New
artesanal
pizza
joint
in
Eagle
Rock.
This
is
a
plus
in
my
opinion,
offering
hand
crafted
and
very
“fancy”
ingredient
pizza.
My
wife
and
I
got
two
pizzas
“the
piedra”
and
“beer
baron”.
Full
honesty
hear,
“the
piedra”
was
very
good
and
simply
crushed
“beer
baron”
which
lacked
what
a
pizza
is
meant
to
have,
taste.
It
may
be
my
taste
buds
but
the
piedra
offered
a
delightful
melody
of
savory
sweet
and
spiced
to
perfection,
also
it
wasn’t
your
typical
tasting
pizza,
the
taste
is
very
“artesanal”
if
I
can
say
that.
The
ambiance
is
very
bright
and
simple.
Love
the
layout,
a
lot
of
room
to
walk
around.
The
bar
was
rehabbed
from
the
previous
business
and
they
have
crushed
it
with
the
layout
and
style.
My
one
issue
I
had
was
I
ordered
the
pizza
Togo
and
so
I
decided
to
have
a
beer
while
I
waited.
The
beer
had
to
be
ordered
from
the
bar
next
door
and
then
I
waited
about
5-7
minutes
for
it
to
be
delivered
to
where
I
was
seated.
It
would
be
nice
to
see
a
couple
of
taps
right
next
to
the
register
so
that
you
could
just
grab
and
go.
But
it’s
not
a
huge
problem.
Though
the
price
of
the
pizza
is
a
little
expensive
I
can’t
wait
to
go
back
with
my
wife
and
try
some
other
pizzas.
Plus
I
saw
they
have
their
own
ice
cream.
So
I
will
definitely
try
that
out
next
time!
