Congratulations! If you’re planning a trip to Universal Studios, you’ve found the hotel of your (parking) dreams. Yes, the parking lot, because that might be the only accessible feature of this hotel. We booked several weeks in advance and even called to confirm the ADA compliant room for our child with special needs. Kudos to the reservation team for taking notes; too bad they were only good for a fictional narrative. Fast forward to check-in day, and voila! The accessible room had magically vanished into thin air, like a Houdini trick gone wrong. Instead, they offered us an “upgraded room” for an extra $250 per night. How charitable! Treating accessibility as an optional upgrade is a masterstroke of insensitivity. It’s not like we were asking for a room sprinkled with gold dust; we asked for basic human decency. In summary, if you’re looking for a hotel that goes out of its way to make money from your specific needs, look no further. This place will certainly make your wallet more accessible by lightening it considerably.

Our family stayed here in October and we could not have been more satisfied with our stay. The food was exceptional! The rooms and common areas were very clean and the staff were fantastic. My husband lost his wallet and the front desk and security went above and beyond to find it within minutes of us reporting it lost. Elizabeth, at the front desk, was so gracious to go out of her way to find out what kind of pillows the hotel supplied so that my husband could purchase one after our stay. She's the best! Thank you for making our trip feel like home away from home!! I Highly recommend this hotel.

It was a good hotel with a great staff. We booked with points and everything went smoothly. Parking is pricey at $38.50 including tax but you don't have to pay to park at Universal. The walk to Universal was under 10 minutes and had nice views. Complimentary shuttle to Universal was great. Hotel was nice but the rooms need an update. It was clean and we got a $36 per day food credit as a Hilton Diamond member. Did not get an upgrade as a Diamond member but it was no big deal. The water pressure in the shower was great. Staff was incredibly helpful and nice. Got a double queen room on 18th floor with a great view of Universal and downtown LA. Would recommend if you're going to Universal.

We had an enjoyable stay here. We LOVED the room! It was comfortable and quiet! The staff were polite and helpful. And this is in spite of a traumatizing even that occurred with housekeeping. The day we were to check out, we went to breakfast early (hadn't checked out...it was only 8 am). We took our luggage to our car but left all of our food & drinks for the trip home in the room, as again, we hadn't checked out and it was early. We went to breakfast. We came back and the maids were cleaning our room and had taken all of our food and drinks for themselves. Since they didn't speak English, they called their manager, Brandon. We were horrified! It was only 9 am at this point. And we felt violated. Finally, the floor manager, Jerome called and arranged a reimbursement for us. But it is unforgivable that the maids were cleaning our room, took our things and we hadn't checked out! While we were waiting to hear from the floor manager, a maid kept cleaning the room while we were waiting. We had to ask her to leave. We felt violated and we both knew that she shouldn't be cleaning while guests are in the room and it was only 9 am and we hadn't checked out! Supposedly, the managers were to get together to come up with a new policy to ensure this doesn't happen again. But it was upsetting. Again, they did provide reimbursement. We would stay here again, but we'll be on the alert!

Booked a king bed with sofa bed with universal view. We were lucky to be on the higher floors. We did not hear upstairs footsteps. Great daytime and nighttime view of universal. The bathroom has lots of lighting and mirrors which helps getting ready in the mornings easier. Some cons are that the shower space can be small, and the sofa bed felt very “springy” (uncomfortable). There is also a nice buffet on the lobby floor. Hotel has a shuttle to and from universal city walk, which makes it more convenient. There are also water fill-up stations around the hotel. Pool opens early morning and closes late a night. Hotel staff were friendly. Overall wonderful experience. Would book again!

Everything about this place was top-notch. You do pay for it, though! Check-in was a breeze. The good folks there were very professional and curtious. The location being within walking distance of the park is perfect , though they have a shuttle every 15 minutes. They do your room daily! Almost no motel chain does that anymore. Our room was excellent with a nice view of the park. I can't say enough good things about our stay.

Let me start by saying that if you are visiting Universal Hollywood, this is a fantastic hotel option. The walk over to the park entrance is quick and easy (if you ignore the signs to the walkway and just head across to the Frankenstein Parking garage and use the escalators). We got one of the park facing rooms and the view is incredible (just wish we had visited on nights where the Hogwarts Castle show was going). Check-in was quick and easy and everyone behind the desk is super helpful and nice. We did take advantage of the room service and, while it was super expensive (like most room service is), it was very good food. We also stopped in to buy some snacks at the little shop (which is also very expensive but again not a surprise). The property is kept very clean and pleasant. We experienced no actual problems during our stay at all. The only two complaints I have really are: 1) $40 for parking per day is a lot in addition to the room cost. I understand charging for valet but to self park in a deck that is built at the hotel it seemed an unnecessary charge. 2) The beds were hard as a rock. I'm sure a lot of folks will find this to be a positive but, as someone with hip and back issues, I did find I needed some ibuprofen each morning because of how sore I was. That all being said, we will definitely consider this hotel should we visit the area again.

Wonderful experience at this hotel with great staff. Our hotel room was spacious and they had the option for daily room cleaning which is sometimes hit and miss at other locations. There are a few dining options on premise but it is walkable distance to universal and city walk. Few areas probably need a little paint and carpet refresh, especially around the pool. I would definitely stay here again :)

This hotel has the perfect location. A 10-minute walk to Universal. If u don't wanna walk They offer a free shuttle service that pick you up and drop you off at Universal City Walk. The shuttle comes by every 15 minutes. It is very convenient for families. The breakfast buffet is very convenient. It is good to feed the family before heading to Universal. The hotel is clean with beautiful views of the theme park. The room is a decent size. Clean sheets and comfortable beds. I only put 4 stars to the room because the bathroom tub was slightly outdated and peeling . And the faucet was leaking. All the staff were professional, courteous, helpful, and kind from front desk staff... to the valet service. I highly recommend this place, especially to families with kids. I would definitely be booking here again. I will leave few pictures of my room view.

This hotel is right next to the park and is a bit pricey but worth it for ease and comfort. We actually got upgraded at this hotel (and we didn't even say it was our honeymoon!). This hotel is beautiful inside and out and was the most comfortable one we stayed at on our entire trip. We also had an amazing view of Universal Hollywood Studios from our window. Definitely stay here!

I was the GM of a hotel group myself and have worked every aspect in the hotel industry. I am very familiar with how these things work, that being said I think this review is necessary. Charged my card 2 extra times and my friends card 1 extra time. Check-out lady was completely rude and unhelpful. Refused to do a chargeback for the over-charged money, lady insisted they charged us only once per person however our card statements show the charges clearly, and no, they weren’t “pending” as my friend used a debit card so the cash is gone for good. In total, we were debited $618 MORE than our final room total was. Refused to resolve this problem at the front desk, saying we must call Hilton customer service and figure it out through the automated line. Pretty unhelpful considering this was 100% the check-out lady’s error. Additionally, there is no housekeeping and they did not bring us up towels when we requested them. Pretty bad experience overall especially if they aren’t doing housekeeping services, the least they could do was provide towels. Only redeeming quality was the bellmen and valet guys being amazing and friendly. They should be working at the front desk because the lady was completely incompetent as far as how to do her job or a simple refund.

The only thing 5 star about this hotel was the staff. The front check in the valet and the gentleman that brought in our luggage. They were all top notch. But everything else I was greatly disappointed. The food was okay but only get a “continental breakfast “ with the room. That consisted of a bagel fruit and coffee. That still was $22! Then a microwave can be added for another $20. We stayed on the executive floor with a “view of the park” the view was beautiful out the window at night but it was a parking lot. The beds were full size and so tiny and uncomfortable. It was either super hot or super cold. The hot water matched the next door people that you can hear. I just expected so much more from a Hilton. I just am shocked at the low class of the rooms the accommodations and pretty much everything except the staff was sub par. I would not recommend this hotel the Sheridan is right next door. Wishing we’d have stayed there.

Staff was extremely friendly, accommodating and place was spotless! Shuttle was perfect for getting to the park. Continental breakfast was provided with our room and the selection was varied and fresh. I'm so glad we chose to come here rather than go to Disneyland as we usually do at Christmas! Everyone complied with masking, I felt safe as I could be and we enjoyed our stay immensely! This was my first trip since COVID and I was apprehensive but your staff made me feel at home. Thank you so much!

Nice hotel that is the closest you can get to the theme park entrance, great for early morning access and an easy trip home at night. Rooms are basic but clean. Higher floors have nice views of Universal or valley. Overall nothing special about the rooms though, you're here for the location. Self parking is easy and currently $40 a night. Pool is nice, not a resort, but big enough for the size of the hotel. Hot tub is nice and open late to relax after a long day. Overall, a nice quiet stay with a quick drive to various locations and a prime location if you're going to the park or city walk.

We absolutely love this hotel! From the moment you walk in until the moment you leave you will be treated like family. Jerome at the front desk took such great care of us and got us situated in our room early. The view were spectacular, the rooms were clean, the absolute most comfortable beds and pillows in the world, and great pressure in the shower! I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. We ordered breakfast in our room and it was delivered in under 30 minutes and was delicious! We will stay here again for sure!

Overall the room location, type, and view was good. The bed was good and the size of the corner suite was good. We had a great view of universal as we celebrated our 14 year wedding anniversary. On the second day we noticed some ants in the bathroom. One or two ants are no biggie. But we woke up with more than twenty+ ants crawling all over our stuff in the bathroom by the sink. Room 1469. We brought this up to the staff upon checkout and nothing was really done, other than… “well look into it.” Hopefully the next person staying in that room will not have the same ant problem as us.

We enjoy staying at the Hilton. The rooms/beds are always comfortable. The location by Universal Studios is great, a very short walk there or you can opt for the shuttle that is shared with the Sheraton. Breakfast is good but can be pricey, but we sometimes opt for that anyway due to convenience. We have also done room service and the food has been pretty tasty. They had a vegan option for a burger which I liked. Depending on the room you get there are nice views into Universal Studios. Overall, always a comfortable and pleasant stay when we have stayed there.

My family and I stayed here for 3 nights. When we arrived, it was just after a turmoil with a car rental facility and Sam, the gentleman on the front desk upon our arrival, was so kind. He immediately lifted our spirits and made us feel cared for, looked after, and comfortable. His bright and cheery attitude really did make our dull day a brighter one. The beds were very comfortable, the facilities were easy to use and access. The shuttle bus was fairly regular, arriving for pickups and drop offs every 20 minutes throughout the day. The pool area was clean, pleasant, and enjoyable. The rooms themselves are outstanding. I'm from the UK, and being able to connect my netflix account was amazing. Even though we fell asleep through every movie, having the ability to watch movies, TV shows and enjoy home comforts really did tie everything together. Very happy, indeed. A fantastic and enjoyable start to our US vacation.

Awesome property!!!! This was the best location the visit Universal Studios !!! We got a room with a view into the park, you could see fire works from the water world show, map out a route into the park, see lights at Harry Potter castle. Also great view of the whole valley. 5-7 minute walk to Universal Studios. They had a great continental buffet we had lox and croissants with fruits for breakfast it was delicious. Also In and Out burger was right around the corner !! The parking structure was continent to go in and out of. They had filtered water refill stations by the ground level elevators to the rooms. The pool was nice and refreshing !!! We went when it was 100 degrees out. People were renting out the cabanas it looked like they had TVs in there. This was a great experience, good staff, convenient, positioned in the best locations for visiting Universal Studios !!!

From the start Jesse at the front desk was vert informative. He had a sheet of attractions we should go to first at Universal Studios so we could maximize our time at the park. It was accurate and very helpful. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed. The hotel offered breakfast options, dinner options, as well as a coffee shop and a bar for evening relaxing. Very luxurious sitting areas an atrium with large palms and native plants. The pool was awesome. This is an affordable hotel, walking distance to the entrance to Universal Studios. Highly recommend.

My second stay at this hotel! Love the spa & pool, open until late at night which is great. Handy location to Universal Studios (five min walk) and has a train station nearby. Friendly service by all staff members, they even look after your luggage after check out. Love the turtles and fish outside in the pond. Big and tidy hotel rooms. Each room also comes with a bathtub, which is an added bonus!

This is a great hotel. We stayed here 5 nights using it as a base for our non Disneyland portion of our trip. The service was great. Near immediate responses to text message requests. One thing that uniquely stood out was that there was never a wait for elevators. In a building as tall as this one I expected waits for the elevator sometimes, this didn't happen. We would stay here again.

Our stay here made our son's birthday extra special! We recently stayed at the Hilton in Universal City for 3 nights to celebrate our son's 13th birthday. From the moment we checked in, we were treated with kindness, and all of the staff went out of their way to make our stay a great experience. The staff was so wonderful in setting up balloons, and a cake to surprise our son upon our arrival. Our room was clean, comfortable, and easily accessible. We also had a great view of Universal! If I'm being completely honest, our room service meals were also far better than any of the restaurants we ate at while we were there! The proximity to Universal Studios, and Super Nintendo World can't be beat! We were able to walk to and from both with ease, and in only about 10 minutes! They also provide a tram service that drops you right at City Walk, and ran until 11pm. On the nights we were tired, this was awesome! We would definitely stay here again!

Make sure to use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ. ᴄᴏᴍ when booking a room. This web site will compare countless booking websites and normally will have rates much cheaper than others! Thank me later on! This hotel is one of the most well known in the area. I've been staying here for a very long time. If you decide to stay here you will love it I'm sure! I am very satisfied with our stay in this hotel. It was very convenient going to Universal Studios. I love the pool. I woke up early just to enjoy it. Would definitely come back and stay here. Breakfast was good too.

Love this location. This is the second time staying here. The location is prime for Universal Studios Hollywood. They have wonderful rooms, a great bar, delicious food, and amazing staff. Jerome at the check-in desk was amazing. He went above and beyond for us. We had a bad day and unfortunate experience apart from the hotel, and he found out and made us feel so welcome and brought back our smiles. Excellent place to stay.

The location of the hotel is right next to Universal which is really nice and convenient. The rooms are more spacious than you can tell from the photos. The bathroom and room were clean and we had plenty of towels. The beds were nice and comfy and I absolutely loved the pillows. Would come back. The valet was a little awkward but otherwise all good!

We went to Halloween Horror Nights and didn’t want to drive back to Riverside area after a long day and night. Staying here at the Hilton was perfect. We simply walked over to the hotel after being at Universal all night. The hotel is really nice and super modern and updated. The room had a great view and was really comfortable. The shower water pressure could have been better but it worked. We’d def stay here again. Plus they have an amazing weekend brunch and rooftop bar we want to hit up!

I'm so glad that I chose the Hilton for the hotel for our trip to Universal studios. Easy and fast check in, the rooms were super clean and the food was delicious from the restaurant. (A bit on the pricey side, but you're staying pretty much first class) The only issue was the water pressure. It was hard to rinse my hair since it kept adjusting. Think Steven Martin in Planes ,Trains and Automobiles. Thank you for the excellent service!

If you can great a good price, this hotel is perfect. It's 10 minutes walk to Unverisal Studios entrance. Rooms are really nice and pretty quiet. The staff really were the best though, the guys working out front, doors and bell services were all so helpful and friendly were fantastic. Highly recommend this hotel if you're visiting Universal Studios theme park.

Amazing customer service. Rooms are very clean. The bathrooms are spacious and the shower has great water pressure. The sheets were comfortable to sleep in & Breakfast was good. Enjoyed our stay here and made universal studios experience much more pleasant since we did not have to drive out of the park. The shuttle services is a plus after a day of walking. Highly recommend staying here for a stress free vacation.

Overall a nice hotel, but definitely some quirks. On the plus side, well maintained overall, given the age of the property. The staff was also very accommodating and friendly. Minus side, elevators were a little sketchy at times, functional things didn't always work well (like the faucets putting out too hot water but not all the time), and the fitness room is designated as 24 hours a day, but half of the room (the weight room area) is off limits from 9:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. (which says to me it's not 24 hours a day).

Pros: clean, 9 min walk to park with free shuttle service. Comfy beds, good views, very kind and polite staff. Cons: you don't get your bang for your buck. Parking is $45 per day so you might as well just park at Universal. & For the cost of the room, to not have a Continental breakfast or even a microwave in the room is really disappointing. They don't let you use luggage carts - not convenient at all. Next time, I will definitely find a place a bit further from the park with more included amenities.

I had the pleasure of experiencing exceptional hospitality at this hotel. The room's tasteful design and modern amenities ensured a comfortable stay, and the staff's genuine warmth and attentiveness made me feel like a valued guest. The hotel's commitment to sustainable practices was evident, and their efforts to minimize their ecological footprint were commendable. The dining options were a culinary journey, with each dish meticulously prepared and bursting with flavor. The hotel's convenient location allowed me to explore the city's attractions with ease. I left with a sense of contentment and a desire to return to this exceptional establishment.

The hotel is super convenient to Universal Studios and we came for Horror Night! We booked for 4 nights and 5 days. We were hoping for an upgrade as for being Diamond Members but we didn’t get it and that’s okay. The room was super clean. We have a large tub and not a walk in shower. There is only 1 hook to hang towels which with 3 people and it being a double bed room was very inconvenient. The walls are not sound proof. I was taking a nap because I wasn’t feeling well and gotten woken up by a screaming baby. I hope it isn’t like that all night. Thankfully we leave Friday. The beds are old and springy. They put a pad on but I still woke up stiff and hurting. My husband did as well. The air/ heating unit doesn’t work well. It’s either really cold in the room or really hot. We had the Mountain View which was nice but because of that the sun was mostly on our side of the building making it super hot during the day. Even with the window curtains closed. The staff was probably the best thing about this hotel. Super helpful, friendly, funny and welcoming. Every single interaction I had with them was 10/10. Room service to bell hop to brunch. Oh! We got brunch one day and my hash browns were so salty that I couldn’t eat them. My husband tasted that and he likes salt but they were even too salty for him. I let the server know and she said she would let the cook know. For paying 20+ for a breakfast I was hoping to be compensated but we were not. Couldn’t eat my whole meal. The pool and hot tub are great! The landscaping is great! The shuttle service to universal studios was quick and the drivers are funny and awesome! Overall, we definitely would come back to stay. Thank you for a remarkable week!

Loved our stay for our trip to Universal Studios! The location is within GREAT walking distance but they even offer a shuttle ! The bar was nice ! Staff was very friendly and professional. Water pressure in the shower is ADJUSTABLE! That's right. You heard me, adjustable!! That's a W in and out of itself! Speedy service too ! We called and asked for additional towels and received them QUICKLY! We are diamond members so we felt very taken care of ! We will definitely be staying here for every Universal trip!

This was the first staying here for us and we just loved it! The hotel itself was great, great staff, great location, and great service. Benny was very helpful when checking in, very polite and helpful through the whole process. You’re able to stay in the parking lot even after checking out for a good amount of time to not have to worry about paying or finding parking at Universal. Not only that but the theme park was so close we could walk there in less than 5 mins. We will be coming back here next time we visit universal studios 100%.

The hotel is very close to Universal Studios, quite decent with a breakfast buffet offering steak, custard buns, and Mexican flavors. It conveniently helps us recharge before heading to Universal Studios via their shuttle, just about ten minutes away. During our stay, it was my birthday, and the gentleman at the front desk gave us a corner room with a window overlooking CityWalk. The guest service also gifted us a lovely dessert. While enjoying Christmas decorations in the lobby, the staff spontaneously offered to take our photos. The only suggestion is that the hotel uses large refillable bottles for toiletries; personally, I prefer smaller, individually packaged items for hygiene. Nonetheless, we'll definitely bring our family here in the future. UPDATE Recently stayed here and ran into a few bumps about their system. First, a system glitch caused extra charges, and the refund process was more complicated than expected. The real annoyance, though, was the dining credits. For a 4-day stay, we expected 4 days of dining credit. However, they insisted adding the previous day's breakfast to the final night's bill, despite our repeated attempts to clarify. But later it was fixed as we were told by another front desk they would manually applied the credit. But then we still saw no credits were applied for the last day. Guess we need another call. A bit frustrating, to be honest.

Very nice large hotel. All as expected of the Hilton brand as a Platinum Hilton Honors member. Staff was definitely the highlight. Happy with the room cost, but Food costs are very, very expensive, so take advantage of nearby restaurants and City Walk. Very pleased with the visit.

Was visually appealing but we found some gross stuff on our bed and it didn't feel clean. I let the front desk person know and all they offered was a few extra points to my account. Not very fond of finding hair and mystery stains on my bed. Was told to contact them directly and I never received a response:

So close and convenient to Universal Studios! The room was very clean and spacious and we enjoyed our stay. If you would like a bathrobe, ask at the front desk and I heard you could borrow one. Food at the restaurants was quite good, but you do pay for the convenience!

Husband and I stayed here because we were going to visit Universal Studios for Horror Nights. We got drinks at the bar and the service was great. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel's interior design is beyond beautiful. Our room was at the 21st level and we had the whole view of Universal Studios and the mountains in the back. Amazing view. The Hilton is thus far, the best hotel we have ever stayed at.

My wife ordered room service for dinner. She does not eat much so we ordered the kids chicken tenders and fries and I ordered the quesadilla. Both were four times better than we thought they would be chicken tenders were juicy yet crispy and hot on delivery. My wife said on a scale of 1 to 10 a 15 for service and quality

This hotel is perfect if you are visiting Universal Studios. It's within walking distance or they have a convenient shuttle service you can ride for free. The hotel and rooms were clean, but felt a bit outdated or like any other boring hotel. We stayed in a corner room, which had a nice view, but we could hear our neighbors every move and even their conversation quite clearly when in our bathroom. We did like how spacious our room was though and the staff at the front desks were very friendly. So overall a good place to stay, but nothing special.

Best hotel I have ever stayed in. Nice clean rooms. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Short walk to Universal Studios with a bar for drinks afterwards. Elevators were quick and nice coffee shop downstairs in the lobby. I would stay here again without question.

My partner and I stayed at this hotel for three nights last week on our first trip to LA from London. The hotel was exactly what we wanted: clean, very well located (which says a lot for LA given everything is SO spread out!!) with a friendly and happy atmosphere and attentive staff. We felt safe and secure in the hotel and surrounding area of Universal City, having experienced some unsettling moments in other parts of LA. We'd like to say a very special thank you to staff member Dario who dealt with our requests in an extremely kind, professional, empathetic and prompt manner. Thank you Dario for helping to make our stay so special. It goes a long way.

We stayed at Hilton and had an absolutely amazing experience! The customer service was superb and I’m pretty sure we had the best view from our floor. We easily accessed Universal Studios several times via the shuttle. Kevin, the desk service manager, took extra care of us and our needs during our stay. We will definitely return to Hilton!

Great location. Clean rooms. Has a great variety of pay for all you can eat breakfast (we have diet limitations to not enjoy). Staff were all friendly and helpful

Great location for visiting Universal Studios. The free shuttle to and from the park is great. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the pillows were a dream! The staff were friendly. We enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi as well. Breakfast was decent but overpriced.

The worst Hotel experience I have ever had. Paid 500 dollars a night to sleep there and it was the worst. From the start checking in took way longer than I ever expected from this hotel (including the long checking in line). Then the hotel said they said didn't receive my funds to stay in the room despite it being taken from my account. They have stated this has happened in the past but they seem to have no solution for it. Had to call my Bank multiple times and they told told me each time that the money was taken out from my account and was sent to Hilton. Had to waste most of my vacation either Talking to the check in employees (Had to stand in line each time which took a long time) to get the issue resolved, calling my bank, or talking to accounting from Hilton. On my second day had to waste my evening and afternoon talking to my bank and accounting from Hilton to get the issue resolved. In the end had to pay all over again in order to stay (I did get the money for the original 6 days I was planning on staying after multiple business days.). I also shortened my trip from 6 days to 3 days because not being able to enjoy my trip. Also the room felt really out of date for the price I payed , and the blankets and sheets had an ick feeling to them. The only positive thing about the hotel is that they have good room service. Wouldn't recommend this hotel if visiting the LA/ Hollywood area.

Check in was easy and the staff was nice. The room was clean and comfortable with a great view of Universal Studios. The walk to the park was quick and easy. The breakfast was delicious. Parking was supposed to be $30/day but was much more expensive than expected ($88 for 2 days).

Spent 5 days here in a corner suite room. Front desk was very accommodating and polite when I needed room service, extra towels or pillows. They even gave me a time frame it would be delivered. Lots of parking on site. The bar/dining area was bare bones but this is more of a family property so its fine. Wish there was a bar at the pool as well. The pool is great! very clean lots of towels and well landscaped. Very large and spacious room, same with the bathroom. Only issue was the sometimes sulfur smell coming from the bathroom sink.

Very nice hotel, it's Christmas time so the inside of the lobby was very bright. Fun gift shop, nice lounge area where you can have some dinner, a Cafe I hear is open for breakfast. Pool is nice, spa was hot. The suite room..spacious, really nice bathroom, walk in closet. Great view of Universal Studios, that of course is from the 23rd floor. Self parking was easy and entrance to hotel was close.

We stayed during Christmas weekend and it was fabulous! Such a beautiful hotel! The staff were all amazing too. We had reserved the king corner room and were on the 18th floor with such spectacular views! I’m glad I didn’t upgrade to the universal views, I think our view was better. We were still able to see universal from our room though. They have a shuttle that runs every 30 min but honestly you don’t need it, it’s a 5 min walk to universal. This hotel does not disappoint!

What a great hotel! We totally messed up our room reservation and they were able to accommodate us short notice and our second night was even better in the executive floor! What great customer service and every staff member we encountered were great! We even had to leave at 330 am because I got sick and they were quick and helpful the entire time and very professional. We will definitely be back!
