I’ve
been
coming
to
Arena
Fitness
for
a
little
over
a
year
now
and
have
loved
my
experience
with
them!
When
I
joined,
I
had
been
doing
various
studio
class-based
workouts
for
a
few
years
with
popular
chains
in
LA
and
had
been
maintaining
my
fitness,
but
not
improving.
I
wanted
to
find
somewhere
that
would
not
only
help
me
increase
my
fitness,
but
also
help
me
focus
on
what
I
can
be
doing
at
home
(cooking/nutrition/lifestyle)
that
would
support
the
fitness
level
that
I
wanted
to
achieve.
After
looking
around,
I
stumbled
upon
Arena
online
and
figured
I’d
give
them
a
shot
to
see
what
happens.
Spoiler
alter,
I’ve
never
looked
back
at
other
gyms.
Over
the
last
year,
I’ve
finally
lost
the
weight
I’ve
been
trying
to
get
rid
of
for
the
last
4
years,
feel
much
more
confident
in
myself,
and
have
developed
new
habits
at
home
that
have
improved
my
physical
and
mental
health.
That’s
what
makes
Arena
Fitness
somewhere
special.
All
of
the
coaches
are
not
only
good
trainers
in
the
gym,
but
they
put
a
lot
of
focus
on
the
overall
health
and
wellness
of
their
clients.
Just
by
spending
a
little
time
talking
to
the
coaches,
it’ll
become
obvious
how
knowledgeable
they
are
about
their
trade
and
how
willing
they
are
to
share
that
expertise
with
their
clients.
As
you’ll
see
in
other
reviews,
the
coaches
are
by
far
the
best
part
of
Arena
and
I
can
honestly
say
they’ve
become
friends
that
I
want
to
see
multiple
times
a
week
(surprising
given
how
exhausting
the
workouts
can
be
at
times).
I’ve
specifically
been
focused
on
their
strength
training
classes,
and
these
classes
are
a
little
different
than
their
other
classes.
The
strength
training
classes
only
have
about
3
–
6
people
in
the
studio
at
a
time
which
enables
the
coaches
to
focus
on
each
person
individually.
They
help
with
weight
selection,
technique,
modifications,
and
motivation.
If
you’re
like
me
and
you
a)
don’t
really
know
what
you
should
be
doing
in
the
gym
and
b)
wants
someone
who
will
help
you
select
the
right
weights
for
your
goals
then
this
is
the
right
class
to
be
in.
Arena
focuses
on
building
strong,
lean
muscle
that
lasts
and
supports
everyday
movements
rather
than
quickly
bulking
someone
up
when
they
may
not
know
how
to
maintain
that
shape.
The
coaches
are
really
respectful
and
will
push
you
if
you
want
but
will
give
you
space
to
take
it
easier
too
if
you
need
it.
I
could
go
on
about
how
positive
my
experience
has
been,
but
honestly,
the
best
way
to
get
a
sense
of
the
team
is
to
try
them
out
(fun
fact,
they
currently
offer
a
1-week
trial
period
with
no
commitment).
You
won’t
regret
it!
