They are amazing! We’ve used them many times for repairs. They do wonderful work. I also used them to make a solitaire necklace from my grandmother’s ring. It came out so perfectly! It was everything I hoped for and more. They also carry a wide array of beautifully crafted jewelry. I love going there to find gifts. They have an excellent selection and offer lots of different price points.

Weiss Jewelry is amazing. My first experience with them was remaking my wedding ring with some ideas of my own. The collaboration came out better then I could have dreamed. The same with another ring that we designed around a beautiful stone. Again, not only did I get listened to but with Daniel's input came out better. The third project I just completely turned over to Dani. Again the result was beautiful and the workman ship, always, is exemplary. Not only that, they are just wonderful people. I can not recommend them enough. It's always a joy.

Such a great experience at Weiss' - I needed both a chain repaired and a watch battery changed. They were able to do the watch battery on the spot while I was shopping, and were so quick with getting the chain back as well (maybe 3-4 days?). Both of the women I interacted with were so kind and knowledgeable. While I didn't buy anything, their selection also is very beautiful. I'll definitely be going back there the next time something comes up!

I went to Weiss Jewelry with an idea on paper of a design I wished to have created. When I returned, I was astonished when I saw the idea I had brought Mr. Weiss on paper now a reality. wowza, the folks over at Weiss so seamlessly resized a vintage ring of mine to absolute perfection! it was also pretty scuffed up, and they made it look truly brand new and it fits like a glove. they were also kind enough to get it done before I left town (during the busy holiday season!) so am very grateful for that. would definitely return & highly recommend!

Weiss is an LA institution - I’ve been taking pieces to them for sizing, adjustment, repair etc. for a number of years now - even after moving down to OC I still make my way up to my old neighborhood (3rd street) because I know Weiss will provide outstanding craftsmanship at a great price. Adore this place. I take all my jewelry here and have been for years, and they always do an impeccable job. Once I asked for a resizing on a ring that ended up feeling too tight when I tried it on, and they resized it bigger for free, even though I was the one who asked for it smaller. I needed to resize an heirloom ring and took it to various other places, but it never was quite right. Took it here and it was nearly 30 dollars cheaper than anywhere else and profoundly better and faster work. 10/10 would recommend!

My husband and I wanted custom wedding bands. We searched throughout Los Angeles, meeting with at least half a dozen jewelers. Daniel and Sara were BY FAR the BEST. From beginning to end, they were an absolute joy to work with. Their creativity and passion for their work is obvious. They were always willing to work with our ideas and our budget. They were kind and professional the entire time. Most importantly, we both ended up with rings we absolutely love. I've been married for two months now and I still can't stop staring at my ring. I'll just stop in the middle of my day sometimes and stare at it. It's so unique and beautiful and totally and completely me! All of the other jewelers we met with scoffed at our unconventional tastes and ideas, or told us that it would be impossible to make the rings we wanted within our budget. Daniel and Sara didn't bat an eye. They got what we wanted right away and were actually excited to work with us. They even completely redesigned my ring (free of charge) when their first go at it wasn't exactly what I wanted. They're consummate professionals and true artists. I couldn't recommend them more highly.

It was such a pleasure working with Sara and Daniel to upgrade my engagement ring and also to design my wedding band. I already had an engagement ring from a different source, but it felt like it was missing a polished feel, and it was also already falling apart (stones were falling out). Sara and Daniel listened to my thoughts and made wonderful suggestions. In addition to reinforcing the base so that everything now stays in place, they added delicate details that made all the difference in the overall appearance. We also brainstormed the wedding band which ended up being a perfect fit and addition to the engagement ring. I have a precious black pearl that needed the clasp fixed, it was fixed beautifully, with care and love and I can’t see any damage or any problems. In addition, the job they did was inexpensive and finished before the estimate. I also like a lot of the jewelry for sale. Trustworthy indeed! ❣️❣️✨

I can't believe I was living next to this place for years and never knew. The warmest, easiest, and most professional jewelry repair experience I've ever had. I took my necklace a couple places before this to get it repaired and despite the simple break was told it would be 3-4 weeks to repair due to back log, which was understandable. When I took it to Weiss, the owner apologized that they were backed up and she wouldn't be able to repair it as quickly as usual. I accepted that, and was shocked when 3 days later got a text saying my necklace was ready. Can't recommend highly enough.

I found my in-person experience to be fantastic, and I purchased a ring I wear often - a band with whiskey diamonds. The pieces in this store are so unique, but very wearable. I recently ordered two rings online - gold bands with a twig design, one for my new daughter-in-law, and a matching one for myself. The rings were beautifully packaged with a personal note. So sweet! We both love our rings!
