    Be sure to ask and double check you're receipt. They added and unauthorized tip to my $4.95 coffee. I highly doubt it was "accidental" and I'm sure if they add a dollar here an there to unsuspecting customers it will add up over time. I disputed the .75 cents out of spite with my bank and got reimbursed through them as I didn't notice until I got home an saw my receipt with a tip added not by me.. Stay away and visit a local shop instead. the theft entitlement should not be rewarded!

    Bigger than expected inside. Has a drive through and wi-fi. There is a large gated outside patio in the back that is easy to miss. Really nice! Plenty of parking as well.

    I'm a coffee guy. This did not impress me in any way. Not just once or twice but five times I been disappointed 😪. I really hate giving low stars.

    This is usually the CB I go to. Haven’t been in a while but the chai tea latte I received was not vanilla as I ordered and they gave me an old stale bagel .. they toasted it for me and I couldn’t even bite through it and when I got a bite it was super chewy! What the heck… is this location under new management? It used to be exceptional.

    This Coffee Bean location is fairly new but based on my interaction with the staff it feels like that have been operating here for years. They have gotten to know the regulars and make them feel like part of the family. For decades I have been drinking coffee from Starbucks because of the bold flavor of their brews. Because of this I have not really been a huge fan of Coffee Bean and unfortunately I have been missing out on the great customer experience and atmosphere provided at Coffee Bean. Phenomenal baristas especially Lorena. She was very friendly and listen to me ramble on about my work schedule without looking bored or irritated. When she realized that I wanted my coffee for "here" she offered me the option of having it in a mug which I thoroughly appreciated because in my opinion, drinking coffee from ceramic makes a huge difference in flavor and experience than from having it in a paper cup.     DELICIOUS! We were visiting and ordered the cold brew with hazelnut and almond milk and made sure to get one everyday during our trip. Highly recommend. Staff was super nice!

    This location’s lattes have pretty consistently good coffee. I know it’s mostly a ‘bag and boil’ place but there is a method that separates the good barista from from the bad. Maybe the good baristas actually follow the recipe.

    Very slow unorganized tried to give our drink to the car in front of us then we got to the window they offered us someone else's drink. Don't know where our drink went but they had to make another one for us. Offered a very sarcastic "sorry for the wait". Maybe they should spend more time focusing on their work instead of socializing with each other. Won't be coming back here.

    Nice cozy spot to hang out but seating is a bit limited inside. But they do have a patio in the back. Coffee and drink taste are unique compared to other chains so some people will like it more than others.

    Vanilla cold brew Latte and Vanilla or Mocha ice Latte w/ Add Shot (of espresso). Kind staff. Never hurts to shoot them a buck or 2 as tip. Sharing the wealth and helping to keep spirits and work ethic high. Positivity is contagious

    I had to get out of drive-thru to use their restroom. So I kinda got the experience of inside service and drive-thru. They was very understanding and accommodating

    Must try the peach jasmine cold brew, their iced vanilla latte, and their cookies and cream matcha ice blended drink. I also recommend their ham breakfast sandwich, it's delicious!! They're sometimes short staffed, so make sure to be patient with them. They're doing their best! 🩷 This is also a really cool place to get some work done or study! :)

    This coffee bean is unbearably cold, you need a jacket to sit inside! When I've asked them if they can turn the air down they say no they can't. The 4 other people I meet here have the same complaint. What happen to wanting your customers happy? 😕

    Came to hang out and attempted to order a drink, the guy working the counter was a complete and total jerk!!! it’s Saturday afternoon, July 1, 2023, the time is 5:00 PM and the dude was just an absolute jerk, unkind and unprofessional. Nobody deserves to be treated that way if you’re looking for a great place to hang out don’t come here, maybe try Starbucks.

    Incredibly rude no friendly service. Never service with a smile. At best I might get a dry attitude. Their Barista Jasmine has the worst attitude of all. Very rude and abrupt and almost refuse to give me information when I wanted to report her to the corporate office. I have to say this coffee location is the worst of all coffee houses that I've ever been to including Starbucks. I prefer coffee bean and tea , but I'll go to Starbucks just because they have a better attitude. I don't understand why most coffee bean and teas personnel has very dry personalities is that a requirement to work there?

    I must have the worst luck with this store, because it seems like every time they have the absolute lowest energy in customer service. It takes forever to get a drink and getting the drink made right there’s always a tossup.*my drink tasted like it had some metallic bitter chemical in it I threw it away*

    Lobby was closed so I walked to the drive through because my work truck was too big. I was rudely told that they couldn’t help me and closed the window. Starbucks never gave me hassle about walking up to the drive through. Disappointed!!

    Only CBTL in area so continue to patron, but the service is awful. On more than one occasion the staff provided wrong drink and poor customer service. For example, they place drinks on counter without stating the customer name or type of drinks so the crowd just stared at them wondering who they belonged to until customers went over and picked them up to read. Also they dont always include the information sticker, so this creates even more confusion. The staff is clearly not thrilled to be there as evidenced by the lack of effort.

    Very bad experience! Hot day, ordered my cold blend, sat there waiting for it. Everyone all left, even the ppl came after me, asked where is my drink? They looked, but can't find it on the order screen: apparently 'Space out' cashier, she not just got your name wrong and your drink was also wrong too, plus the barista forgot to make it, bottomline, they didn't know what they were doing. WTH wasting your time, but finding excuses for their incompetency and bad service!! This was my first time here and will be my last time. Lol

    Usually I enjoy coming to this coffee bean. Im not sure if that guy in the drive thru was having a bad day today or something . After I received my order and let him know there might have been a mistake with the drink he looked more annoyed than anything before fixing it. Afterwards he didn’t even let me as for a straw before closing the window and proceeded to ignore me until I drove away. Really disappointed.

    I had some time to kill, was feeling a bit hungry, and needed a restroom after an appointment on a late Saturday morning. I was driving around the area when we spotted this Coffee Bean. The service was a bit awkward. Almost unfriendly. Overall, there just seemed like a disconnect and unclear communication. I had a question about whether the alternative milks were unsweetened and the cashier told me that if I wasn't getting flavor then the drink wasn't sweetened. It was a slight difference, but I felt misunderstood, so I ordered a medium drip coffee with room for half and half. She nodded and then poured my coffee and added the half and half. I guess it's COVID rules, but I probably go a little heavier on the cream than she gave me, so I basically didn't like it. Why nod when I asked for "room" rather than clarifying that she would add the cream herself? I also bought overnight oats and after I paid and walked away, I realized that I didn't have a spoon. When one of the baristas dropped off a bag on the counter in front of me, as I was placing my order, I figured that it was for someone else because I hadn't ordered any pastries. In hindsight, I guess I should have known it was for me, because the pick up area was at the other end of the counter, but perhaps saying, "here's your spoon" would have been more direct. Finally, when I went to pay with my card, the transaction was also awkward. All in all, the oats were good, the coffee was not, and the service was mediocre. Maybe the cashier was having an off day. Maybe I was having an off day. Who knows?

    Great location, the staff is friendly and professional. Very attentive and they have patio area, so you can have your coffee in or out. If in the area & want some great coffee, a snack with great customer service. I highly recommend this location.

    It was awesome! I ordered a Carmel Latte... Really rich and delicious 😋 definitely highly recommend I also had a plain bagel with cream cheese I actually liked Starbucks bagels a smidge better.

    Asked about the buy one gift one and the employee simply stated yes it started today, asked how to get it and they simply said you need a QR code and when I asked how to get a QR code for it they said it was hard to do. I don't understand why I had to pull each bit of info piece by piece and why they were so unwilling to help me utilize the promotion which brought me into the shop in the first place. Saw them texting while making my drink without gloves which was also interesting. Got my sweedish berry tea and it was almost all ice....
