Amazing new development with all the shops that were missing from NOHO area. My favorites would be Trader Joe’s, LA Fitness, Starbucks and that cool fish restaurant. There really aren’t many good places to pick up a nice fish dinner without taking out a second mortgage. Anyways, totally recommend stopping by and giving it a look around. Oh yeah, parking is a non-issue. Plenty of parking plus a garage to boot.

My family and I visited NOHO West on Saturday, 3rd December, 2023. I found it on Facebook a Christmas event from 11 am to 2 pm. It was our first time visiting here. They had the Grinch, the Gingerbread man, and the guy was blowing balloons. Had Santa Claus, you got the pics one time. Didn't get to look at all the stores. It was nice, this area. Will visit again. Happy Holidays to all.

This new outdoor mall and movie theater is a great addition to the area. Currently parking is free and I hope it continues to be. There are lots of restaurants, a trader joes with a better parking lot and wider aisles, a splash pad, a movie theater and a few shops. The Regal theater is really great and one of the cheaper theaters in the area. The splash pad is always on and surrounded with seating and restaurants.

I use to love coming here with my family to eat, drink coffee or just to sit and relax. It’s nice to watch the kids play in the splash pad. The only reason I give it three stars is because we stopped because of the noise from the cars. The young guys rev their engines too hard when driving by, and it’s even worse in the parking lot. You can see the tire marks in circles on the ground.

This area is amazing to go out for restaurants or hang out with friends or family. It’s definitely more younger people vibes and I’m thinking maybe to move closer to this area so then I can spend more time in there.

Just a beautiful view from the parking structure in NoHo West. It's so nice and pretty and quiet there...like a little bubble pulled aside from all the chaos around us!!!

I would give 0 star to this gym if that was possible. First of all, they keep their ropes, bar and handles inside the front desk downstairs (the gym is actually on the 2nd floor), then you have to come all the way downstairs only to find those items unavailable because they have only a few of them at our disposal (putting it mildly). Also they use their app for you to sign in every time you come in. But their app doesn’t work properly, so most of the time there’s a line of people at the front desk waiting to sign in. I suggested them bringing the physical tags back but they defused to do so. Not impressed with this gym at all.

Things are improving. This shopping center is brand new and you can almost smell the new building smell. It’s really nice but many of the restaurants aren’t sold or open yet. The Regal theater is really nice with 4Dx. The outdoor seating is really nice and great to chill with friends and play some switch.

Very nice up & coming shopping center. Plenty of nice eating spots. The Trader Joe's in this complex has the most parking spaces of all the Trade Joe's I've been to in SF Valley.

Missing some famous stores and brands. Not a lot of people right now are coming. The architecture is nice. Parking is free but it may change in the future when Noho West will be more attractive. They are still building around it and trying to get more companies to come.

First time for my 5 year son attending any movie 🎬 theater. When to watch Lightyear it was a great experience classy, clean, seats recline , snack stand a little pricey but what theater isn't. Affordable, really enjoyed it. I like what they have done with this place. I grew up in North Hollywood going to the old mall that was there when I was a little boy. Its going to be great place once all shops and construction is complete. Will return to visit the rest of shopping center.

My has this place grown there’s so much Shopping in this location now. My main objective today was to go to the Trader Joe’s which I think is the best in the area. There is Toluca Lake and another one on Alameda in Glendale. I prefer this location. A lot of choices of great food especially getting ready for the holidays.I love the produce the vegan choices. Frozen foods are awesome here. And the employees are great also. The only problem is there isn’t enough parking though. There is a lot of parking. So be a little patient when you arrive you’ll get a spot. They also have some gorgeous flowers and the Christmas cards are in and they’re only $.99 apiece right now. Happy shopping.

Great store and staff, but as usual, I had to park a long way away, and that's painful for a handicapped person with handicap plates and no parking places available. The parking lot is a zoo of people sitting waiting for a parking place, and you can't even get around the parking lot. If there was a major catastrophe, people would be screwed.

Cotton -candy clouds over NoHo West. Lots of great places to eat, Trader Joe's, plus The Joint Chiropractic, right off the freeway.

Love Noho West just be smart and park in the parking structure. Very conveniently located just off 170 fry exit Oxnard St. Easy entrance/exit access; 2 on Oxnard St., 1 off Laurel Canyon Blvd onto Laurel Grove Dr., and another on W. Erwin St. I am not a fan of large malls indoor or outdoor. This mall is perfect with a well balanced variety of 35 well appointed stores and great restaurants. This mall community cares about your shopping experience.

It is a great place to walk around and enjoy the variety of stores. This place has it all; cafe's, theatres, eateries, pastries, gyms, grocery stores, it's a one-stop shop and all within walking distance of eachother. Plenty of parking.

Depends when you go it will be full but it's a nice place to walk around and the food options are not bad. The parking is spacious Which is nice.

Wanted to check out the gym cause I live down the street walked in and asked if they do guest passes. Girl at the front said no you have to pay $20 if you want to check it out. Don't waste your time here check out speakeasy fitness they have no problem giving you a day pass.

We ate at Stand, and our cashier Xavier was so helpful and had great customer service. Clean and busy but quick service. Try the Brussels sprouts.

Easily becoming a place I love to visit with my family. They have some tasty restaurants, I recommend The Stand, a Trader Joe’s, and some shopping as well. Still under development, so it’ll only get better. Ample parking and just off the 170.

This place could've done better if if you didn't have to drive around. Like the ones in Glendale and Hollywood w/ plenty of pedestrian only traffic. Other than that it has a growing selection of stores.

The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because it's missing a little something. I'm not sure what. But there were too many people for this small location. It almost seems like all the adjacent residents hang out here to study, which leaves not much room left to sit. I saw so many people standing and it was pretty loud. I think security needs to pull back a bit, and tame things down. When all the stores that haven't opened up yet, do, it'll be my go to -- if I can just find the quiet time of day to go. Nice upgrade to an area of NoHo that seemed more like a ghost town. The homeless encampment across the street at the park is a deterrent for some.

Great place to shop or get a bite to eat. Also, they have housing there in New condo (?) Or apartment (?) buildings.

Parking is a beast, close to the shops on the corner, however the location is nice and the people are easy to be around. Friendly and great fast service.

Great dog park…but the walls around it are too short. Dogs can jump over the walls easily. Needs a water faucet for filling dog bowls with water but they do have a drinking fountain which can be used to water dogs. Artificial grass is in good condition from what I can see. Much better park than any of the area dog parks.

Super Cute and hard to find. The entrance is so small you miss it . This is a sweet clean, new little shopping area with a TJ's, Ulta, Verizon, Carbon Health, a pizza place and more but it is a nightmare to find with street names that all sound alike. Lyft gets lost every time.

Sub par but friendly management. Loud sports cars with loud noise kits dangerously rage through the parking structures to late at night with little to no response from management with burning tires and wreckless driving that endanger families walking through the area. Charging Stations mostly don't work despite having over 20 chargers. I was told the contractor installed faulty wiring 6 months ago that I have not seen addressed at all. Would recommend that they USE existing parking gates and get validation tickets and charge for electric charging with free charging for the first hour - two hours for movies. But get the ALL to operate properly and MAINTAIN them. NoHo West has Great Potential that they have Yet to live up to. 😉

This shopping/apartments/restaurants/Regal cinemas is the best thing about NO HO since it opened I think! Still free parking too folks! Come relax at a rather new theatre, with Pepsi 4DX and not too crowded, most days!

THIS IS NOT A MALL. I REPEAT.... THIS IS NOT A MALL, as a matter of fact it's barely a couple shops. What this ACTUALLY is..... Is a new condo complex community with its own plazas built in..... But there are not any shops renting the spaces yet....... So it's a movie theater, a Starbucks, and 1.5 restaurants........ I'm sure in a year this place will be amazing but for now..... It's like 20 empty store fronts

  • 2/5 J H. 1 year ago on Google
This place will get a 5 stars once they can figure out how to open the stores they say will open at the time they say they will. When will LA fitness open? It's been announced for a year and nothing. I expect the same for any other announced stores. The entire place probably won't be complete until 2030. Real exciting. Only thing worth it is Starbucks and Trader Joe's. Went to the movie theater and they couldn't sell us large popcorn because they ran out of bags. Seriously good stuff going on. And the social media marketing is something else for sure.

The theater is so modern it looks absolutely beautiful. It has a full bar and lounging area. It also has big comfortable recliner seating and is surrounded by restaurants and shops. Staff and management are very friendly and the theater is very clean.

Didn't realize this was here since the pandemic had me working at home. Drove past it to find a See's candies, trader Joe's, jersey mikes, etc. Lots of parking. Very cool they built this.

The Regal movie showing of "Nightfall" in 4dx was pretty rough. Didnt know you'd be jostled sooo much in the seat but was doable (for me). My wife probably would have left had she came with me. Be warned. Maybe a younger generation type of event. 👍🏾😎

This place has been open for about 2 years now and there still isn't much going on. I honestly do not understand why. Countless of empty spaces just waiting to be rented out yet no one rents them.... Perhaps the property management team has ridiculously high rents, I don't know... Even LA Fitness, This gym was supposed to be up and running well over 1.5 years ago and they still haven't even set up there spot! What's going on here??? What put me over the edge was the "regal" movie theater... These clowns, still asking for vacs cards in order to accept my money for entry.... People, the shot will not stop you from catching it nor will it stop you from passing to the next person so stop with this vacation nonsense already.... Lastly, the Stand and Starbucks are the biggest bread winners here. The Stand has an awesome stand which do not harass your regarding you know what. Food prices are on the higher side but in my opinion it's justified when you see the quality of what you're getting. Starbucks, This location has the absolute best customer service of any Starbucks within a 10 mile range! They always get the order right and like the Stand, they do not harass you regarding you know what. Regal, skip this rat hole and go to AMC Burbank, where no one is harassed and your business is appreciated regardless of your beliefs!
