is
excellent!
As
someone
who
isn't
athletic
and
has
struggled
with
my
weight,
I
was
specifically
looking
for
a
gym
that
would
provide
a
positive
atmosphere
for
body
diversity.
This
gym
truly
stood
out
for
me.
Firstly,
the
coaches
here
are
incredibly
friendly.
Shout
out
to
the
staff,
especially
Lindsey
(owner),
Al,
Landon,
David,
and
Oscar
(manager)
-
Thank
you
for
your
energy
and
motivation
during
morning
classes!
Unlike
some
gyms
where
the
coaches
can
be
intimidating,
these
coaches
are
supportive,
pushing
you
to
challenge
yourself
during
workouts.
For
me,
it's
a
perfect
balance.
Another
aspect
I
love
about
this
gym
is
the
diverse
range
of
people
who
attend.
People
of
all
shapes,
sizes,
and
skin
colors
feel
welcome
here.
This
inclusivity
is
crucial
to
me
as
it
creates
a
sense
of
belonging
and
confidence.
In
the
past,
I've
been
to
gyms
where
I've
felt
like
the
only
curvy
woman
of
color,
and
it's
genuinely
refreshing
to
see
various
body
types
and
ethnicities
represented.
What
sets
this
gym
apart
is
the
way
the
exercises
are
structured.
They
offer
a
variety
of
exercises
that
change
from
week
to
week.
Instead
of
following
along
with
a
group,
you
have
exercises
displayed
on
monitors
at
the
front.
This
format
allows
for
greater
flexibility
and
modification
when
you
need
it.
Additionally,
there
are
always
2
coaches
present
at
every
class
who
actively
walk
around
to
ensure
proper
form
and
technique.
They
are
more
than
willing
to
help
you
modify
exercises
based
on
your
needs,
and
they
understand
the
importance
of
listening
to
your
body
and
maintaining
a
pace
that
works
for
you
while
also
finding
your
edge.
One
unique
feature
of
this
gym
I
appreciate
is
the
absence
of
mirrors.
This
concept
resonates
with
me
because
it
helps
me
focus
solely
on
my
progress
and
prevents
feelings
of
inferiority.
I
am
not
distracted
by
looking
at
other
people.
The
equipment
and
bathrooms
are
clean
and
well-maintained.
I
also
appreciate
how
the
space
is
well-ventilated,
too!
Overall
(and
if
you
can't
tell
already),
I
highly
recommend
this
gym.
No
matter
your
fitness
level
or
body
type,
this
gym
encourages
you
to
keep
moving
and
prioritize
your
well-being.
