    I love ultimate performance because everyone is nice and you definitely will see results if you work hard. My trainer, Mark is absolutely the best. I just love when he pushes me every time I work out with him and gives the best advice when I do struggle with certain issues. Even though I've only been with ultimate performance for 18 weeks so far, I've dropped 42 pounds and 19% body fat and I’m very happy with my results. Before I started training, I’ve made so many changes with my diet that I can actually stick too even though what I changed may be difficult for many people, it’s easy for me and I love it. I would highly recommend Ultimate Performance to anyone if they want to see a real transformation. Also, ask for Mark he’s a sweetheart who will put you to work.

    I became a client of UP in late April, in the midst of recovering from a traumatic accident that left me off my legs for 4 months. Being someone who grew up always having an active lifestyle and wanting to be physically fit, I felt that I hit rock bottom and lost my sense of motivation and commitment to my fitness goals. It wasn't until a personal mentor that sensed my frustrations ended up telling me to look into UP and who they are. To say the least, I was astonished at the track record of success and results driven programs they offered to clients who wanted to lose weight, gain muscle, or just simply weren't sure where to start. I want to thank my trainer Kevin Jones, who I was fortunate enough to be paired with for showing me what this journey can do if you commit yourself to your goals and follow the direction of the elite level trainers that UP is built on. Kevin truly tests my limits and educates me each time I go in. After just 12 weeks of training, I have dropped in body fat %, gained muscle, learned how to properly track macros, and have developed a better understanding of dieting and how it impacts your results. Every approach at UP is calculated to YOUR specific goals/needs. It changed my outlook on nutrition and exercise completely. I look forward to my continued progression and highly recommend UP to anyone who is looking to better themselves.

    Review: 5/5 experience with my trainer Otto - the most productive I've ever been with my health management. Looking back to myself just a few months ago before joining Ultimate Performance is awfully difficult. In such a short time, all aspects of my life have drastically improved. Physically, mentally, socially, romantically, and spiritually - the clarity of mind and purpose of time I've gained through this rigorous program is most definitely what makes this all worth it for me. I've learnt a lot about body mechanics through my sessions with Otto, and probably most importantly was to work through and develop my pain tolerance (responsibly). This helped shape my mind and my body, and I can't say enough about Otto's uniquely holistic approach to training and fitness! If you're serious about making a life change and improving your quality of life, these guys will get you there, and get you there fast.

    My experience training at Ultimate Performance was amazing!! I worked with my trainer Kevin Jones and lost 7% body fat in 12 weeks. Kevin was extremely thorough and shared a lot of scientific knowledge to back it up. Prior to training at Ultimate Performance, I was a classic yo-yo dieter, but I finally feel like I have a scientific foundation that has helped unlock a whole new relationship to eating and training. Throughout my 12 week program, I learned the importance of macro and micronutrients AND the importance of water, sleep, and protein in a training program. The most significant result throughout my time at UP was learning how to eat to support my body and, as a result, no longer eating emotionally. Kevin went above and beyond to tailor a program that suited my specific goals. There are so many workout program options online it can be so overwhelming, and it gave me peace of mind to know I had a personalized game plan that was driving real results.

    I was fortunate enough to get to train with Killian. He was an amazing trainer and I can't wait to continue working with him. He's very strong in terms of helping improve my posture while training, to helping me navigate nutrition goals to just working through the challenges of everyday life. He's very understanding, empathetic but ultimately helped hold me accountable to reaching my goals! I can't recommend him enough!

    I absolutely love working with my trainer, Indigo. She goes above and beyond to make sure I understand how nutrition plays a role in my overall program. I feel like we are a team and have lost 37lbs since starting my program 10 weeks ago. When I first started I could only complete 2 reps of each exercise and now I am able to do the full sets of 10 or 12 reps. Indigo has a great demeanor each time we meet and offers encouragement/tough love whenever needed. I consider myself lucky to have found someone so invested in my success. Moreover the other trainers and staff at Ultimate Performance are kind and encouraging each time I see them. I would absolutely recommend U.P. to anyone who needs a little extra help getting started with their fitness journey.

    I’ve had the most amazing experience at Ultimate Performance! The workout and meal program were specifically tailored to my needs. It was always fun and interesting to learn new exercises and challenge myself. Special THANK YOU goes to my trainer Ray who couldn’t be any more attentive and patient with me.     This program is actively changing my life. I requested a trainer with qualities that I felt would suit me best, and Ultimate Performance did not disappoint. Ray is young, positive, and encouraging. He can work with anyone. I feel pushed in the most positive ways. Even those days where I feel beat up after a tough session (those days when you leave the gym and swear you’re never coming back)…I know I’m not quitting.     A close friend's sister talked about her success at Ultimate Performance and it was enough to peak my interest. 21 weeks later, after joining, I've lost 35 pounds, reduced my waist from an uncomfortable 34 to a loose 30 and feel better than ever before. Workmates, family and friends comment frequently about my transformation. My trainer Kurt Heeren is amazing. He is very knowledgeable and engaging. Relationship is everything between client and trainer, and he gets me and my goals. He knows when and how to push me. Everyday we work out is a PR day. If you are dedicated to a transformation, honest with yourself and your trainer and willing to do the work, the formula at UP is fool-proof. The gym is great and the other trainers and management team are the best. No regrets here and I am not done. Let's go!

    I’ve been training with Killian at UP for about 6 months and I could not be happier with the results.     I have been training with Giulio Palau for a little over 5 months now, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. He is extremely professional and really goes above and beyond to help me get the most from my sessions and the program. He is always available when I need him and has been a wonderful & invaluable support throughout the past few months. I have never been happier with the way I look and the way I feel and I could not have done it without Giulio. Our sessions are hard work but tons of fun. They've truly become the highlights of my week and I genuinely look forward to them every single day.

    I think the best part about working with Ultimate Performance is how methodical yet convenient the entire thing is. The facility is extremely well-kept and the environment is incredibly welcoming and encouraging. I've been working with Ben as my personal trainer who has been incredible. From nutrition to fitness he has been an absolutely stellar trainer. He's very patient and you can tell that he is invested in his client's goals. If you are considering Ultimate Performance I cannot recommend it enough. As someone who is a novice in fitness, I really appreciated how thorough the plans from UP are. I am currently on a 12-week plan but am undoubtedly seeing results that I would not have been able to accomplish without UP and my trainer Ben. Do yourself a favor and choose personal training that is tailored just for you, where you can reach out anytime to your trainer with your questions, and takes the stress out of workout planning and meal prepping.

    I've been a member of Ultimate Performance for over a year and I couldn't be happier with my experience. I used to go to the West Hollywood location (was also incredible), but switched to this one when I moved to Santa Monica. The gym has all the equipment I need to get a great workout, but what really sets it apart are the trainers. In particular, Sean is an amazing trainer who has helped me achieve results I never thought were possible. From day one, Sean has been pushing me to do my best and helping me set achievable goals. He's incredibly knowledgeable about fitness and nutrition, and he takes the time to explain everything in a way that's easy to understand. Thanks to his guidance, I've been able to make progress and achieve better and better results with each passing week. What I appreciate most about Sean is that he's always positive and encouraging, even when I'm having a tough day (or sometimes a week). He helps me stay focused on my goals and reminds me of how far I've come. I always leave our training sessions feeling motivated and energized. Overall, I can't recommend Ultimate Performance gym and Sean as a trainer enough. If you're looking for a gym that's welcoming, supportive, and has great staff, this is the place for you.

    UP Brentwood is fantastic! In less than 3 months I've dropped over 10% body fat, while simultaneously increasing my strength in the gym. My trainer Sean Chism is amazing - a personable guy that makes training fun. He also pushes me in the gym and keeps my diet in check, too. He's very knowledgeable about all subjects fitness and nutrition - and has answered all the questions I had. The gym itself is very clean and the trainers and staff are all very kind. If you really want a change and want it fast, join UP and give your all to the program. You won't be disappointed.

    This is on my Mount Rushmore of excellent purchase decisions. My wife and I had worked with trainers before but I’d say Ultimate Performance has formed a new category, separate from what folks may be used to when they think of personal training. I’ve been working with my trainer Ben McKnight for 8 weeks now. My wife and I work with many strategic partners and vendors in our business, but I remember after the first or second week observing on one of our walks (if you currently train at UP, you know) how the customer service element of the program was so elite. Ben (and the whole UP organization) is committed to making sure I achieve my goals. In 8 weeks, I’ve gotten substantially stronger, I’ve lost 18 pounds, I feel better, and probably most importantly, I’ve learned so much about why this is working. Ben is a walking health and fitness encyclopedia, and he’s always available to answer questions I have and provide motivation or instruction when needed. If you’re considering this investment, I say go for it and commit. These folks have a great program and business model, they know what they’re doing.

    I can't say enough good things about UP and my trainer Tony Spear. As to UP, the formula is simple (eat moderately, train a few times per week and get your steps), and the results speak for themselves. What you see on the website is real, and there are no gimmicks. You just add the effort and willingness to improve. As to Tony, I have worked with a number of trainers over the years, and there is no comparison to anyone else. He is 100% invested in your success, and pays the closest attention to every detail to ensure you improve, from every meal to every rep. The real secret to UP is the incredible skill and experience, but most importantly motivation and dedication, of the trainers. I couldn't recommend the entire experience more highly.

    Gerard has been my trainer at UP for several months now and the progress I have seen has been incredible. I’ve had several personal trainers in the past and none have ever measured up to Gerard — he is super attentive, knowledgeable and friendly, and definitely knows how to push my limits! The gym itself has state of the art equipment and is a really comfortable environment to work out in. Everyone is really relaxed and compared to other gyms, I have never felt anxious about going or being judged. The plan UP puts you through is definitely tough — you need to commit to 10K steps a day, follow a nutrition plan, and commit to going at least 3 times/week to the gym, but it absolutely works if you’re willing to push yourself. Even though I was having difficulty finding motivation at times, Gerard was always there to help me and keep me committed to achieving my goal. Thanks so much UP and Gerard!

    I have had the pleasure of training with Anthony Spear for quite some time. I have lost not only pounds, but body fat which has changed my overall composition completely. He challenges, motivates and pushes me to perform at my peak level. At the same time he is mindful of past injuries and my specific limitations, and truly takes this into account during session. He is detailed oriented in his explanations of how to engage specific muscles during exercises, which is extremely helpful when trying to connect the mind to the muscle (and it burns in the best way possible). He is very knowledgeable not only about training, and lifting but nutrition, fatigue, body composition, sleep, hydration and overall well being. He combines the perfect amount of intensity, while remaining mild mannered throughout . I can not be happier with my results both physical and mental. I highly recommend Anthony to anyone looking to make a change in over health and well-being. He is fantastic.

    Choosing Ultimate Performance has been the best decision I have made in a long time. This is unlike any training program I have ever done. After many failed attempts of getting in shape on my own, I realized the missing piece: Accountability. I could never hold myself accountable or push myself to the lengths that I do with the guidance of Gerard (more on him shortly -- spoiler: he is incredible!). Ultimate Performance takes you every step of the way, from strength training, to meal planning, to check-ins, to an app with updates on your progress and connection to your trainer. I think what I like most about this program, is that it is easier than if I did it myself. Don't get me wrong, you will work harder than you thought possible -- but the program takes the guesswork out of the whole process. I have a pretty busy schedule and I feel like it's one thing off my plate to think about. I follow what Gerard tells me (from workout to diet), and I lose weight. boom. I don't have to think about counting reps, or trying to figure out what my body is responding to, or even figuring out a workout plan -- all of it is done for you. They give you the action and you do it. It IS pricy, but 100% worth it. Now onto Gerard: I am so lucky to have been paired up with him. He is so wonderfully knowledgeable, nice, and motivating. He can joke around and make you feel at ease, which is important to me because this whole process is incredibly humbling. He is accommodating and adjusts to what I need on any given day and pushes me harder than I would on my own. Gerard is fantastic and you should definitely request for him as your trainer. A final note: If you are still on the fence -- get a buddy. I started this with my husband and it makes it so much easier to have someone along the ride with you. His trainer is Ben, another amazing trainer. I feel like we both got paired up with our perfect matches. Ultimate Performance ALL THE WAY.

    I have been a member of Ultimate Performance LA now for 3 months and I could not recommend their service more highly. In terms of personal training it is the absolute peak - the best I have ever used or seen. What sets it apart from other gyms or PT, is the completeness of the programme and attention to detail. It is tailored to you and your own goals, leaving no stone unturned. The staff are friendly, engaging, knowledgeable with a unique ability to push you when needed. They also know your limits, working around your time schedules / injuries or capacity. It would not be a full review without mentioning my fantastic trainer Mark Bloice, Mark has set a new personal standard for me and has made me fitter and stronger whilst also building my mental capacity. Mark is an ex marine and he brings that training, dedication and dare I say humour to his work. I enjoy our sessions and look forward to seeing where I can take my mind and body as a result.

    My experience at UP has already been transformational. In the last 12 weeks I've already lost over 17lbs, my body fat is down from around 30% to under 20%, I'm wearing clothes that I haven't felt comfortable in for years, and friends comment on how good I look. And I'm only half way toward my goal! The atmosphere at UP is friendly and encouraging - which isn't my experience of most gyms - and ay trainer, Killian, is great. He challenges to push myself to a degree that I just wouldn't if I was trying to do this by myself.

    This gym is insane! Not to sound like spon-con but the results are genuinely undeniable; I signed up because several friends had, without warning, become totally shredded over the summer and it turns out this was why. Obviously I too needed to become totally shredded. The program is straightforward and efficient, and oriented towards training in a way that really facilitates you continuing the work on your own outside of the gym. I thought I was only going to sign up for 6 weeks, and here I am three months later - it truly becomes an engaging and habitual thing. The trainers across the board are friendly and inviting, and I am biased given he’s who I work with but can’t recommend Ben McKnight as a trainer enough! His sessions are clear cut and challenging, and always evolving in a way that keeps you invested. The attentiveness and availability both in and out of the gym makes the experience seamless and approachable and dare i say… ultimate. if you’re looking for abs like a shrink-wrapped pack of king’s Hawaiian rolls, this is for you.

    I went to UP to help regain my confidence in and outside of the gym. I was skeptical of the process and the before and after results photos, but I can say the team here is amazing. Giulio in particular has been patient and pushes me to achieve more than I thought was possible in such a short time.     Can’t recommend ultimate performance enough! Irina is literally the sweetest, kindest, and competent trainer. She has been so patient with me and has kept me motivated. I saw so much progress in just 12 weeks. I now have a very positive outlook on my health habits and I’ve also improved a lot on my eating disorder and body image issues ever since I started working out with her.     Without a doubt this transformation experience through discipline, power and knowledge has changed my life forever. The impact of UP on my life has been one of the most significant experiences that I have lived. I started with Chris in January 6th and his knowledge and professionalism has lead with results on my body that I would have never imagined. I was recommended to go there through my friends, and my wife started earlier than me I saw with my own eyes, everyone of the people I know, loose weight, get in shape and gain confidence in matter of weeks! This thing really works! if I had to choose to do this again, I will choose training with Chris again, no one knows how to train and all machine and weights better than him. (although everyone there know their role and are all the best in class)

    I cannot say enough good things about my trainer Irina and Ultimate Performance in LA. The focused attention that you are given in the gym plus the attentive care and communication you have with your trainer outside of the gym (where you account for food, mood, motivation) it’s second to none. I feel completely supported all the way on this weight loss and strength building journey. And I’ve never had this kind of support before. We have lost 30 pounds together and we did it quite quickly. From training with Irina, I’ve not just lost weight, I’ve strengthened my body - I ran a marathon then a half marathon, my fitness level has gone way up and my health has improved dramatically. I am very grateful. I recommend highly.

    Training with Kevin Jones at UP has been one of the most positive and impactful experiences I’ve had in a very long time. I feel very lucky to have Kevin as my trainer. I’ve lost 15% body fat in 3-months. The person I was 3 months ago would have not belief this was possible. If I would’ve achieved half of the results I would still be very happy. Training has made positive changes in other areas of my life. Besides getting fit, becoming stronger, and looking better; I wake up with more energy, and I achieve more things during my day. It’s the closest thing to a human metamorphosis with sustainable results. 
I feel super happy about my results, and I never plan to go back to how I was before. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to make a fundamental positive change in their lives. The reason I chose to train at UP over other gyms was the professionalism and the great vibe. When I approached other gyms, I felt an uncomfortable neediness for them to sell me stuff. With UP, it was a very authentic approach. The results speak for themselves. The gym has everything you need, and the people are authentic, professional and caring. I would encourage anyone to visit Ultimate Performance and just take a look.

    If you’re looking to make a big change with your lifestyle and fitness in 2022, there really is no better place to start than UP. Like so many people over the course of the pandemic, the effects of wfh and a sedentary lifestyle had not only added pounds but affected my confidence to be out in the world again. After 18 weeks of working with UP I’ve seen a huge improvement in my fitness, confidence and qualify of life. I’ve lost over 40 pounds and feel better than I have in years. Chris has been an amazing coach and supported me throughout my entire transformation. I was dealing with a lingering back injury, and re-injury was one of my biggest concerns going back into a weight training program. Chris was able to adapt and shift the workout focus areas to build strength, and developed a plan of progression that helped me get stronger safely. Now I’m honestly able to do so many more physical activities that I haven’t been able to do in years, pain free. Its definitely been life changing.

    Currently entering the final stages of training with Jessie D. I am incredibly impressed with the professionalism show by management and trainers at the gym. The facilities are impeccable and the program works (I have lost 15 pounds so far and gained lots of muscle and strength). My personal experience here has been nothing short of extraordinary, the matching process with my trainer was spot on. I have daily communication and support from my trainer both in person and online through the UP app. Thanks to my trainer, I have learned a lot about nutrition, fitness and the human body. My trainer is kind, respectful, professional, caring, knowledgeable and focused on my success. I feel very supported in my fitness journey, but most importantly for me, I feel informed. At no point in my entire experience have I felt pressured to buy products, more sessions etc. This fitness experience is a top level experience with zero sales pressure. The trainers and management are legitimately interested in the success of their clients and nothing speaks louder than the results I have achieved. When you first see the dramatic before and after pictures of other clients you can't believe that you may be able to do it, but once you go through the program and see the changes, you realize this company is focused on real results.     I've loved my experience thus far with UP. I knew when I signed up I was in for an intense experience, and its delivered on my expectations. My trainer, Gavin, has been supportive through both the fitness and nutrition regimen. The workouts feel purposeful and never easy - he's always making tweaks and adjustments to keep the body surprised and in a constant state of progress. It's been only 6 weeks - but the changes are noticeable. I have no regrets and I'm excited to continue on this transformative journey.

    I had the best time training at Ultimate Performance Los Angeles with my personal trainer Kurt. I would strongly recommend joining ultimate performance if you want to lose weight and gain strength!!! The personal training is world class! I lost 19 lbs and went from 28.4% body to 14.4% body fat! I feel like I've made lasting behavioral changes when it comes to my long term dietary and fitness goals.

    What I liked about the UP process is the multi-faceted approach that tackles nutrition, healthy habits, workout routines, and a mindset shift centered around self-discipline and personal growth, all at the same time. My PT Giulio is excellent at keeping me accountable towards my goals at adapting to my personal style of learning. The program is a challenge that requires commitment and hard work, but the support system (the app for quick and constant communication, the facility, the flexibility trainers display in adjusting to personal schedule and to workout needs) is overall incredibly impressive. I leave the program with a better understanding of what my body needs, which is all I can ask for from a program like this.

    I found Ultimate Performance after researching personal training facilities in my area, and am so glad I did. Prior to beginning training here, I had been very sedentary during Covid restrictions, and was looking to learn to workout with injuries and gain a better state of overall fitness and strength again. I was paired with Gerard, and it is a perfect fit. He is knowledgable about my injuries and works around them such that I don't feel pain and am gaining strength in surrounding muscles. He has taught me a lot about nutrition too. I feel that my overall health and fitness are greatly improving and I am very happy with Gerard, the UP team and the state of the art facilities.

    I’ve been doing a hybrid combination of online and in-person training with UP West Hollywood now for a little over a month, and the results speak for themselves. I’m happier and more comfortable in my body than I’ve been in a long time, and I’m also learning more about the mechanics of my own body with each session. My trainer, Anna, knows how to squeeze every last rep out of me, and has such a depth of knowledge that I find would benefit even the most advanced lifter. My online trainer, Giulio, has been extremely supportive and attentive, talking each day with me about how best to execute our workout plan and tackle the challenges of everyday life, such as extensive travelling. I would recommend anyone who is serious about changing their life and willing to put in the work to do so to seek out UP. You won’t regret it.

I was really nervous at first and wasn't too sure what to expect, but I'm so glad I decided to start my weight loss journey at UP. My trainer Benjamin is fantastic and I appreciate his support!     UPDATE: I am now down 40+ pounds and am stronger and healthier than I’ve ever been. My friends and family are astonished with the way I’ve transformed my health and body in such little time. I share this achievement with my trainer Ben McKnight. He’s really dialed in my workouts, challenging me with unique exercises that prove to me how far I’ve come. I no longer feel any sort of imposter syndrome at the gym. It’s become a place of confidence and happiness. I look forward to my training sessions every week as they’ve become a crucial part of my routine. I start my day feeling great and with more energy than I ever have. Ben is the kindest trainer. He checks in with me every day and makes sure all is well and that I have everything I need to conquer the day. I’ve recommended the program to several pals already. The ones that have signed up are so grateful they have. It’s changed their lives too and provides a solace they’ve not been able to find elsewhere. Ultimate Performance is a truly wonderful community and I couldn’t recommend it more. Original Post: Ultimate Performance is the only gym I’d recommend to anybody serious about getting healthier, stronger, and losing weight. They provide the most in depth, individually catered training program for your body and abilities as well as a totally private experience. I’ve never seen more than 5 clients working out at the same time. UP trainers focus on proper form, consistently demonstrating how to do the exercise right to ensure that all of your muscles are working and to prevent injury. My trainer Jeff always takes into account my body’s conditions and allows me the time to recover after each set. I deeply appreciate how much effort he puts into my training journey and that he does so with an air of levity. All of the trainers and clients at UP are super friendly and constantly cheering each other on. This support from complete strangers is incredibly heartening. They’ve built a truly wonderful community. Most importantly, this program has yielded unparalleled results in such a short period of time. I’m down 23 pounds in 3 months and I feel stronger than I ever have.     I want to say that I’m still a work in progress but joining this gym was hands down the best decision I’ve ever made. I had put weight on like most people over the pandemic and just wasn’t feeling great about the direction of my health. I’ve had success losing weight with trainers in the past but the results I’ve seen at UP are extraordinary. My blood work results were flipped on their head after only 6 weeks. Unreal. I’ve lost 41 pounds in 15 weeks and added muscle as well. I’ve never lost weight this way before. My trainer Emily….she’s the best trainer I’ve ever had. Her knowledge is incredible and her support is everything. I really feel like I have a life coach and teammate who is not just cheering for me to achieve my goals but actively guiding me towards them. I had so many bad habits and nearly all of them are gone. The other thing about Emily and this gym….I’ve never once dreaded going to work out. I look forward to it every single time. I know I am on a journey and results are happening….what more could you ask for? The work is hard but the reward is so worth it. I can’t wait to find out where I end up!

    The Ultimate Performance program was an amazing experience! Completely exceeded my expectations. I was paired with the best trainer I’ve worked with, Robert Guerra, who helped me achieve all of my goals faster than I thought possible. I hit my weight, percent body fat, and body appearance goals in half the time I expected. Thanks to a very effective meal plan that he developed with me and I found to be very easy to stick to, a really intuitive app to track my habits and progress, and most importantly several intense workouts a week that I always looked forward to and felt fantastic after. Robert‘s workouts pushed me to do things I didn’t think I could do and made me much stronger. He has a really lovely way of coaching and encouraging that I appreciate very much and helped me feel completely supported on this journey. I can’t recommend him and the gym more and I would absolutely go back again next time I have a big goal.

    I found UP to help with getting fit for my wedding over the summer. I also had goals of strengthening my upper back and learning how to properly weight lift. The program and trainer I was assigned helped me achieve all 3 of those goals. Gerard who was my trainer helped me focus on proper alignment and posture for each exercise so that I could better understand what I should be feeling/getting from the movement. It’s definitely a challenging program but if you commit to it fully you will see the results you’re looking for!

    I chose UP after researching many other trainers in my area. I was so wowed by the facility and there promising result’s that I actually chose them over a place that was only couple of miles from my house (they are about 9 miles). It’s been amazing 2 months so far and one of the best decision I made for my health. My experience working with my trainer Anthony Spear has been absolutely life changing. He is extremely knowledgeable about each exercise and patiently explains them to strike perfection in execution. Precisely monitors each repetition and corrects my form when needed. He genuinely wants his clients to succeed, equally enjoys each milestone and passionate about fitness. Thank you to him and UP for incredible journey so far. Quantifying results: I am down 30 pounds, dropped 10 % body fat and improved strength and endurance. I'm looking forward to seeing the final results and maintaining this new and incredible lifestyle!

    I came in to Ultimate Performance with pretty simple goals for myself - to get moving again and learn a bit more about how to set up a nutrition and fitness routine. From Day 1, the program and my trainer Giulio have far exceeded my expectations. I have already accomplished more than I ever thought possible, and we’re only halfway done! The program clearly lays out every step for success: proper technique and nutrition information of course, but also motivation, encouragement, and accountability. Each time I put my trust in the program, it delivers on the goals we set out. Each time I listen to Giulio’s guidance in my workouts, I progress faster and farther than I would if I were training by myself. He knows when and where to push to achieve the maximum return from my time and energy investment. Additionally, the gym is immaculately clean and well equipped and everyone on the staff is super friendly and welcoming. Everything here is absolutely top quality.

    Just finished up a 6 week program at Ultimate Performance. Could not be happier with the overall experience and results that I had in just a short period of time. Let me start by saying that I already worked out frequently on my own, but had never had any personal training before. I was a little hesitant because I was not sure what to expect but had hit a wall and was struggling to shed my Quarantine - 15 (pounds). My trainer, Gerard, did not disappoint! This guy helped me with implementing healthier eating habits, different meal options to optimize my training and pushed me during out training sessions. Very supportive and enthusiastic attitude and helped me to shed 10 lbs in 6 weeks, both increasing lean muscle mass and reducing body fat %. Not only do I look better than I did before Covid began, I also FEEL much better. More energy, better sleep and overall better mood. Super happy that I made the decision to have the team at UP help me get back in shape and effectively learn to maintain discipline with my workout regimen and diet.

    Wow! when I look back at my last 12 week transition at UP, I am amazed at the change. I have lost 25 Lbs. and have needed to buy smaller cloths. Folks at UP are great providing a great environment to train and support you through the process. My trainer Ben is awesome providing me with the support and guidance to achieve my goals. In addition to my weekly strength training, Ben supported me through my week long vacation with training guides and helps with eating recommendations at restaurants. The UP Brentwood facility is a compact training facility with expansions underway. I am looking forward to continuing my training with Ben and the UP system.

    By far the best facility around. I got really lucky to get Abigail as my trainer she makes workouts fun and upbeat. She is extremely motivating and is so knowledgeable and encouraging and gives hands on instant feedback and adjustments during the workouts and knows how to push me to my limit in the best way possible with our workouts. I am so happy with my results so far and how healthy and amazing I am feeling! Joining UP was the best decision I ever made.

    I began the program at Ultimate Performance after my husband decided to start. I didn’t know what I was getting myself into, and it felt daunting at first, but it has been an amazingly positive experience. A lot of that I owe to my trainer, Killian. He pushes me past my perceived workout limits, but in a kind, encouraging way. Killian has supported me in the process of completely changing my diet for the better, and I have seen quick results in how I look and feel. It’s not easy, but UP provides you with all of the tools you need to get in your best shape ever. Highly recommend!!

    Best decision ever! Highly recommend training with KURT at UP!! Before Kurt I was working out doing hit classes about 5 days/week but I wasn't seeing any real changes in my body. I was lean but didn't have any real muscle definition. Kurt changed all of that. He taught me the nuances of clean eating and the importance of engaging the right muscles when lifting. The workout regimen he tailored for me was perfect and really changed the way I looked. I actually have real muscles now, I feel stronger and more importantly I achieved it all by spending way less time at the gym. Thank you Kurt and thank you UP for providing excellent personal trainers that genuinely care about transforming people's bodies.

    I have been working with Ben McKnight at Ultimate Performance for three months. I have worked out for over 30 years, either independently or through crossfit or other programs and had historically been able to keep in my desired fitness/weight range. In my early fifties the weight started to pack on and I realized that I was no longer able to reach my goals independently. In the three months that I have worked with Ben I dropped nearly 30 lbs,; am already 10 lbs below my original goal weight. On our first day I told Ben that I wanted him to hold me accountable and he has done just that in respectful yet firm way (per my request). The program works if you are dedicated. The gym is spotless and the staff is very nice. If you have discipline and are looking for results, UP is your spot. If you want to chit chat with a trainer and don't want to put in the work, go somewhere else!

    Wow!! I absolutely love training at UP and with my trainer Tony Spear. I’m 20 weeks into my transformation and have already lost 50 lbs, put on muscle and am loving the way I look, but more importantly, the way I feel. UP has a solid strategy to help their clients transform. The results are real and the photos plastered on the walls and on their website have fueled my motivation to reach my true potential and achieve similar results. Tony has been absolutely amazing to work with. He’s laser focused on everything I do on and off the gym floor. He is constantly monitoring and tweaking every move on the floor making sure I get the maximum results for my effort. And he checks in on my food and activities outside of the training days. Tony keeps me motivated without shouting in my face- a real dude who truly cares about his clients and their long term results. I’ve belonged to gyms, done group training, private training, and at home workouts but have never achieved the types of results I’m seeing by working with Tony and UP. In pumped to continue my transformation journey with UP and Tony!

    I joined Ultimate Performance with a bit of skepticism, while I expected good results, I wasn’t sure I would personally be able to achieve the sort of results promised in the advertising. But I’m happy to say, 3 months in, the program really works! The transformation I've experienced has been incredible and has definitely exceeded my expectations. Much credit goes to my trainer, Xavier Cruz, for his expertise and motivation. Highly recommend it!
