Although extremely beautiful & pristine, it’s quite smaller then the photos do it justice. Again, another beautiful park dedicated to the area around it which I love. I wish there were more flat areas instead of these huge mounds located directly in the middle of the entire park. There are two areas which is nice & fairly normal; one for the big pups & one for the smaller ones. People seemed quite friendly too which is so important. I’d visit again only if I was in the area. My pup love to run & it is tough in this park.

Great place to bring your dog especially if they're new to being around other dogs. Everyone watches their dogs and cleans up after them. Love the AstroTurf versus the wood chip and dirt. Because they spray it off to keep it sanitary and I don't have to give my dog a bath every time we get home from a dog park

Great atmosphere. Love all the recent improvements. Water for dogs on site. Hills to run over and left over tennis balls on grounds. Dog Heaven.

The water fountain doubling up as a lil stream is lit. Separate areas for big and small dogs are always nice too

We love Bluff Creek dog park! We visited for the first time a few weeks ago and have already been back once. Can't wait for our next visit. The park is extremely clean, and fake grass means no muddy pups after play time. There's a great drinking spout for the dogs with a small channel for the water to flow through. On hot days it's a good place for them to cool off too. There are two fenced and separate areas for small and big dogs which removes a lot of the anxiety for more nervous dogs. There is a nice, shaded seating area. The surrounding area is beautiful and there's a human park just nextdoor!

Brought in Stormy, who is a female Rottweiler/Australian Shepard. At around 3pm and about 6-8 other dogs ran up to the entrance to greet Stormy in the park! We entered in “Big dog” side of the park. Everyone was very good about watching there own dogs. It was a new experience for Stormy moving from El Segundo into Marina adjacent area and other dog owners where very nice and friendly. We will be going back often!

The water feature is really nice. It flows on a track across the gated area. Dogs can lay and play in the gently sloped winding water way in both large and small dog zones. Security guard makes it feel extra safe. Seems to be a lot of people from nearby apartments complexes.

A perfect little spot for your canine pal. Rolling hills they can run up and down and multiple fountains they can drink from. Great area for hiking too.

The park is all concrete and artificial grass. Not great surfaces for more active play with dogs. There was a lot poop all over the fake grass that had not been cleaned up by owners. But even if it was cleaned up, because it's fake grass, there were poop smears all over the place. With wood chips or dirt you can get all the poop. I'll call it the water feature which is a channel of water that runs through the park just meant your dog ends up all wet (so bring a towel) and I saw dogs peeing in it while others were laying in it... just not a great design choice for a dog park. I've been checking out parks all over the city and so far this is the bottom end. Even Manhattan Beach's tiny Live Oak Park is better than this one. I guess it's convenient for the people that live right there but in the scope of dog parks it's poorly done. The small dog section was actually decent size but the large dog section was on the small side. If you have a choice, skip this park.

I love Bluff Creek dog park. You gotta love a fog park that Get’s disinfected daily. My golden retriever puppy loves it to.

This is 1 of 2 dog parks here on bluff Creek road they each have a 2 fenced areas for small and large dogs one of them has concrete paths with fake grass and the other has a bit of peat in addition. Since there's a soccer field and kids playground in between there are also bathrooms nearby. There's a security guard and open and close times are strictly enforced as they lock the gate. But it's a really nice area a little bit of SAS you approach defense and the tennis courts but otherwise a really nice small dog park where there's plenty of benches to sit decent amount of shade and a no mess surface.

This place is so lovely. The dogs love it with the hills and water flowing in a low trough. Very pretty neighborhood too. There are separate areas for big and smaller dogs

Recently had a puppy party and it was a hit! They have the big dogs separated from the small dogs for safety and cold running water available to drink.

Probably the cleanest around town. Opens at 8am and typically closes at 7pm. Two separate gated play areas are available for safety reasons. This is also how I met my dog sitter and a doggy group for Cavalier King Charles. Note, the other dog park about two blocks down the road on bluff creek is all wood chipped. There seems to be fleas in the wood chips.

Great park! All the small dogs are friendly and they currently have a limited capacity to help with COVID. The limited capacity also helps to give the dogs more room to run because otherwise this place would be crowded! My dogs loved it here.

Fun, beautiful and perfect for dog lovers and their pooches, in all shapes and sizes. They keep it clean and sanitize it daily. My pup loved to meet up with her pack.

First time for me (ever). Overall, pleasant experience. Lesson learned: Do not bring treats into park (otherwise all the dogs will smell it and crowd you!) There are two separated/fenced areas: one area for smaller dogs and the other for bigger dogs. Friendly pets, friendly pet owners.

My dog loves this park. It's also helpful that this dog park is entirely turf since my dog is allergic to grass. They have separate big and small dog areas as well as plenty of benches. We love the vibes - always great people around!

My dog loves it here!!! He especially loves the water spout. It does occasionally smell like dog piss especially when windy, but overall a well maintained dog park. It has two separate areas- for smaller & bigger dogs.

Great park. Love the location and the other owners there are always kind, friendly, and attentive to their pups. It’s also conveniently located next a a great area for a longer dog walk as well as food and shops.

This might be the only dog park in LA that my dog doesn't get dirty at since it's mostly concrete and fake grass. I love how they have a small dog section and i never have seen any of those dog walkers with a whole pack of dogs coming here like some other parks. I feel very safe taking my dog here. I only wish it was closer with more street parking.

Great dog park in Culver/playa. Concrete and turf and separate sides for small dogs and big dogs. Only downfall is it seems the water from the water faucet gets backed up and icky. There's another park 1/2 down that is all woodchips and a but more wide open

This is a great dog park. Decent size, water hole and benches. It gets busy around 5pm so just be aware of all the dogs coming in because it can get crowded and some dogs are more socialized than others. There is plenty of street parking (look to side streets if the main road is filled up). The park has a hard closing time and gets locked up at the end of the day.

I love this dog park, but I have a concern about a security officer. I don’t know of another forum to share my concern. If anyone has some idea about who to contact about Playa Vista park safety, please send them this link or let me know. I realize that this is a terrible photo, but I was honestly afraid of getting closer. This (security?) personnel was loudly shouting to no one in particular: “F**king people can’t follow the f**king rules” over and over while kicking posts and walking around the soccer field next to some kids. He then went to sit on the bench by the Playa Vista Bluff Creek small & large dog parks (the ones with artificial turf and hills). When I looked his way, he glared at me. The date is Wednesday, March 8, 2023 at 12:00 noon. I was leaving the enclosed dog park when I heard him yelling on the soccer field, where he continued to walk to the bench just outside the dog park entrance gates. Even though the picture is questionably valuable, someone might recognize the jacket logo and match that with his scheduled work time. Sure, some park patrons might be annoying, but someone with his volatile temperament should not be working in security, especially near kids, no matter what he was upset about.

My pup Bair always enjoys himself. The other owners are social, most of the dogs are well mannered. There's enough space, benches, water & poop bags available.

Very nice dog park. Often busy at the usual times. Lots of nice designer, dogs and upscale people. Small park for the small dogs and a little bit larger one for the big dogs.

Love this Dog Park!!! 2 sections for small and large dog sizes. Fresh running water for your furry friends. Complimentary poop bags too.

Super friendly people, great dogs with a group of regulars. Artificial turf with a water channel, whole place could use a good power wash but it's a drought so just make sure you wash after touching almost any surface below knee-height. It's kept clean of trash, and plenty of parking usually.

I’ve been taking my small dog to the small dog size park and it’s been wonderful until this morning. There was a small grey bulldog who was aggressive, he kept getting on top of my dog, being aggressive even as my dog kept walking away from it. The owner, a fully tattooed guy who looked like he’d just gotten out of prison, didn’t control his dog. He got up and got his dog once but his dog kept at my dog. He then had the audacity to tell me, “You shouldn’t bring your dog to a dog park if it’s not going to play.” Wth? I told him that his dog was the one having trouble playing and following instructions as it kept jumping, trying to dominate my dog. Dog parks aren’t training grounds. No doubt… Dogs are like their owners. We ended up leaving.

Very popular place for unleashed dogs that are separated by weight for safety and running water located in the over 40 lb. Section to quench their thirst. Good socialization for my dog who is deaf. She had a blast!!

A clean little park full of friendly dogs. Pros: - Good location away from major intersections and business areas. - Cleaner than surrounding parks. - Some water is available. Cons: - Usually a little bit too crowded in that you might trip over some dogs if you're not on the look out.

Great place to take your dog. Everytime I've gone here, my dog has a good time meeting other dogs and they have baggies for your dog clean up. Also, it's kinda close to the beach.
