Great deals. This week it was on Home and Bedding so newcurtains! Ordered online and had them shipped to the store for a no fee pickup. Received notification that the order was ready and easy curbside pickup on the 4th floor where there is designated parking. Received the order within minutes. Use the JCP APP and get notification of their coupons, deals and specials. I've never had a problem and if I'm not satisfied I return it immediately without a problem. Team members always helpful, courteous and friendly.

You guys have the worst service! You you advertise your pickup service as being convenient, but it is far from that. First of all, I bought a $6 tshirt that's it, I then had to walk up 3 floors and all the way to the back of the store to get said item. Where your employee told me I needed an id to get it, an id for a lousy $6 tshirt really. They would not give me my shirt, said I had to come back with picture id. I then tried to switch to curbside pickup and you site doesn't even say where to go, you have to guess. I found the right place when another employee called, and she just handed me my item no questions asked. Why is it then, when I go into your store they need id, but not for curbside?

Great experience here today! At a big store like this, there’s always a chance a price tag is incorrect. Diamonds I found seemed like a wonderful bargain, but the clerk found out they were marked incorrectly. She very kindly asked the store manager what to do, and the store manager honored the price as it was marked. Thank you JCP, my new favorite department store!

I stopped by JCPenney to basically look for a slim fit dress shirt since I was burning time at the mall. I was surprise that they finally open the 2nd floor gate on the other side of the mall because the last couple of times I walk by the store, the gate was always closed. The men suit area is not really welcoming because it is dark compared to the other locations throughout the store. I didn't see many JCPenney employees when I was walking around the store and I went to both floors. They have a 3rd floor too but I didn't go up there. I didn't buy anything here because the price was kind of high in my opinion, I can't recall when was the last time I brought something from JCPenney.

They have so much clearance! They even dedicated a floor for it(4th floor by using the elevator). Great discounts and specials. There clothing is very stylish and comfortable to wear.

Could be a lot more cleaner. Most of the clothing is on the floor and many of the employees just leave them there with no care.

I was in the store asking for help one lady just told me it's over there just go look. And I was mad and a young lady called Melany saw how the other lady treated me and came up to me and said hi do you need help with something. I told her what I was looking for and she was very nice and helped me. Later on I came back to ask her something else and she immediately stopped what she was doing to help me out. I thank her for that. Great customer service.

I enjoy shopping at JcPenny. The store is well organized and they offer affordable prices for clothing I enjoy wearing. The only down side to this is that when the store is busy, you will find yourself waiting in line for quite sometime. I’m not sure if it’s because of the lack of people they have on registers or simply a lengthy process that JcPenny has its register clerks go through. However, when it does get to be your turn the staff is usually super friendly.

Had to go to the mall and ran through JC Pennys. Saw their salon and went to see if they had availability since I was in need of my hair trimmed. I have my hair shaved all around my head except for my crown, which is longish. So it’s an easy “cut”, just shave my head with a number 3. The woman who massacred my head used a dull shaver. I could feel some of my hairs getting ripped out. She then started to trim around my ears and shaved me like I was a 4 year old boy instead of a 50 year old woman. She shaved a square behind my ear!! I say ear because I stopped her when I noticed she sheared off my side burn. So one side looks like a child shaved me and the other side is untouched. I don’t know why I still tipped her. Now my head itches and I’m afraid those dull shavers had bugs. I regret stopping in there to get my hair cut. I wish I got her name. Worst hair cut ever.

JCPenney app will give coupon discounts 20 or 25 % to your purchase online or in-store. Ask for discount coupons from the sales associates if your app coupons are "hidden".

Not even deserve the one star. Worse customer service ever. The glasses were delayed over month and incomplete order after waiting all the time. Employee kept saying we will call you in which they never did and we had to follow up every time. Will never order again!!! Not recommended to anyone

Hadn’t been here in years. They have such great sales. People are sleeping on JCPenney , cute clothes for the office and super affordable

I love JCPenney for its value, but tonight I had limited time and couldn't find but 1 cashier, so I had to leave my purhase on the counter and walk away sad. I wish they had more employees on the floor to help us make our purchases.

when picking up a paid for item I shouldn't have to wait in the return line with all the problem customers when each transaction takes takes 10mins and takes 3 people to figure out how to do it. please make a serrated designated register just for pick ups!

I cannot believe that J C Penny is still open, when they said years ago rhat they were going out of business. Bye-bye

It was nice looking around the store during the evening time on a weekday. The place was quiet enough and the lines were either short or non-existent. After a while, I found what I was looking for, tried it on, and went to the checkout stand close by the women's fitting rooms. I only had to wait for 5 minutes before I was next. I was met with a warm, friendly greeting by an employee I believe was named Diego. They were kind and patient when I asked to sign up for the JCPenney rewards and were able to implement the coupon/savings on my purchases right then and there. Overall, a great experience. Thank you. ^⁠_⁠^

I have an upcoming trip to Alaska, so I stopped in to get jackets and long sleeves shirts that would accommodate me on my trip. The Sales Associate named Pongrat, helped me find what I needed, and also helped me earn more points, because I had jcpenny card. She helped me while being so helpful and friendly. I hope that if you have an upcoming shopping trip to this store, I hope that Pongrat gets to help you, she's wonderful!

JC penny app is the best! Always has coupons easily accessible and the price check! It’s the reason I shop here over Macys

You have to visit the 4th floor if you like a good discount. This is where they keep all of the closeout items. You can get deals for as low as $6 a shirt, or that's the lowest price I found. Happy shopping

Been going to JCPenney since I was a kid this store has everything you need a night out buy yourself some nice clothes here. Need a gift they got you, toys galore. Appliances and a whole lot of other stuff they even got a hair salon so yeah this one right here is a good one to come today they always got a good selection at Northridge.

Great place to find just about anything you need! However, prepare to wait in long checkout lines. These can be shorter during the week but you still have to wait. Every visit.

I use this location fairly often for my job … it’s a special situation where clients are able to purchase clothing … and I have never had a bad experience after several years. Excellent customer service … Always! Thank you

The people working at the return counter are great. They were both very friendly, courteous and polite. The interact was very upbeat and positive and enjoyable.

JC Penney has a lot of spring sale going on now they even have the signature clothes mark down for sale it's awesome. There's more on the 4th floor but you need to use the elevator to get there. It's on the 3rd floor corner of the store. The store is neat and clean and all the employees are friendly and helpful.

If not for the pricey pictures. They would get 5 across the board. The pictures came out great. They were superhelpful with keeping a. Smile on the baby's face which ment alot when. Coming to do family photos. We missed our appointment and even busy they found. A way to accommodate us

This is a good JCPenney location. It is quite large (3 floors) with men's clothes on the first floor, women's on the second, and children's and home on the third floor. It is always pretty well organized. You can also find a huge clearance section during random times of the year.

What can I say? It's JC Penney. They have some great discounts in sports jackets. I found two very inexpensive.

Great sale prices on popular brands. I'm very impressed with stock in the store. The big & tall section is especially good.

I really like this JCP! It is a rather large JCPenney. The men's departments are big. Some of the areas were "light" with merchandise but I'm sure that's due to the current supply and demand issues. I found a pair of pants I liked but not in my size. So, the staff helped me order five pairs online. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Took our family photos and had a great experience

Came in to help my brother pick an outfit for his high school graduation. There was a variety of dress shirts but they could use with a restock of the popular sizes in the black slacks. Also wish there were more bow tie options!
