This company is a total rip off please do not buy anything from them. I purchased a bunch of Gym equipment the treadmill came in smashed missing pieces when was certainly not refurbished. They delayed me for nine months then told me my issue was with the trucking company and they would not help me any longer. I am out $5,000 because of this. They delayed me long enough so that I could not get a refund from my credit card company and the trucking company won’t take a claim that’s nine months old.

BUYER BEWARE: LIES LIES LIES June 2023 I purchased eight treadmill's that were supposed to be less than three years old. I was informed by the company that I would receive the treadmills within two weeks after constant harassing of them. I finally got somebody on the phone to discuss this because they did not answer my emails or phone calls. They never returned my phone calls or emails. When they finally got back to me, they told me that the treadmill's would be delivered within a week. They still did not arrive until August 4 and they came in two separate shipments and they were broken and one treadmill was even missing.. they have not repaired any of the broken parts on the treadmill's that arrived nor upgraded the tuner boards of the machines that we're supposedly less than three years old. They were nine years old and outdated. they have done nothing to help me out with this and it has been several months and the tvs on treadmills are still not usable. Don't make the mistake I made.. do not use this company at all. They lie, and they are shady. I now have to get a lawyer to fight with them so that I can get my treadmill's to actually work. it is now October 3 and my treadmills are still not functioning.

Wish I could give 0 stars. DO NOT buy from gympros. It is a total scam. I spent over 10k on fitness equipment. It arrived damaged......10 MONTHS AGO. They don't answer the phone most of the time, but if someone miraculously picks up, they will say it's the shippers fault and I need to contact them and say they will follow up.... which never happens. When I talk to the shipping company, they say they can only deal with gympros, and gym pros never filed a claim on my equipment. I wasted my money on equipment that doesn't work and have spent HOURS trying to contact and resolve the damages. Now I have huge damaged equipment in my house that I will have to pay someone to remove. I don't like to leave negative reviews, but I'm so frustrated that I don't know what else to do but start warning future customers. Go buy somewhere else!!

If I could give Gym Pros a zero rating I would. We have an extended warranty on an elliptical machine which they're not honoring. They sent me a replacement battery after several phone calls and emails, once the new battery went in something happened that reset the difficulty levels so that the machine is unusable. We have an identical one which I can use at 7.5mph; on this one I can barely go 3.4, it feels like it's going straight uphill. They're obstructionistic when trying to get help. I've left at least 3 messages to get service, each time the woman answering said she'd pass it along, each time I received no response. On the last call I suggested that I ask American Express to sort it out, she became sarcastic and nasty. After finally reaching a tech by text this morning my husband was told that the console is not a covered item under the warranty. We were not informed of any exclusions to the warranty and feel they dealt with us fraudulently in selling the extended warranty. Stay away from this company and their low quality refurbs, it's well worth it to spend the extra money on a brand new unit from a reputable company that will actually honor their warranties.

Customer service, follow through and communication is among the worst I have EVER experienced. They do no return e-mails after order has been placed, do no communicate shipping information, tell you what they think you want to hear as far as a timeline goes, rather than the truth. After waiting SIX months for my Jacobs Ladder Stairway, I received a regular Jacobs Ladder. COMPLETELY different product. Customer service basically said "I apologize" and because I am a small business with a small order, they couldn't be bothered with returning my calls or e-mails. They do not have the "infrastructure" to respond to customers. I do NOT recommend this company to any individuals or small businesses. I bought a $2000 Stairmaster Air Bike back in September 2023, Roy said it would be delivered in about a week. I paid for installation and delivery he said no problem. Turns out equipment was back ordered and they never told me. I went out of town and told them the date I would be back home, they said no problem, just let them know and they would deliver and install then. Instead, I got a notice shipping company was delivering, I wasn’t home. Now I have a airbike that I paid to be installed ($180). They won’t return my calls and they have lied. Don’t use them!!!

I had a good experience shopping with this company. The website was easy to navigate and user-friendly. The prices were fair. The checkout process was easy. The product arrived quickly, just as described.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!! I'm a doctor and a very reasonable person, and for the occasional times that I do write an online review, it is usually to commend a business. Gym Pros is a total nightmare. They cheat and lie, and once they get your money, you are meaningless to them. I bought a "refurbished" elliptical from them and paid extra money for an extended warranty. The machine made a loud squeaking noise from day one that never went away. I have spent the last 5 months, with dozens of phone calls and emails, trying to get it fixed. Gym Pros completely ignores any messages, and when I do rarely reach a live person, they make excuses and promises and then never follow through. Brie is particularly egregious in this regard. A third party gym equipment repair technician inspected the equipment and said that someone had installed some after market hardware (i.e. not a normal part of this elliptical) which ended up causing an internal bolt to bend and then damage to the stride sensor. How dare they stick some makeshift part in there just to get it up to a level that they can sell it and then walk away from their responsibilities. Now I have to seek legal counsel. What a disgrace Gym Pros is.

THE WORST COMPANY EVER. The elliptical trainer I bought from them did not work correctly from day one. I have tried to work with Gym Pros for over a year now to get the unit fixed, but they have been passive and unhelpful, and at this point they have completely stopped responding to my emails and calls. These are the most UNETHICAL people that you will ever deal with. That includes Brie (makes promises but never follows through), Jesse (full of excuses), and worst of all the owner, Roy, who acts like he cares and then you'll never hear from him again. DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR TRAP! They are liars and cheats. Please buy your exercise equipment anywhere else but here.

Bought a few pieces for the gym I built for my employees from these guys. They gave me a great deal, delivered and set up within a week. Then bought an elliptical a week later for my wife and she loves it. Called and visited a few different place in the area but non of them were as helpful as Doug and Roy. Great job guys you have lifetime customer here.
