This store has been selling expired fruit, juice and stale vegetables. I have repeatedly informed employees about the situation. But nothing happened. I also went to speak to the managers on site. The response I received was, “you want to report us? Go ahead. We don’t care.” For your health and safety. Don’t shop here again.

Ordered a custom cake. Was late to pick up but called and they said it’s ok. Expiration date was 4 days after pick up date. The happy birthday was written on the side and it got smashed by the time it got home. The box wasn’t closed so the cake aired out and icing broke. When I called they said nothing could be done and they didn’t have anymore similar cakes. This pretty much ruined my husbands birthday. On my birthday they completely forgot to make the cake and refunded us. Disappointed and will be ordering elsewhere.

Amazing market. Whole Foods closed down recently in my neighborhood and he other one in Woodland Hills is too small so I now venture to Bristol Farms. A bit out of the way but we’ll worth the drive. I should have started coming here a long time ago. The seafood freshness and selection is amazing. The produce can be a bit, if not ridiculously, priced so I have to be careful on that. Not all prices are shown. I paid $6.75 for 1 avocado. Not happening again. The desserts are good. The pre-made food is ok. The sushi rolls needs major work but for a market not sure if I should expect better. Overall, the prices are high but the quality is good. I double check prices when I shop there now.

FRIENDLY service from a happy staff and the widest selection of everything from wine to designer candies, and a quarter of the store devoted to produce. A surprising location for "woodland hills" more in the calabasas area. Beautiful, huge, new store with Bristol Farms going the route of dark woods and inset lighting for a posh feelings.

Every time I go to Bristol Farms I am greeted as an inconvenience. Today again, when I approached the juice bar to request/inquire about the fresh OJ, the person behind the counter frowned, walked all the way to the juice display, complaint he was by himself and told me to come “later.” I continued to do my groceries, got the same type of treatment from the “fresh fish” guy, and as I approached the cashier, noticed “someone else” making fresh Joice. Believe it or not, by simply walking towards the man squeezing the oranges I was greeted “there’s lots of people in front of you for oj.” I had not even said one word… The market does have someone kind, the cashier Tania was just the opposite of all the other “unhappy” employees, Tania was so sweet, kind and engaged on a pleasant conversation and for a change, I felt appreciated for choosing them over the many competitors. Not going back.

I visited Bristol Farms Woodland Hills for the first time last week, and I was very impressed by their selection and quality of products. They have a friendly and helpful staff, a clean and organized store, and a variety of specialty foods and beverages to choose from. I especially enjoyed their salad bar happy hour, where I got a delicious and fresh salad for a great price. They also have a hot food bar with different cuisines, a bakery with mouth-watering pastries, and a sushi department with authentic and tasty sushi. I also noticed that they have a wine, beer, and spirits section, as well as a coffee, juice, and smoothie bar. I will definitely come back to try more of their offerings and to buy some of their gourmet and organic groceries. Bristol Farms Woodland Hills is a gem in the neighborhood, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality and satisfying shopping experience..

Do not shop here! I was shopping in the Health and Beauty Department and was confronted by store employee possible Management and told "you need to leave NOW". I was indirectly accused of stealing without any proof. I had two items under $30 in my shopping cart. It was rude, felt unwelcoming, and that myself and my money were no good there. I felt marginalized, and discriminated against. It was just mean, terrible, and made me feel like trash. I was never offered an apology either by employee nor management. I will be taking my good money elsewhere. Unhappiness :-(

Today I dashed in to get coffee pods. The cost was 13.99/12 or $1.16ea. I went home and ordered from Amazon. Same product less than half price or 51cents each. Their sales price on wine/alcohol on sale still cost more than Total Wines everyday price. Their meat is twice the cost of Costco (I know you need to buy more). Costco gets great professional reviews so this is not a quality issue. I do love the cheese dept and feel their selection is great. Otherwise, I’d prefer to buy online at Total Wines and go pickup. They will bring it to your car. I truly believe shopping at Bristol Farms can cost hundreds more monthly when you can drive 2-3 miles away for identical prices at huge savings.

This mall has changed over time. Also big and better improvements. Great shops of all kinds. Great restaurants to eat. Always the best place to go shopping. The addition of the Village right next door adds to its charm.

I came in for sushi & spent $35 (a variety box for $19.99 and red dragon roll for $14.99) wow I’ve never had such hard rice in sushi ever! Wasn’t good at all- Sprouts and Whole Foods by far are doing better In their sushi area and it’s much cheaper. Ive come in for their poke bar before and wasn’t disappointed but today was just horrible, I’m shocked. Idk if it’s a chef thing and the normal person was gone but still.

ATTN MANAGER: First, I love Bristol Farms. I love the ready made section, salad bar, etc. I am a huge sushi fan, but I have to say I, I have been quite disappointed with the sushi department at Bristol Farms, and it has everything to do with the rice. Today makes the 4th time that I have eaten the sushi and have been disappointed every time! At first at I thought maybe it was an off day, but it's been every time! You really have to do something about the rice in the sushi- have you had it? It tasted like old stale rice and that is not acceptable, especially from Bristol Farms. Everything else, including quality of the fish is up to par, but the rice just makes the whole experience unpleasant, and it's an easy fix! Please address this!

I had an alarming encounter with a emotionally unstable person at the store and the staff are really helpless to do anything about it. Be careful when shopping anywhere, however this story occurred at this store. On Saturday, January 28 I was approached, if that’s the right word, by a man in the cold drink aisle, “Fallbrook Avenue”, spouting off a profanity laden utterance. Feeling uneasy, I reached for my seltzer water hoping to leave the area as soon as possible. The gentleman lunged at me, spouting off more profanities as I lurched back to get out of his way. I immediately called on a clerk to help. Help came very slowly. About 5 minutes later the manager, Charlie, came by, listened to my statement but did not write anything down. He apologize for the incident. Nothing more came of this. I went back 20 minutes later to retrieve a fork for my salad and found the man standing outside the store. I alerted the same employee who had helped me earlier another employee wrote down my statement on the back of a receipt which did not fill me with confidence. The store manager Charlie came out again and observe the man who, by that point, had entered the store. Be careful at the store. The manager said he would keep an eye on him.The staff cannot do anything to protect you.

Great meat dept, great fish dept.! A wide selection of gourmet cheeses and unique crackers. Bakery has a large selection of goodies. Produce dept nice but rather smallish. Very nice floral dept. Grocery dept. small but well stock. Employees nice and helpful. A little pricey overall, but a great store!!

Your take-out boxes are awful. Any juices or gravy are soaked up! Could you please spend a bit more of our money and get “soak proof” containers. I added juices and gravy (which of course adds to the weight and price) and got nothing when I served a few hours later. Really like most of your take out so please raise your standards for containers so we can enjoy what we have paid for. Thank you

I just came to this Bristol in the middle of the rainstorm to drop off 7 vases for the flower department. Usually, I park passing the door and leave my signal lights on while unloading. I was having a hard time because there was so much rain. When I noticed that a man was standing there, Tony a worker from Bristol waiting for me. At first, I thought “oh nice maybe he’s gonna help me!” I was wrong. He was waiting for me just to yell at me “you cannot park here!”. I told him that I was unloading large vases only. He then approached me and lean towards me and yell at me again “ma’am you cannot park here, move your car! And he didn't move out of the way. I just turned around and ignored him. I didn’t like the way he tried to intimidate me when he got near me. I might be a woman and I might be smaller than him, but that doesn’t mean that I should be disrespected this way. Bristol is one of my favorite places. However, it’s time to do a staff clean up. It’s not ok to approach a female and try to intimidate her in any way. Clearly, Tony seems to be having a severe case of no self-esteem, WANNA BE COP! And targets women to make feel like a man. Bless his soul… We have a rainstorm! What’s happening to people? When do we lose our compassion? Our kindness? What about Inclusivity? Train your staff to be respectful and to follow ethics.

The employees there are phenomenal as well. By far, best store to go to. Especially during COVID. It is a store I shop calmly, and get great quality food. While having great interactions with employees.

Everything is generally high-level. Sometimes even exceptionally good. Of course there is a price for that. Considering they have a bakery however, their croissants are very mediocre, processed and delivered from a factory in Carson Ca. Same exact croissant from Vons for triple the price. They are missing a huge opportunity. The croissants should be buttery hot flaky and they taste like dinner rolls. There are enough euro-philes around stores like this who would love a real croissant. They should make the croissants as good as their chocolate chip cookies

Cathy in the supplements department is AMAZING. I have gone twice to see her specifically because she is always very helpful and she knows her stuff. 100% recommend this location just because of her. My boyfriend has celiac and she is always very helpful in finding gluten free supplements for him too.
