I’ve come by here a few times. First time I was just curious about VR and decided to try It out alone and wow it was such a cool experience. Not just using VR alone but the whole process of booking my time and the interactions with employees. They were so attentive and really made my solo experience worthwhile. They also took their time in showing me how to play and they had so many games to choose from. Because of that, I came back a few times since then. I’ve also brought friends and family. They even have games for kids so it can really be a great outing for a family without breaking the bank. A friend of mine hired them for an event at their home and the Los Virtuality team brought the whole VR set up to the event! I didn’t even know that was possible! But it was a huge hit at their son’s birthday party so I recommend them for events too! All in all, VR is a ton of fun and this business really went above and beyond for me and all the people I‘ve brought with me. Will be coming back during the holidays!!

Awesome experience, I took my 6yr old son and he loved the games. Staff was attentive and helpful, there was no wait. Will come again soon!

We went to Los Virtuality at Northridge for my kid’s birthday. The kids had a great time. The person at the front desk, Bilal , was very patient and helpful the whole time. The kids kept changing the games every 10 minutes or so. He patiently helped with all the requests. It’s a great place for kids to have fun. We will definitely be back.

Fun VR Center in the valley!! Lots of VR games, escape room and great customer service. My 8 year old will definitely be coming back

We came here for my 10year old daughter’s birthday with her 8year old sister, and a couple friends. First it was a little difficult to get used to using the equipment, but the staff members were super nice and patient and they had a blast. We stayed for 2 hrs and that was perfect amount of trying different games. Thank you!

Place was very fun. We had so much fun I would recommend it if you like video games. Bilal was very patient was my nephew, he was so annoying but the worker had no problem with it.

We went for my nephews birthday, Sis & I did a virtual escape room, where we saved Christmas. We had so much fun, and I don’t play video games. I definitely want to come back. Quality is great. Owner very nice and friendly, very attentive. Definitely recommend, great when you play together. Fun family activity.

We just had a birthday party here for our son and its was an AMAZING experience! The kids all had such a great time I keep getting texts from the parents that their kids cant stop taking about today. I cant thank the staff enough Lauren and Lucio were so helpful and kind to all the kids. They were very attentive and made sure everyone had great first VR game play experience. 10/10 would recommend and we are definitely looking forward to next time planning a party for our adult friends to come and enjoy the fun!

We went to a teammates Bday Party it was very fun! The boys enjoyed it, the reason it was given a 4 is since this place does have alot of awesome boxing and actual physical games I would suggest investment on some cushioning for the walls near the VR sets, one of the little ones I had hurt his hand while playing a boxing game! Besides this incident it was very enjoyful!

Very fun experience. Would highly recommend this for anyone who enjoys VR or video games in general. Customer service was excellent.
