Just completed my second dose at Kedren Health Center. Parking is a challenge but the Medical Staff, Registration, Security, and Crowd Control Staff were very professional and welcoming. I am a Health Care Professional and was very impressed with the infection control protocols that were closely adhered to when administering the vaccine. My husband and I found the process organized and expedient. Good Job Kedren!

The new US Health Fairs at Kendred are awesome. Today I got my 3rd booster and I came across a Excellent MA named Andy Caceves. Gave me my booster and we had a awesome conversation regarding safety of Covid and how God works in our life. God Bless you Andy Caceves Ricky

Horrible place. I didn’t expect much when my husband scheduled a Covid-19 vaccine appointment at this place, considering that it’s free clinic in South L.A. I am not going to attest to the clinic’s location or to the fact that it lacks parking for its patients or regular restrooms (only porter potties). I am going to discuss only my experience regarding obtaining the vaccine. We arrived at the medical center at 4:20 pm., well ahead of our 6:30 pm appointment. We were the first ones in line. However, the Center didn’t open its doors until 6:10 pm, even though it’s scheduled time to re-open for evening vaccines was at 5:30 pm. There were two lines formed one for appointments and the other one without. Illogically, at 6:10 pm, they let the “without appointmentline to go first. Finally, they let in the “appointment line”at 6:20 pm. We stood on our feet for two hours without any sitting accommodations. In the end, center’s system’s crashed and everyone was forced to fill everything out by hand. The whole process to fill out vaccine passports for administrative staff was taking forever. Meanwhile, the staff insisted that people without appointments will go first. To add an insult to the injury, we were informed that the only vaccine available for first-time recipients was Moderna, although I had confirmed several times before with medical staff that they have both vaccines. At that point, I just lost my patience and left, was inoculated at Cedars with Pfizer without much delay without any problem. This is or tax-payer’s dollars at work! Just wasted my time and my time off work at this place.

This is the worst place to take your children with mental health issues. The staff is rude and make you feel like you're not worth their time. They made things worst for my son.

You might not like it but if you end up in here, you might need it. Never be afraid to reach out when you need it. Just because someone stumbles and loses their way doesn't mean they're lost forever. 😁

Came for my covid vaccine in the evening time and the staff here are amazing. We were in and out in exactly 30 minutes. I appreciate every single person there staying until 11:30pm for people like me that cannot make the earlier appointments.

Choose another testing center if you can - drive thru testing if possible. I made an appointment at 4211 Avalon Blvd for COVID testing. The hospital's security guards made myself and everyone with appointments wait in line with people who were here for walk-in COVID testing or vaccination. Don't bother setting an appointment. Chances are you will be treated the same as people without an appointment. Also, In the waiting line, some people did not have their noses covered with their masks. I had to wait 3 hours in line while getting hit by the rain. When it was my turn to test, there were around 10 people with likely COVID close distance from one another without masks in the testing area. Some potential carriers were coughing/sneezing without mask due to nose irritation from cotton swab PCR test. After visiting this place, I got the impression that this place is more concerned with profit over wellbeing of community and patients. I became more sick after I visited this testing center. Choose another testing center if you can - drive thru testing if possible. I have submitted a complaint with with LA County public health about my concerns.

Was told they were releasing one of my family members when they were not. Strung me along for hours on the phone without giving me any information whatsoever even though I am the emergency contact. Was told I would get a call from a Case Worker? even though I never did. I’m now being ignored by the facility. Would love to pick up my family member. Thanks.

Kedren is amazing! They're efficient, well staffed, and well run. I got both of my vaccine shots from Kedren earlier in the year. Today, after being on vacation for Christmas, I wanted to get tested for the Omicron variant as a safeguard for my family. Everywhere else in L.A. had apocalyptic lines for testing, whereas at Kedren I was in-and-out in 1 hour. Thank you so much to Kedren and their staff.

This place has a great staff. Their process, need work. Example: during documented cases of covid, we were given smoke breaks but no cigarettes. 10 fiends with 2 cigarettes, we were begging covid for a drag. There was one man who gave his own cigarettes out by hand, to those lucky enough to grace his presence. Every weekday 930 PM break and the following day 6 AM time. Thank you so much General. I salute you. You lit up my smoke & those dark days. Thank you.

Had an appointment for COVID testing and despite showing up at my scheduled slot time in the morning, the gate was closed and I was turned away. At least 20-30 people were in the same boat as me, who showed up at their scheduled slot time, but REJECTED. Some of us had important things like FLIGHTS to catch and needed the test! The excuse was that there wasn't enough nursing to manage all of us / they left at 12 pm... why can't they just get paid overtime? It's already more than a year into the pandemic, you'd think you would know how to staff your COVID test site. People need these tests and RELY on them for work, travel, school, etc.... So honor your freaking commitment.

Extremely long wait time. They never follow up. And when they do, they ask for the same information over again because they continue to lose it. I’ve been waiting for an OBGYN referral since last year.

God bless the workers at kedren Community Health Center . Honestly they went above and beyond call of duty to help me and my elderly parents. I took my parents there today for their second vaccination and my father had special needs and they completely accommodated us in every respect. I’d like to extent my gratitude for the administrative doctors , all security gentlemen in the parking lot area especially Mr Mohamed and the nurse Jenny James, and the maintenance person . Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart . You guys really made things so much easier today . God bless you for the sacrifice you do day in and day out . Edmond

Covid testing for up to 150 slots a complete LIE, doors were closed to people that had appointments for 10:30-11am and doors closed at 10:45am. Multiple patients came back a second day after being turned away with appointments the day before and got turning away again. Multiple kids for school and people for work testing waited for over 1 hour to talk to a medical supervisor, that never came. A number for IRENE was given to people to call and never picked up went straight to voicemail.
