Needed help to get around but there were people to help. Clean and bright! Much better than i expected

I'm very disappointed with the train station employees are very rude the postings that I got was totally misleading so I won't even take the train ever again in fact I totally took it up

Such a nostalgic part of Los Angeles, I love visiting this place everyone's so friendly

Why does the process degrade the user experience? For example our crane arrived on track 10 we then were forced to walk to the ticket booth back in the station just to return to track 10 with our seating assignment. One would think that if you're going to be on the same platform as your train they could have given you the tickets then and there scratch that I already had tickets I just need the seating assignment. Oh well shows that when you have the rule of the federal government you really don't have to have logic and reason as part of the process.

Great Station and Amtrak service is A1. !! :-)

A little dirty but the bar in the waiting area is nice with a good selection of drinks and some food.
