Just want to purchase vip tickets before all sold out. Missed out already on 2 concerts on vip options or just real good seats. Call to get presale password after hrs of searching online & I use the password Live nation gives me & still doesn't work. Really not a fan of presale tickets & general public waits few extra days. Want the best experience possible when I go to events, not stand in the back of the line just to order. Also not a fan of links being sent for txt massages to get tickets, would actually like a physical ticket. Can we please make it more of an enjoyable experience ordering, & easier to access codes just to order, thank you

Update: We are trying to buy tickets for a concert in the Hollywood bowl. It was a pre-sale ticket sale and needed a code which we have. We logged in even before the time they said they will open the sale online but after a few minutes, every good seat was unavailable already. And then a few seats becomes staggeredly available with a price that is 3 to 4 times the original price. This would mean that they either are trying to hold seats to sell tickets at a higher price or they are supporting scalpers. They let scalpers resell tickets at a very high price even on the day of the pre-sale. If only I could leave a rating lower than one star in this review, I would. ------ We always buy VIP tickets so that we don't have to look for parking, we have early access, there are food served and have access to fairly uncrowded bathrooms. But most of the time we we don't get to enjoy most of these VIP ticket benefits. In one of the events, there was a time when general admission tickets holders were allowed inside the venue at the same time the VIP ticket holders were. This was in Wiltern for the OMD concert if my memory serves me well. In another event in the Palladium also the same thing happened. VIP holders were not allowed to go in at an earlier time than the GA. Then while in the vip line the people supervising the event were promising things like 'oh, after the concert there will be cookies and coffee available' but then at the end of the show they closed down the VIP section. People who were in front of the stage who cannot leave anymore so as not to lose their spot were not able to get food or use the bathroom. They should at least keep the VIP section open an hour more after the show. Or give VIPs an ample amount of time to access the VIP section for whatever BEFORE the show starts. Specially at the Palladium the VIP area is upstairs. VIP ticket holders were kept in line outside way too long. It felt like it's only a few minutes difference when they let in the GA crowd. So in effect, vip tickets does not actually have early access which is actually the main point of why we buy it. We pay premium for these amenities and also early entry for front stage access. Please find a way for people who pay these premiums to enjoy what they paid for.

Ordered shirts in November for Christmas well before their Christmas deadline. Never responded to my emails. Received on January 13th. Terrible customer service

Either scammers and thieves or entirely negligent with their "secured data". They're using private customer information from Ticketmaster to charge for equipment and production. Card was just charged over $600 to "Ticketmaster" @ 7060 Hollywood Blvd for "Theatrical Production (except motion picture)"

The color is red because it’s representative of the devil and they are proud of that fact. Zero stars is not possible however appropriate.

I am actually still in shock of our experience at the Gorge Amphitheatre last night. We flew out from Denver to see the Lumineers at this supposedly “epic” venue only to be parked in traffic for THREE HOURS. After an hour and a half we found out from the truck behind us that Live Nation put another concert at this venue the following night so the traffic was campers coming in for that and The Lumineers concert. WHO is the moron that didn’t think to have serious traffic control if they were going to pull a stunt like that? Just thousands of folks missing their concert after travel from all over the place. Somehow we made it into the venue to see the last 3 songs. Then to turn around and sit in some more traffic lunacy with zero controllers. To make matters worse we actually traveled to Salt Lake City to see the Lumineers last weekend only to have the show canceled two hours prior with zero emails or communication sent out. The only reason we knew is because we happened to run into a couple at the hotel bar that told us. They canceled due to a possible flood…yet the tickets said rain or shine. However, it drizzled for less than 20 min and that was it. So who was the moron behind that one? All I know is that The Gorge looked like such a beautiful place to experience a band you love and Live Nation’s embarrassing decisions ruined that for us. The fact we tried TWICE to see them and had two completely different issues go on that messed up our night is a question for the party gods. But now to know that it was all because of the company that owns and runs these venues is another story. Guess we will be requesting yet another refund and reconsidering going anywhere Live Nation has anything to do with.
