I did the tour about 2-3 weeks ago and our tour guide was the one who took the Kardashians on tour and he was so funny! he had the same sarcastic humor as me and knew a lot of information about celebs and houses. We also saw Jessica Biel while we were gonna turn to go to her and justin timberlake's house which was cool !! The only cons were that the tour was so fast paced and driving so fast didn't really give us time to see the houses too well and take it all in. He did pull over here and there so we can see some celeb houses. The tour van also was kinda broken down and the seats were ripped so definitely needs some renovations.

Good experience with the tour. THe guide explained all the prominent places and showed some houses of movie stars.. He was quite experienced..

This was a fun tour. It goes really fast though, so be prepared. They take you through alot of neighborhoods to see various houses which I thought was fun. It's hard to see most of them since the people who live in them want privacy. We saw Bob Barker in his drive way. It all depends on what your expectations are. We only got out of the van once on a scenic overlook, so there is not much walking.

Great thing to do. You get to see all the celebrity houses and some of the great stops in Hollywood. Great experience

Not as advertised. We booked through “ultimate” for an open air bus tour. When we got to the location indicated in the email, it was actually a “Hollywood bus tours” stand. They loaded us in a regular sprinter van and off we went. No open air buzzes we on site though other companies were operating some down the street. It appears that the same company was just operating under multiple banners. We got there a few minutes before the start and though we booked 2 tickets together, we were told it was “first come first served” and we were separated on the bus. The hard top van and positioning on the right side of the bus made it difficult to see most of the sites which were on the left hand. Overall, a misrepresented and disappointing experience.

Ryan was our guide. He was personable and hilarious. We went through so much in about 2 hours. My husband didn’t want to go saying he didn’t think it was worth the money and we could see everything on our own. I ignored his rant and bought the tickets anyway and he ended up having more fun than any of us. Ryan was in an episode of Terminal List and my kids thought he had the coolest stories. My daughter woke up and actually said “I hope we see Ryan again today”. This was probably the best part of our trip.

Overall good experience, tour guide had excellent knowledge and made it interesting rather than going through the regular boring stats. We toured Hollywood, Rodeo Drive, Sunset Boulevard, Beverley Hills, and the Hollywood Sign.

Probably one of the best tours I have been on in California! DJ was THE BEST tour guide for this trip. He had our entire bus laughing, fully educated, and totally engaged the entire time. My parents were visiting me from NY and I took them on this tour- and we all had the best time. 100% would take the tour again. Also extra special kudos for them WAITING for patrons who are delayed due to LA traffic if they were running a few minutes behind. If you purchased a ticket prior and were not on time, they called, texted, and held the tour for you for a few minutes. (While we were not the late family, I know the late family was supremely grateful)- AND the time of our tour was not sacrificed- we still got the full experience! TAKE THIS TOUR FOR A GREAT WAY TO SEE HOLLYWOOD / CELEBRITY HOMES AND AMAZING VIEWS!!

Chellsee was a great tour guide. Kept it entertaining, although we didn't see any celebrities it was worth our time and money.

Was concerned about driver, he appeared ill, nasal congested, clearing his throat. I told the front desk I was concerned about him having COVID-19. They acted like no big deal. I asked if they check their employees for COVID-19 the answer was we did a week ago when a family member got sick. The tour wasn't even that great. The driver wasn't entertaining and the people on the bus just sat there.

This was actually the best part of our visit to LA! So glad we insisted on going on this tour. The guide was very knowledgeable and funny, bad loads of interesting stories of the locations we passed, was a very competent driver, and keeps updated on what the rich and famous that live in the area are up to. We got to visit areas that we probably wouldn't have faced going by ourselves, and everyone in the group got to see everything, since when someone is driving they don't get to pay attention to the surroundings in the same way. I fully recommend this tour to anyone who is unsure what company to pick to get to know the area!

Bought a groupon only to be told after they are fully booked for summer and I had to do refund process on my own. Horrible service.

Cheers to our Air Force Veteran / tour guide / driver. He rocks as a guide. "If you're famous and you know it clap your hands" (clap clap). Hilarious, would recommend him for his humor and knowledge to anyone.

Store host Annie was very welcoming. Comfortable bus! Very engaging staff. 'Cigar' (Our tour guide's name) was great! He was extremely informative about history and kept us entertained and engaged. Weather was bad on that day; so didn't see Hollywood sign but Cigar made sure we covered as much as possible.

Intensive 7 hour tour. Saw everything. Sammy was great. Very informative and funny.

Their drivers are so rude ! They often cut you off, drive in two lanes. I was cut off by one of them recently in Beverly Hills and that driver is showing me F finger and my little son a middle finger .

Lots of fun! We learned some things about Hollywood, took in great sites and even saw P. Diddy on our tour. Driver and tour guide were great!

With many options to pick from we are glad we chose ultimate Hollywood tours. Not huge vehicles, maybe 12 to 14 seats. Pick up is right on Hollywood bvld. Driver was great and knowledgeable

Even though it’s been a few years, I wanted to say how pleased I was with the tour. Great tour guide and really professional. He even stopped at a grocery store so some lady could go to the bathroom. Great driving skills on the small backroads and city traffic. Takes all of the pressure of seeing stuff when someone else is driving in a city you’re not familiar with. I would love to do another tour again!

i’ve done this same tour pre covid and it was sooo much better back then. now we just drove around looking at former homes of some celebrity and it wasn’t even clear if that was even true! driver/guide was friendly and all but we mostly just drove around beverly hills. which i could have done it on our own.

We are locals and enjoyed our tour. So many good restaurants mention as well as celebrity homes. Wish I would of done this sooner. Recommend.

Great Tour! They communicate amazing by phone to help me find the place and parking. We saw several homes of celebrities I was familiar with. So much fun and 2 hours was perfect amount of time. Thank u so much.

We had a blast on this tour! Our guide Jeremy was friendly and funny and included many homes and sites, making sure to stop for us to take photos. We were provided with blankets due to cold weather and were very comfortable on the bus. Booking online was easy and there is parking available.

Our tour was late due to the driver being late but once the tour started it was great. Our driver was very fun and knowledgeable. He even went pass the stopping time to make up for him being late which was good so it wasn't like we where ripped off on money and the tour. Definitely will do the tour again
