Will never stay here again. The worst La Quinta that I’ve ever stayed at. 1. They charged all guests $22 with tax for parking spot PER NIGHT! (They didn’t mention this in their website, so don’t forget to add it into your cost). 2. Don’t be fooled by the “non-smoking.” You will smell weed everywhere, literally! Elevator, hallway, parking lot, outside your room, you name it. People also smoke cigarettes close to the entrance too. 3. The place is dirty. Our table was visibly greasy as if no one had cleaned this room when we checked in. 4. People leave trash everywhere, outside their door; in the hallway. 5. The soundproofing is bad. You can hear people talking in their room, in the hallway, and yes their dogs’ barking too. 6. People are honking at McDonald’s nearby all night long. 7. AC is very loud, but it’s good because we used its noise as a white noise to block the noise we mentioned above. 8. No legitimate place to unload your stuff on a luggage cart. I was told to not unload at unload area because it’s a one way road to the parking ramp and it’s busy. I then brought the luggage cart to the outside elevator, to the parking ramp, unload, and reversed the steps, and took another inside the building elevator to the 10th floor, unload, and brought it back downstairs. How convenient? (I found this better method ourselves -> We unloaded ours on the main street with hazard lights on). 9. Not enough pillows. We booked a 1-King-Bed room with only 3 pillows provided. We went downstairs to ask, the guy who was not really friendly told us, “I just have one left.” 🙄 10. The water pressure was horrible: both shower and sink. And there’s NO bathtub. 11. The room is very small. Some people can feel claustrophobic FYI. 12. Pet friendly, but no grass, no area for my dog to go potty whatsoever. The only appreciation I have for this place is they waived our pet fee; $10.

Great experience here! They were very flexible with my check in time. The front desk was friendly and answered all questions I had. There is free wifi and free breakfast in the morning. You can also order breakfast if you prefer. The room itself is spacious and clean. I had a king bed which was clean and large enough for me to sleep comfortably. There was a coffee maker, microwave and mini fridge in the room which was nice. The bathroom is fairly large in the accessible room.

Just got back from vacation stayed for a week. Check in was easy and they do offer parking at the hotel for $33.00 per night, but if you are traveling in your car and your staying for a week or so, then you can save on parking by downloading this app ParkUp. And it is literally across the street all day parking is $8.00 and it is good until 2 AM and if you need overnight they offer it as well and it’s $12.00 until 11AM. We personally parked our SUV and they have security at the parking as well and camera's. It’s a good place to stay you have Disneyland about 35 Minutes Away, The beaches Santa Monica 20 minutes, Malibu Beach 20 Minutes as well, Downtown LA 35 minutes. The observatory about 40 Min, Hollywood 30 minutes and universal studios 40 minutes away. If your paying with a credit card they will do a prepayment on your card and they will charge it at time of check out, and to me personally I rather pay them cash, pet deposit is $50.00 and a max of $75.00 for the rest of your time and the $50.00 will get refund it to your card in about 5 business days or so. Breakfast you can get it to go or eat their in the breakfast area. Their is also a Subway which is open 24 Hours and a Starbucks next to the hotel not 24 hours and a McDonald’s on the other side as well. Hope this helps in your next visit to Los Angeles and your stay at the Quinta LAX.

Overall, I felt this was a good hotel and felt the value for the money was good. The staff were nice and courteous. The room was nicely done with a shower and had clearly been renovated. It smelled like roses in the room and I really appreciated that. The only part that made me a bit nervous was the elevator to the parking, but that was a small price to pay. Breakfast was good and served by very nice staff. The dining room was modern and the food was hot and fresh.

Staff was friendly, and most of them were helpful. Parking is limited, and they charge you $33 per day, so be prepared for that because there are signs posted saying $30+ fees. There is literally nowhere else to park if you have a vehicle or are planning to have one on your vacation. We booked a king-size bedroom, it was very clean and well stocked when we checked in but our TV did not work properly. It had the pixel lines in the top corner of the TV, making it hard to watch. When we checked in, another guest complained about their room not having AC. Thankfully, ours had AC, but still. Pool was not available. It's a good place to stay if you just need somewhere nice to sleep.

By far one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had! I had a reservation for Sat & Sun, but called their customer service number (NOT 3RD PARTY!)Thurs to add on another day for Friday night. The woman assisting me took new card info & told me she would combine reservations. I stayed Friday night, then went to work Saturday morning. Came back to find my cards were not working. I walked downstairs to inquire and the gentleman who I believe was the manager reissued by cards after verifying my room and name. I was able to access the room and got ready for what I thought would be a fun evening out. At 9 PM .. Almost an ENTIRE DAY GOES BY, when they decided to harass and hound me on my cell phone while I was at a concert. The manager, who did not allow me to explain the situation and told me to rush back to the hotel to check out of my first reservation to check into the 2nd He was told he needed to wait until I was available. Unfortunately I was not able to make it in the time I gave him, so the overnight crew filled with incompetence and the lowest standard of quality customer service assisted me that night. Gentleman with colored hair who claimed to be a supervisor got his feelings hurt along with the other kid who was escalating the situation by telling me that THEIR mistake was on ME. The "supervisor" told me because it was too late in the evening, he would have to start a whole new reservation and I would lose the SPECIAL MEMBER RATE given to me because he was so offended that a customer was ACTUALLY in the right this time. He refused to give me a refund despite them holding my funds, refused to honor the email sent to me by the hotel stating they would reinstate my original reservation, refused to call the manager, and almost refused to allow me to get my belongings until I threatened to call the police on them. They then had security escort me to get my belongings. I tried to be patient and calm, but the smugness and extra added comments were incredibly inappropriate and unnecessary. I cannot wait to go down there to let them have a ear full, then follow up with corporate. I have recently started using Wyndham member services, but after this experience, I would love nothing more than to take my business and frequent traveling elsewhere.

I'd probably give it 2.5 stars. It was definitely not worth the price but the room was decent and breakfast was okay. The staff (teenage looking boys) at the reception all had a weird off putting energy to them... they weren't helpful whatsoever and seemed bothered by any questions. Kinda ridiculous considering they've chosen to work in a customer facing job. The security guys were really friendly though. The room wasn't thoroughly cleaned prior my arrival (nasty pube looking hairs in the bathroom). The walls were super thin too. They also charged me too much. Oh, and the airport shuttle is consistently late. This clearly isn't the driver's fault though, he was very friendly and hardworking. This hotel should stop being so cheap and hire a second driver to drive another shuttle so the shuttles would be able to run in time. All in all, the hotel is okay for a night and close enough to the airport but way overpriced.

This location is extremely convenient to LAX. Rooms were clean, check in was easy. They offer a free breakfast, great if you don't need to fly out too early. And the they offer parking during your stay and while away, shuttle service that includes delivery and pick up with your room rate. Rates were reasonable. This was perfect!

The worst experience ever. We got to the room and it had a huge roach in the bathroom, the carpet was stained and it seemed like it hadn't been cleaned in months. We went and talked to the front desk and the man said "it is summer and there are roaches everywhere" they gave us an upgrade and said one night stay will be free. Not true. They only took off one night of $30 parking. There are druggies all over. They say pet friendly but it is more "pet tollerant" there is no place for your pet to go to the bathroom outside. They will charge you for every little thing. Do not stay here.

First of all, if they are going to charge $30 a night for parking, it should come with valet service. They should have carts available and let you unload before having you go park the car and haul all the luggage downstairs. They also assigned us to a room with a comforter that looked like it had a cum stain…. They really need to make sure their rooms are clean. Not to mention the walls and furniture are scratched up. They reassigned the room and the linens were clean but the walls and furniture were still scratched and unsightly. The lobby looks nice and , bless their hearts, they try, but it’s a little bit of a dump. The area looks/feels super sketch. Now, about breakfast… Having a security guard mean mugging people while they serve themselves food is uncomfortable. I didn’t know this was the set for an Orange is the New Black reboot. Now, about the staff: most were rude. One employee was a bit redeeming, but even she was a bit on the apathetic side. Honestly, this is the worst experience I’ve EVER had at a La Quinta. They don’t tell you about the parking fee when you book, but if you add that on to what the rate is, you can stay at a much nicer place that won’t charge you for parking. The La Quinta in Ontario is also a decent drive from most points of interest and I gave that place a well deserved 5 star rating. The rate is lower, there is no charge for parking, and the employees are nothing short of a delight. Stay there…

The room was very clean and seems like newly renovated. It is located in a main street with some traffic which results in background noise even in n floor 9. Near the airport with free shuttle. Personnel at both front desk and restaurant were kind and helpful, and the breakfast was very good, just missing fresh fruit.

Worst experience, especially with the supervisor in-charge named David. No respect and super rude to guests. I was charged for my aunts and uncle stay for 9 days when in-fact I'm just dropping them off and additional 33$ for the last day of passing thru the exit of their parking when there is no other way to exit the hotel just by exiting their parking garage. I would not recommend this hotel. Find something else but not this one. Worst customer service ever!

The hotel is very clean and modern looking from the inside. Though the entry and the parking make you expect otherwise. The parking charges are very steep. We have parked in other hotels in the LAX area without any charge, so that cost pinched a little. The breakfast was the weirdest process I've ever seen in a hotel breakfast. They check off your name and then give you options of one of eggs or potatoes or sausage and serve it to you. Other than these 3 items, there's hardly much else there. It was ok for us because we stayed there only one night but won't recommend to anyone else.

This hotel is the worst one I’ve been in. We did not get housekeeping for two days even though we requested it on the front desk. We had to ask for new towels and take out our trash by ourselves (what kind of hotel allows this?!) The workers at the front desk were indifferent and didn’t care about the guests comfort when we requested housekeeping. This hotel is close to LAX, but the shuttles are not in time and the location is inconvenient, bc there are very less stores/ dining places near. I hope this hotel gets a renovation because it’s unlivable.

We arrived late due to our flight being delayed, we were on the plane and had no way of informing the hotel of our delay and our reservation was cancelled by the hotel. We had no room when we arrived at the hotel. We were given a one bed room . Others werent that lucky. The price difference refund is a nightmare of paperwork still waiting for our refund!!! David the supervisor has the worst customer manners I have ever experienced. Why work at a front desk with that attitude? Stay away from this hotel!

Will not come back again. This hotel is kind of low quality, sketchy in LAX. Shuttle buses are way slow during night time. We waited for more than 50 minutes in lax. Room is out of dated. The receptionist is not friendly at all. Plus It's so noisy at night. But you pay what you get. 150 bucks you can't get any good hotel in lax.

Shuttle driver was the worst. I called hotel, they said he just left 5 min ago should be there shortly. Hotel is 15 min away. 10 min… nothing 20 min nothing, started calling hotel … 15 no answer calls 40 min later after hotel finally answers, I angrily tell them situation. Well, Shuttle driver gets off yelling to all to CLAP when you see the shuttle you need go by?! Wth is that! The 40 min I sat there not once did anyone need to clap for their shuttle to start. And then he laughs and says I missed the shuttle the first time. There’s NO way. We were looking so closely at each shuttle each time we knew which route/ hotel were before even pulling up! I don’t know is this driver goes to do something during work he’s not supposed to… bc he called his boss to say i complained about waiting 40 plus minutes but my fault of course. Then the shuttle loaded up and ALL the passengers had been waiting 40+ minutes & had quite a face on them. Sheraton & Hilton passed very often, so safe yourself this headache and book better service. After long flight delays, this is the last timed you want to deal with. Also, hotel manager totally blew off my complaint. May I add shuttle driver refused to take my bags down then hit scared when I asked for his name Jose Vela Vargas or something like that. HORRIBLE.

This review in no way is a reflection of the people that work here. The employees were very nice and accommodating. However, the price of the room is pretty high considering how thin the walls are and how uncomfortable the beds are. We only had 2 pillows on each bed that were flat and tiny. I did ask for 2 more and room service quickly brought them. It didn't help the comfort level much though. The bathroom door is on a track and didn't stay closed. No water pressure. We could also hear our neighbors talking ALL NIGHT. We tried to turn on the AC to drown out the noise, but there was no setting to keep it on all the time unless you want to freeze or sweat the whole night. Again, the employees are very nice but the hotel wasn't built to reflect an almost $260 per night stay.

Overall my experience was not great. Let me first start with good points of the hotel. It is hotel location is very convenient, close to LAX but also close to freeway so easy to roam around LA. Following are some of things that made our experience bad: 1. Room provided to us was not properly clean (There were hairs in bathroom). 2. Nobody picks up phone at front desk. 3. They do room house keeping only on demand. But in our experience, nobody comes for cleaning the room even after requesting it. We stayed for 6 nights (Dec 22 - Dec 27) and requested for house keeping on 4 days. However, nobody came for cleaning the room even once. I got different excuses in evening for not able to clean up the room like Shortage of house keeping staff. 4. Breakfast is very basic. Also, felt like I was served in a jail. Additionally, team serving breakfast is very rude.

Great location, this hotel is nearby to rental car centers and airport. They charge 25$ per night for parking which is not even gated or completely secured (I can walk down to any car without any access). So, add that to your rental expense. The room we stayed in was a double bed room and it was fairly pleasant. Room size is pretty standard. The have plastic pillows which were extremely uncomfortable for a good sleep. (See attached pic) Their breakfast is good and space is good to eat (given that we came during 4th of July weekend). They have a relatively large area and tables to eat. The timings are also good.

Nice room, with a comfy bed. Importantly it's a very clean space, with a spotless bathroom/shower too. In-room fridge so you can store food you plan on bringing on the plane. Not flying out tomorrow (or did you not arrive today)? Why are you staying here? McDonald's, Taco Bell, and some other stuff is a quick walk. Parking is $15. Lots of elevators, so waits aren't bad at all. Breakfast is a disappointment. At this point, giving a sack breakfast instead of the promoted hot breakfast is just a money saving thing. And if you are going to include a yogurt, how about including a spoon to eat it with? Anyway, the packaged foods can serve as emergency food on your travels. I probably would have given a 5 star if it wasn't for this breakfast thing.

I cannot even begin to tell you how hard working and amazing the staff at this hotel is. This morning there was slow service for the breakfast. The rudeness that the CUSTOMERS had for those working only made the problem worse. The very people who were throwing fits and complaining about how slow the breakfast service was, filled plates to the brim, took extra plates to go, and took more than their share of to go items. One family of 4 took over 20 waffles, one individual filled a plate completely full of bacon. This is NOT a staff problem. The picture taken was of a table with only two people, 6 muffins, three to-go plates, and so much wasted food. Yet, they complain the hotel and the staff was the problem! Be better than that customers, keep up the good work staff at La Quinta LAX

The stay here at La Quinta was perfect. My family and I enjoyed our time here very much. Very clean room, the staff was professional, and has a great pool. The security walks around the parking garage to make sure nobody breaks into cars. I would recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the area!

Hotel doesn’t tell you when you make the reservation that hotel workers protest outside at 5 am for 4 hours. There was about 30 people screaming, chanting over a megaphone and beeping car horns. It woke us up and kept us awake. Absolutely horrible. Police and hotel staff didn’t care. The hotel staff said they have every right to protest. My bathroom was dirty and water was seeping up from the floor when you stepped on it. Avoid!

Very beautiful, clean, and modern. We just went for a quick weekend Santa Monica Beach getaway! Only thing that bothered us was the really strong marijuana smell outside. I couldn't even go to the pool with my girls. It was really strong in the garage as well. At least we had a great time at the Beach before arriving! Convenient with McDonald's & Taco Bell on each side of the hotel. Hot breakfast included as well!

The hotel is ok in terms of location and value for money. Beds are comfortable and the free airport shuttle is a plus. Unfortunately, you have to expect long queues on site to reach staff and check in or ask anything. Personally, I advise you to avoid this place as they do not refund the hotel deposit even after repeated attempts to contact them.

Our new go to hotel at LAX. Staff was efficient and nice. Bed was comfortable and the room was clean and quiet. Walk in shower. The room had a refrigerator and microwave. Free breakfast. Leave plenty of time for the bus to the airport as there is traffic and crowds sometimes. The inspiring quote on the wall was nice!

It's been a week since my stay at the hotel and I haven't gotten my $50 dollars deposit back. The main issue here is that the deposit has already been charged by the hotel (and the bank). It was never placed on hold/pending. I've been trying to call the hotel main desk for 2 days already, and no one is picking up the phone; what the hotel is doing is basically stealing and I find it unbelievable that absolutely no one at the reception is picking up the phone and they just let it ring again and again. On top of not getting my deposit back we didn't get our room cleaned and the breakfast options were really limited and kind of bad.

It's amazing how understaffing your hotel and refusing refunds when we didn't get the suite we reserved will yield profits. Please take my one star and go out of business. Your hotel is awful. Try sound proofing the rooms please. Why can I hear street traffic and planes all night long on the 10th floor? Genuinely didn't know a hotel could be this bad. Well done La Quinta. I will gladly advocate against your brand now for life. Hope saving on clerks for check in or on room renovations was worth it! La Quinta sucks.

Waited 4 hours for my suite after getting told i could check in early. The suite i got was promised a full bed and king bed online (you get a king bed and a couch) so i changed my room and was promised a $100 discount plus the partial refund byt haven't gotten nothing. Rooms are okay nothing special. Breakfast also okay. Literally gave me the worst anxiety and stress ever. If i could i would give it a zero..

The elevators from the car parking area to the first floor where the hotel lobby is, were out of service. So we had to carry our luggage down. The room was tidy and had all the basic amenities. Friendly staff and overall experience at the hotel was fine.

Location was perfect for airport and all the sightseeing we wanted to see. It did feel shady when we first arrived because of the road signs and people just hanging out in the Starbucks parking lot next door. The car garage cost us $42 a night which I had no idea since it wasn’t posted anywhere when I booked. Just for this I wouldn’t come back. The parking should be included for their paying guests.. The walls were paper thin! There was a laundry room and fitness center we did use. The breakfast was eggs, sausage and potatoes with green and red peppers. It was alright. No waffles or pancakes.

Apparently we came during a local protest. Tons of noise every day at 5am, then all day long. The staff didn't care at all to try to make our visit any better. They could have moved our rooms away from the noise but that would require effort on behalf of the staff, which had little interest in putting forth any effort to make anything better. Don't bother staying here, look else where. Spend your money at a place that cares and wants you to actually return.

We got two rooms here for 1 night. The free shuttle from the airport was nice to get but it took to long and was over crowded. Once we got there checked in was easy and the staff was nice. The rooms were good and we went down and got extra towel with no problems. The breakfast was good. I thought the stay was good and I'm planning on staying again may of 2024.

Had the most amazing week stay here. I booked this hotel for the eras tour because it was close to sofi. They had a free shuttle to and from sofi specifically for the eras tour. Im not sure if they have this for other events tho. The receptionist were great and the breakfast included was superb. If you’re traveling to other places like downtown LA or if you want to visit the famous attractions like the walk of fame, I don’t think this hotel has the best location for that because it is very far. The area was peaceful, clean and safe. The room was very spacious and comfortable. They had the most amazing bed. It gets noisy sometimes because you are very close to the airport but it was still a great experience for me because I got to go plane spotting. The only problem I had was that my key card keeps having errors so I had to come down multiple times for them to fix it. Housekeeping is also per request so if you forget to request early, they might not be able to clean your room for the day.

  • 3/5 Alexa E. 6 months ago on Google
Check in was succcessful but there is a deposit required, the service was horrible we had to call a total of five times for towels, they don’t do cleaning services everyday only upon request “due to COVID” asked twice for service only go it once, asked for a later check out and got approved but got woken up the day of check out well before there original check out time, oh but when we asked for the service they didn’t show up. The breakfast is in the go breakfast. The only good thing was the location because even the shuttle never showed up because it kept getting full we had to Uber. Would not recommend

  • 3/5 Jodie D. 6 months ago on Google
Service was questionable, the staff were nice, but maybe understaffed? Had to ask several times for fresh towels. The walls, doors and floors definitely need a clean. We put the shower mat down and once it got wet this brown redish color appeared on the mat, likely getting soaked up from dirty floors. Bathroom door does not stay shut. Its a sliding door but didn't have a lock and would automatically slide open again. Luckily the bed and towels were clean. Overall this is nothing more than a place to sleep and a half decent free breakfast if that's important to you. Don't expect fruit or yogurt though. Everything else was mediocre. I wish the bedrooms were updated and clean. Front area was nice, but seating was dirty. The breakfast area was clean.

  • 4/5 Flavie C. 8 months ago on Google
The hotel is clean. The breakfast is included. Good breakfast but there are no varieties in breakfast. I was there for 4 days and I ate the same things every day. Also, I did not like the fact that I slept on the same linens for 4 days even after requesting a change they never sent someone to change them. They have the parking for customers at the price of $30 daily ( they have cheap daily price compared to some hotels around). But over all the hotel is very clean.

Stayed here for our layover at LAX. Beds are very comfortable got a very good nights rest. I think any of these LAX hotels have some noise issues but, it did not disturb our sleep. We shared the room with another couple the bathroom door is just a sliding door so you could hear everything (just so you are aware 😂). We didn’t take advantage of the free breakfast. They did hold our bags in a locked room after check out so we could grab some lunch before our flight. You returned a tag to get your luggage it was very safe. Everyone was nice and courteous. The shuttle is pretty small and there is only one and it goes between holiday inn and La Quinta. We waited for about 2 hours for a shuttle at first they said it was a bomb scare and then we were told other things. Luckily we had a late flight and had just wanted to get there early, but there were others who were not so lucky. This was our only negative. Otherwise it would be 5 stars.

For where me and my group needed to go the distance was fine. Hotel room was clean except for the fact we found a fat cockroach roaming . Service kind of sucked. Kept on asking for new towels or have our room cleaned. $33/night parking was a bummer too. Not bad but not great of a hotel

  • 5/5 Stacey G. 6 months ago on Google
Very clean and staff is amazing, especially the day shift. The complimtary breakfast was very good and we ate in the restaurant the night we arrived and the food was very good. My only negative comment was that the "free" shuttle never showed up so after an hour I paid $50 for someone to take us to the hotel and when I booked, one of my requirements was free shuttle service from the airport because I have a disabled husband and it's a lot easier knowing we have a ride waiting for us but if you don't need it then please stay here.

During hotel booking it started there were 2 twins available on the website but we were given a king. There was no room to stop the car for luggage and passenger drop off. No free parking but free breakfast was provided. Elevators were always busy. I would try another hotel next time

This is a great La Quinta location located not far from LAX airport. Initially coming in customer service was great! Jose was very kind and made sure I new everything about my stay including breakfast. He let me know about parking and I was able to pick what floor I wanted to be on and it has a great view I can almost see the Hollywood sign. Overall wonderful staff, clean rooms and breakfast included! Can't wait to continue my staff thanks.

Excellent service! I've been a Wyndham Rewards member since 2018 and a Diamond member for the past year. This was the FIRST time that I felt like that actually meant something. Krystal at the front desk was absolutely amazing! She acknowledged my status, gave me a nice upgraded suite, and offered the free amenity at check-in. She even gave us free parking. It was our first time to Los Angeles so she even offered insights on where to go and what to do. Dockweiler Beach was so beautiful at sunset by the way! Thanks for that suggestion. I work front desk in New Orleans so to get the same service that I give so many people on a daily basis is an amazing feeling! Thank you again Krystal for everything. Would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Los Angeles!

We were here in Nov 2012. Room Type: Two Room One King Suite w/Sofa Sleeper Seems like there's only one suite each floor, as there were 9 of us and we were on three separate floors. The rooms were big and the bed is comfortable. Place is quiet and nice, and not creepy quiet. The staffs are helpful. Room is very clean too. I've checked through lots of Trip advisor reviews before deciding on this place.

Comfortable, clean, reasonably priced. Very nice decor. Near the airport. Has airport shuttle included in the price of the room. I left too early in the morning so I was unable to experience the breakfast.

This place is not bad, it's clean, has a gym and offers free breakfast. The location is next to McDonald's and Subway and is a stones throw away from the airport. The issue are the beds. The beds are so freaking uncomfortable, I mean like back achingly bad, so sleep was horrible. The pillows were awful as well. In addition, parking is $15 a night.

They don't clean rooms the next morning arguing covid protocols. There is no excuse NOT to clean the rooms.

Hotel was overall clean and my guestroom looked great. The pool and the fitness center were open and that was a plus. This is by far the best Wyndham property I have stayed at in the Los Angeles area. The front desk was always busy with a long line. So be patient. The hotel entrance and parking garage was a unique experience. I would recommend staying at this hotel if needed to be in the LAX area.

Please please no one stay in this hotel specially with children. My sister and I stayed this weekend and I was bitten by bed bugs all over. Even if you have to spend a bit more money DO NOT STAY at this hotel. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE "0" stars I had to pick 1 star to post but they do not deserve any stars

I really hate we paid for this hotel the Hilton was cheaper and better. It says parking is included but it's a daily charge. Continental breakfast was in a bag including a muffin, fruit, juice, and one other thing. They didn't touch up the room or leave us with cleaning supplies to do so we stayed for 4 days. The pool was on the rooftop but blocked by a major billboard so it was cold and not the best scenery. The pool was small too. The only good experience I had was chatting with the security officer Labreon. He was pleasant and made sure my friend and I were safe during our stay. Really the nicest person there. Give the man a raise.

I enjoyed my stay here. Early check in wasn’t available but they were able to keep my bags. Breakfast was decent. Room was comfortable and acceptable. Definitely will stay here again.

Like an oasis in the desert. We booked at another hotel in the Wyndom family for a similar rate and it was gross we had to leave after a few hours. We got a room down the street at La Quinta and I was so relieved I almost cried. Clean, nice rooms, wonderful staff. Sure the breakfast is meh, but bland is what you do we making when making a menu for an eclectic group of people. Our only issue was there was not someone directing cars when people came to check in. They would park so they blocked the entrance of the parking garage leaving people trying to get in lined up on a really busy street. Beyond that the wonderful people at La Quinta saved my vacation.

For start the rooms are small. The mattresses were super uncomfortable and the pillows were flat as pancakes. Microwave was just the size of my daughter's easy bake oven. Decent water pressure, air conditioner put out decent cold air. No elevators directly to the parking garage. No coffee until breakfast time which was from 8am.

Great for the price. The beds were clean and didn’t smell. The water here stinks like fish though. Not sure if that’s an LA thing or it’s just here. We stayed just one night but would come back. The check in time was 3pm and not a second sooner. Would also recommend waiting downstairs to get a good place in line for the breakfast at 8am if staying on Saturday. 👍

Carl was the one to check us in. He was very friendly and kind helped us with whatever we needed. The service he gave us was amazing!

Booked for 1 night. Location to was fine, rooms were in decent shape, but a lot of construction behind building so a bit noisy. $33 for parking plus $50 deposit that I'm still waiting to be refunded for. Tried to book another stay the following night when I showed up to the hotel 30 minutes after booking, they told me that I booked it for the wrong night and refused to give me my money back. Just filed a dispute with my bank.

It was a short trip to LA but this hotel and location was perfect for us. Front desk Reception had good customer service. Room was bit small but it has everything we needed. Breakfast was good. Swimming pool could use some cleaning but i enjoyed my cardio and some laps. Only complaint i have is room windows were not sound proof so you could hear the traffic and honks at night but i found a solution if you turned on your ac fan it'll blur out the outside noise.

Had a very pleasant stay here from Friday to Saturday night. There was a McDonald's, Starbucks and a gas station nearby. The front desk was courteous and helpful. Check in was a breeze and the hotel looked fully booked. The 2 beds and room was clean and nice. Our room was cleaned and stocked up. The shuttle service going to the airport was every half hour be sure to mention it to front desk your needing one. It is linked with the local holiday inn express next door. The wait can be 10-15 minutes extra be sure to arrive earlier and not at the spot cause the driver can easily leave if nobody there to flag him down. The breakfast was good and controlled well by the LA Qunita team well organized and everything placed in nicely order. Overall would stay here again it was A. One thing to mention the toilet paper was scratchy which was funny so any sensitive aholes don't use that paper. You've been warned.

The staff was always friendly and courteous. The free shuttle to the airport was one of my reasons for picking this hotel and it didn’t disappoint at all. The free breakfast was better than I was expecting, with kitchen staff dishing out eggs, potatoes and sausage, plus options for toast. A huge bonus was the option to get your food to go and eat it in your room. The dining room was always crowded when I went, so it was nice to take the food back to my room. I’d recommend this hotel without hesitation.

Overall not a bad hotel. It's a bit off the metro so unless you're renting a car it's not very travel-friendly. Staff are nice enough, and the room was clean and ready for us. Really close to LAX so there's a shuttle that will take you to and from the terminals, but aircraft noise isn't much of an issue at all. You can hear the planes, but only faintly. It's pretty safe, too; I left all my goalie gear, recording equipment, and laptop in the room for a few hours at a time and everything was left where it was when I came back. They do offer breakfast, but only for 2 hours during the day. Don't worry if you miss it, though; McDonald's, Starbucks, and Denny's are an easy walk away.

I was really nervous about booking this hotel, considering it only had 3.5 stars. I tell you, I had no issues at all. The rooms were clean, the staff was amazing, and the security guard gave us great advice as to where to go to enjoy ourselves. The only complaint I had is parking is 33 a night. However, right across the street is parking for 12 dollars. I would stay here again.

Nice hotel - about 10 minutes drive from LAX. The rooms are a little small, but are clean. Currently, there is construction going on behind the hotel, so some noise is expected. The breakfast was good too. Parking fee is very steep - 33$ per day.

The room was nice and clean and the bed was comfortable. The air con was very loud and would turn off and on throughout the night. The shuttle service was terrible, waited almost an hour to be picked up from the airport and calling the reception was not helpful. Getting dropped back to the airport was much smoother.

The worst experience ever. Do not recommend at all. Breakfast was not good .didn't even have the basics .it had 3 main meals two types of drinks food tasted kind of bad. No seating area the tables were very dirty. Another thing that was very bad about this hotel was that there was no essentials like toothpaste, toothbrushes and slippers👎 We had to ASK the front desk for toothbrushes and toothpaste every day and they didn't even have any slippers. The hotel has hidden charges which they tell you after arriving at the hotel. For example, we were told about parking fees ($33/day) after arriving at the hotel.

The hotel location is a bit sketchy. The front desk staff is comprised of young people which are disdainful and unwelcoming. The lobby area smells like weed. Hotel charges $30 per day for parking. The parking stalls reek of urine since anyone including vagrants can enter parking garage thru the exit. I will not stay here again and I do not recommend this hotel.

We had the two room suite which had two full bathrooms. The room was very clean and nice. The staff were all very nice and helpful. We were greeted by everyone on site, including parking attendants and security.
