. However, it could still be a suitable location for a date or a relaxed evening out with friends, as long as you don't have high expectations for the food.

A cute spot in Silverlake. Came with a group of 4 for brunch on a Sunday, they have both outdoor and indoor seating. We were seated outdoor and the service was friendly. I loved that it's doggie friendly. They serve everything tapas style, meant for sharing. We opted for quite a few dishes to try out and my recommendations would be: 1. Beef cheek (Yum! 2023 seasonal item) 2. chilaquiles 3. The best cake you've ever had (the actual name of the dessert) 4. Bread pudding Overall, I enjoyed their desserts over the savory dishes that day, maybe it's because they have a pretty limited brunch/lunch menu (way too many vegan options over protein options). Also, they forgot a dish so we had an appetizer come out at the end. Good thing they have a good list of alcohol and cocktails!
