Really like this Irish pub. It feels like you are in Ireland or England. There are comedy shows and mics. Staff is friendly. They sell food as well. They have an outdoor area. East free parking around it at night. After here you can head to residuals and sing karaoke from walking distance. And this may sound weird but every time I drink water from their plastic cups it gives me a mini electro shock to my teeth.

The Full Monty aka Full English Breakfast / two grilled bangers, two Irish bacon rashers, two eggs, baked beans, grilled tomatoes, sautéed mushrooms, toast - 5 🌟! I have an October birthday tradition that I only started last year but have carried on into 2022. I seek out a full English breakfast! Or at least as close as LA can get. This year I was at The Fox and The Hound. I forgot to take photos of the restaurant itself. It is a nice English pub with a very good, broad menu with featuring lots of English classics and some American options as well. But I was there for the English breakfast and it certainly did not disappoint. Very satisfying meal. Everything tasted great! It was a lot close to my house than the place I found last year. They have indoor and outdoor seating and even at 11 am on a weekday it was getting a good crowd. We also had some sausage rolls that I also forgot to take a pic of. They were made in house and were awesome. Five stars unofficially since there's no photo evidence.

Really enjoy this place when I am in LA. Great service with a smile. Well kept beer and good value tasty food choices. quite busy at times, but I tend to be in at lunch time so never overwhelmed. smoking on the covered terrace if that's your thing, if not easy to avoid. I think there has been a change of ownership but all to the good. Looking forward to returning soon.

As an Englishman I can say this is the best English pub I have been to outside England. There's no telephone box ornament which is a huge plus. Whoever made this pub must have been English. The service was first class and had the best and most reasonably priced beer in LA. If your English and want a home from home come here!

Great pub! The food is tasty and the sevice is good. They offer a good drink selection with ESB and a hard cider on tap (hard to find consistently).

Authentic British pub in the Studio City/ Universal City area. Shepherds pie, scotch egg, banger bites, and fish & chips are amazing. I've also heard that there's a secret Potter-themed trivia/comedy show in the back, if you can find it.

Quaint, small English pub. Food was piping hot and delicious. Prices are reasonable. Service was prompt and courteous. If I should find myself in the vicinity of Studio City, I would definitely stop in again.

I always enjoy the atmosphere of this old timey pub. It gets pretty busy when there are big time footie matches on TV. The food is pretty good. I like the shepherd's pie and the fish and chips!

I love this place so much. Where do I start… their food is amazing, the staff is super friendly, and the atmosphere is so chill and fun. Thank you so much for the great day. Coming back to visit Kathy again and will be visiting again for the best Shepherd’s pie.

We visited this pub several times when we were in Los Angeles three years ago and enjoyed it so much that we paid a visit again this time. The atmosphere is great - very friendly and lively. The food and drink is good and is reasonably priced. The staff are great - friendly and helpful and each time we have been, we have had a lovely welcome from the customers too! There isn't a car park, but we found somewhere to park on a road close by.

Karaoke is hosted by two wonderful people, Justin & Ashley! Andy is my favorite, but all of the staff and customers are a great group of mature adults to spend quality time with! Nice place👍👍👍👍

the place fashions itself after a kind of rough and ready english pub and does it fairly accurately. we happened to be there on a monday night football showing and a quiz night which was chaotic and quite good fun. had some food which was so-so, hence the 3 stars. if you are looking for a place of genteel sophistication, this is not the place for you

Hidden gem. Great British themed pub with good British food. If course a few American food items and events thrown in. Great service as well. We'll be back and time we're staying in LA

Its always a good time here, old school style bar with friendly and skilled bartenders. Lots of room to find a good place to sit. I come here often with a bunch of coworkers

Great atmosphere, touch tunes juke box, live music, good food, good drinks, great staff and my favorite is the steel tip dart board. It's a great place for soccer games, can get packed for the popular games. Hope your experience is as good as mine was.

Not cheap but what bar in LA is? Staff was excellent and the atmosphere was welcoming. If you're not interested in trivia then it's best to wait until it's over on Wednesday night as it's incredibly loud. Seems like a pretty cool bar. I would definitely visit again

This is as close as I’ve to finding my “Cheers” in the area. Come here to watch Premier League soccer or drinks and apps before heading to a ballgame. Just a chill place with solid drinks for fair prices. Fried pickles are delish. Love it when they have the back patio open because we often travel with our pup.

The Fox and Hound is simply the BEST! The staff provides excellent service, which makes the atmosphere even more pleasant. On Thursday nights, karaoke is hosted by Justin & Ashley, two wonderful people! A Shout out to Tyler and Summer who are always on point! MWS 🙂

Don’t go there for the food. Patio looked nice but smelled like an ashtray. Inside was nice but very loud.

This was my first time here. I was meeting a friend whos a fellow British ex pat .. we tried the sausage rolls which were good and i had an English breakfast. This place isn't cheap (just like most places in LA these days) so you are paying a premium on some pretty basic food (normal by LA standards now) but if you're visiting from UK it could be a bit of a surprise. The one thing we noted here is that the service was VERY slow. The place wasn't busy so I'm not sure if the issue was in the kitchen or front of house but if you just want a quick bite to eat I wouldn't recommend this place. If you have time isn't an issue for you, this place is worth a visit.

Feedback: We were yelled at by a bar tender after asking a question and the staff was very rude. The bar was pretty empty. A regular customer sitting next to us and another bar tender both apologized for them and said they were not usually so rude. We left and went somewhere else and never ordered anything. My friend walked out immediately, I stayed and talked to the other customer for a minute about what happened before leaving.

Solid British pub. Fish and chips was nice and portions were good (although I would have liked more fish). Beer selection on point.

EXCELLENT FOOD however, they really need to hire or find more staff who want to work as we had to wait for silverware rather than use plastic utensils as none were clean and as a result of being short staffed, the wait for food to arrive, was too long. I would have given 5 stars if not for lack of staffing. They have a smoking section and outdoor eating allows for one to bring their leashed 🦮 👍👍 Be mindful toward your pet should it not like other dogs.

The Worst Vibe of any bar I’ve ever entered No one bothered to let us know where to sit, nor did anyone ever show up to take our order after we seated ourselves Then when we tried to order drinks at the bar after waiting 15 minutes for someone to come to the table- the Bartender told my English friend (the only Englishman in the “Pub”) that we needed to order at our table because it was the Pub’s policy- What?! My policy is to go to establishments that appreciate my business and are polite. So- Never going to The Fox and Hounds EVER again!

Drinks were good and happy hour prices are great. NFL was on which is not the kinda football I want to see when going to a pub.

So unfortunate. Friendly staff. Dog friendly neighborhood bar. But the cook was not awake at the grill today. Both my friend and I ordered MED RARE burgers. Hers was supposed to be with an over- easy egg. The burgers were badly charred and the egg was well done. Maybe it could have been remedied, but I was catching up w a friend and didn’t want to disrupt our time. The food would have been very tasty if it were cooked correctly. There were other people behind us who had food sent back because it was also the wrong temp.

My first time there! Good English fare! Good food! Loved it! Will go again soon! We went during the day, so not many customers, and ate outdoors in the back canopied area. Very peaceful.

Burgers were the best thing we ordered. Lil divey bar vibes, would be better if you’re going with the intention of walking out buzzed rather than a family meal lol

Great little restaurant and pub, good food at reasonable prices. My wife and I found this place while looking to have lunch. Burgers were tasty with fries. The. Fish and chips looked very good as well as the Shepard's pie. Many English dishes on their menu. Parking can be a challenge but well worth it. Give them a try I you will like it.

I heard this was an Arsenal-supporting ⚽️English pub (from Arsenal’s website). Arsenal came to L.A. this week to play Bayern Munich. I showed up at halftime and there were two Arsenal supporters speaking in hushed whispers at one end of the bar. A little deflating, so my brother and I took up a post in the back of the bar behind the trivia night crowd and had a pie and a pint and slipped some trivia answers to the old folks at the next table. The team won and not a hint of acknowledgement from anyone. Oh well. Still nice they had it on the TV.

East coast visitor. Came in for Trivia night and it was a blast. Drinks were strong and food was on point. AND ITS AN ARSENAL BAR!? Rad! Only strange thing was some weirdo named “Morgan” walked in and said “PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO ME, IM LONELY AND NO ONE IS NICE TO ME” then turned around walked out. We all had a good laugh but then I guess they left a bad review? That’s LA for ya

🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 ENGLAND (via Eat the World Los Angeles) - If you did not have the context of Ventura Blvd. on each side, the palm trees above, and the crystal blue sky, this corner pub in Studio City could be mistaken for the local watering hole of any small town in England. Throughout Great Britain the local pub is more than just a place to drink. In smaller towns and villages, it may be the only place with a kitchen for diners to go out. Even in bigger towns the pub is the place to go to eat, and the kitchen here is open early and late to give you this feeling.

Top spot, as an Englishman and a gooner I love coming here when we visit LA. The atmosphere, food and drinks are almost like being back at home. Keep up the good work
