Loved the Segway Beverley Hills tour

Luce was absolutely fantastic on our segway tour through Beverly Hills. He made the trip SO MUCH FUN!! Not only is he extremely knowledgeable about everything, be is is so funny, entertaining and kind! We made a best friend! We actually ate at "the vine" right after our tour and it was delicious!! The Segway tour with Micah was definitely the highlight of our trip to LA. We were there for my son's 16th birthday and this was one of his favorite activities. We did the Santa Monica/Venice tour and it was just such a cool way to take it all in. The Segs were super easy to navigate and I could have spent the entire day doing this. Definitely worth the money and Micah was an incredible host!

Last minute Sunday Morning Segway tour, and the team at Another Side totally accommodated us! We had a super fun time! Neither my son nor I had been on a Segway before and the guide was great at getting us comfortable. Fun to see the sites, and we actually appreciated that the sidewalks and roadways were wide open a different experience I'm sure then most see. If you want to see the 'scene' definitely be sure to go in afternoon. But we loved our peaceful and insightful tour. Great company!

We looked online for a bike rental and wanted something easy and close to the bridge. We booked online and saved 20% which was awesome. Got down there and the staff was very helpful. The bike selection was better than what we expected; we both got Specialized brand bikes and helmets. Very nice! We got great service and were treated well.

My daughter and me were in Los Angeles for a week and decided to take a coordinated tour one day and it was probably the best decision we made. The experience with Another Side was exceptional! I spoke with the owner, Kenneth, who took his time to explain the differences between package options and booked my tour right over the phone. He made sure we got tot he tour starting point accurately and confirmed the experience once we were scheduled to be done. He handed us off to our tour guide, Benjamin, who I cannot say enough great things about. Benjamin greeted us at the office, we gathered snacks and water and were off on the LA highlights tour. His knowledge of the history of the city was as wonderful as his energy. My daughter isn't much of a talker but her had her engaged and asking questions. I on the other hand am a big talker and so we certainly filled space with endless conversation. We went to the Hollywood sign, Beverly Hills, Rodeo Drive, Chinese Theatre, Dolby Theatre, Roosevelt Hotel and more. The photos and memories we were able to capture on this tour alone we will never forget. Benjamin also gave us lots of advice on places to visit for history, food, drink or an experience and we took it all in. It enhanced the remainder of our time in Los Angeles. He followed up via text with answers to questions we had that he could not immediately answer and sent well wishes for our trip bask east, remembering when I told him we were departing. I will definitely book with this tour company again in other cities and again should I return to Los Angeles. Thanks so much Kenneth and Benjamin. Truly appreciate your service.

We had a terrific time with our tour guide on the Beverly Hills tour! Made us feel safe and even helped us with snapping some photos at the scenic spots. Helped my husband (1st time on a segway) feel comfortable before we even left the lot. Would absolutely do a tour again. Thank you!

My son and I visited LA this week and while there did the 5 hour LA Highlights tour in Beverly Hills/Hollywood. Everything about the tour was great, and our guide Ben was awesome. Ben was personable, knowledgeable about the city and has a great sense of humor. I'm sure all the guides are great, but I would highly recommend Ben!

Enjoyed our Segway tour of the Miracle Mile. Training was quick and Segway site seeing is the way to go! Would enjoy more of a loop route instead of the out and back. Definitely give it a try!

My son and I absolutely LOVED this tour. It was a private tour with our awesome tour guide Ben. He was so accommodating and was able to take us to see pretty much everything we wanted to see. He even rerouted the tour so that we could end at our hotel! He was knowledgeable, personable, friendly, funny, witty, and made our trip one to remember. I HIGHLY recommend this tour.

This is a wonderful tour for those who want to see the highlights in 4 or so hours. Ben was the most knowledgeable, funny, modest and informative guide - such an asset to their business and such an awesome person to do this tour, couldn’t have loved it more.

Very affordable daily rental fees. Friendly crew, and they open up fairly early (8:30am). They even threw in a rear bag with the mountain bike I rented.

I booked the Instagram Tour for my daughter and her girlfriend. They traveled from MD to CA to see the west coast for the first time. She is celebrating her birthday there and I thought it would be a nice surprise gift for their first full day in LA. I booked the tour with Kenny and he assured me that Ben, the tour guide would take excellent care of them! Please note I am in Maryland so I needed that reassurance. No matter how old they get, they are still your babies! 😬 Sure enough, Ben showed up at their hotel on time and gave these young ladies the tour of their lives! They were thrilled not only by the sites but by all that they learned along the way! Ben even had a small Happy Birthday cake for them to eat next to the Beverly Hills sign! He made them feel like the VIPs they are (to me). I can’t thank Ben and Kenny enough for making us all feel like friends! Much love and respect! 5 stars simply are not enough!

I took a private Segway tour. The guide was very professional knowledgeable and friendly. Besides seeing many landmarks in and around Beverly Hills I got to ride a Segway which made the whole experience more fun. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for something relaxing and fun and are also interested in getting to know the areas and history of Beverly Hills. The service is great also. Always answer the phone. Can answer questions. Was great!

This is a very nice tour company. The fuide was friendly and knowledgeable about the city and its sights. The truck was unmarked which allowed us access to parts of the residences that are off limits to other tour company's. I'd use them again for my next tour. I've attached images of some of the toir sights that we saw.

The owner called to apologize for the unfortunate incident. He sounded sincere and offered compensation. I declined but was appreciative of the gesture. It seems he really cares about his customers and I may try this company again next time I am in town.
