Wow! Absolutely amazing experience. I had a gold ring that was too large and I needed it to be made smaller by one and a half sizes. I also had engraving on the inside of the ring that I didn't want distorted or ruined. They gave me a very reasonable quote and said it would be done in an hour. They had it ready within 20 minutes, and it came out perfectly! No signs of damage at all, in fact it looks even better and shinier than before. If I ever need any more jewelry or watch repairs in the future I will be coming right back to this place again.

Went there today, I wanted to repair a watch that was a Keepsake from my father and has sentimental value. I had broken the original band and it would no longer fit around my wrist.
