I got chicken teriyaki sandwich and fries. Bread was warm and crispy. Overall taste was good. And fries was cooked perfectly. They should improve their customer service but the product is good. Employees looked kinda bored and not welcoming at all. Also, their meat is paper thin - they cut it in small pieces. So if you are expecting thick chunks of meat - thats not the place

The food looks good, but the taste is nothing special. I make better sandwich at home than this.

I love their peach and blue berry lemonade! There subs are great as well! Short staff as every other location but can't complain about the service. Kudos to the staff for handling online orders as well as in store.

Had a cashier tell me an order wasn't mine , I had to pull out my card that I paid with to verify with the receipt that it was infact my order. Terrible attitude and wait time. Never coming back or recommending

The Charley's steaks sandwiches are the one of the best sandwiches they are prepared with high quality and fresh materials, I recommend to taste all of them and won't be regretted.

Kudos to the General manager and team they have a Great hospitality service when I order my food she welcomed me with a smile and asked how can she help me I give her my order and in a kind manner she let me know how long my order was going to take and gave me my receipt. My order was made fresh and at the time that she gave me my order she asked me if I would like to get something else to let her know. My order was really tasty and hot. I really enjoyed my food and their hospitality service. Great job!

Lady in the cashier is rude…if you hate your job quit… don’t give people attitude, they didn’t do anything to you

Very delicious I just wish I was hungrier so I could've knocked out the fries as well but the cheese on the fries were so bomb but a bit too salty and I accidentally said yes to lettuce and tomato so I picked it out but I got the Philly cheese steak no mushrooms 😋

They used to have seasoned salt in a shaker you could use to serve yourself. Last time we went, not only no shaker, but when we asked if they had *any* salt they said no. Terrible service.

WTH happened to this place... Fries were ice cold, no season salt or ketchup, sandwiches half the size and no serving trays. This place was once decent back in the day. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Very rude workers, they mixed up the online and dine in orders, messed up my order in general, and very rude when I asked for things. All I did was ask for some ketchup no need to roll your eyes and be annoyed at me.
