If your minor has a broken anything PLEASE take them here. The soft gentle touch with great knowledge when it comes an injured child is so comforting as a parent. My child broke her ankle in two places and she received the best care, I couldn’t have asked for anything better than the service we received here. And we Love Dr. Beck😍

Everyone here is absolutely amazing, super accommodating and caring. I have twin girls and Its hard to go from here to there with them and the staff here was super understanding and assisted me with opening doors holding one child we tended to the other. The facility is extremely clean. I was in and out within 2 hours including getting an x-ray done for my child and blood work, which since it was raining the girls from the lab came to our room to draw the blood. I absolutely love this place.

My husband and I love this place! Unfortunately this is our 2nd time here for my son within 9 months but it is so clean and nice. All the staff are amazing!! Very welcoming and quick. There is no where else that we will take my son to see an Orthopedic. Thanks to the staff for taking good care of my son and us during this horrible time. Lots of blessings to them all.

We had an amazing experience today! We were referred by our pediatrician because of the impending Holiday. I was advised to bring snacks and entertainment because of the wait. We drove all the way from the Inland Empire, and it was well worth it. We were the only ones there! We received exceptional service from the the front office to the attending nurse, the x-ray techs, the PA, and the nurse who put on my son’s cast! I highly recommend bringing your child here.

I took my son in to the urgent care because of a fractured finger and I was impressed and taken back by the efficiency, courteousness and care displayed by all of the staff that we encountered. Upon arrival we were greeted by a jammed lobby and because of previous experiences at other urgent cares I thought we were in for a very long day. I have never been happier to be proven wrong. From checking in to bring treated the whole experience was pleasant and quick. The bar has been raised and the staff here are awesome. Thank you!

So far, my experience here has been great. The doctors look extremely professional. Their service is excellent, starting from the reception to the doctors. Everyone is kind and friendly. The place is very clean and they take all measures regarding COVID. Thank you for this. Keep doing what you do.

The Urgent care is great. Incredible service. However, the Cast clinic is horrible. Our appointment was scheduled at 8:50am we arrived on time and we were seen 2 And a half hours later. Plus we still had to wait more in the cast room. Horrible!!

Quick, efficient and most of all friendly staff and doctors. I have taken my son to other hospitals, urgent cares and doctors in the past but this staff deserves an award for having a lovely bedside manner and making the children as well as the parents feel comfortable and well educated every step of the way on what they are doing. I recommend saving your spot online if you cannot definitely makes for a quicker visit.

My daughter has abs and is been taken care by this place. I thank God for this place. They have done wonderful service on all her needs. Keep doing your best. I don’t believe that there should be any negative reviews.

I fractured my finger a couple of years ago, the Doctors themselves were kind and most of the staff, but when wrapping my fingers in the cast the technician was very rude and aggressive. He was impatient and he moved my FRACTURED finger with no care in mind. I hope he got fired because nobody like that should be working with children especially injured ones. And mind you my finger was just broken back into place with no numbing or anesthetics etc. I now have a unpleasant situation every time I think of this institution and I will avoid going here for future reference and wouldn't recommend to anybody.

This is a Great place to take your kid's. Friendly staff and Doctor's.know what they are doing making patients feel comfortable, Highly recommend this place.

I never got to the hospital they give me a bad service only because I don't have the right plan for my insurance.

Went to Urgent Care. The wait was long but didnt mind because they had Great Service! Caring Nurses! Techs are also great! Dr. Warnock 👍👍👍And super Clean! and love that they have a big screen t.v for kids to watch a movie.

I just went yesterday after a few years and it looks totally different. Very good customer service we waited while inside the room already but overall great second experience would highly recommend.

The reason why I’m leaving 3 starts and not 5 is because of the one old doctor with long white hair, I had to enter the room with mother so I can translate for her and she told me to hush and let her speak. I told her well she can’t unless you understand Russian, she told me well you are not even translating you are just talking and talking and talking, I told her well first I have to talk to you in order for me to translate it in Russian. She gave us the look and left the room. I was very hurt and disappointed. However, the staff were very very nice and the gentleman that was working there at the cast room was also very kind and helpful he explained to me everything clearly, He and the others deserve 5 star.
