Yeah it's my fault...... Look at it closely!

Canceled my membership April of last year (2016). They continued to charge my card for two months. It was a hassle trying to get that money back so I dropped it and went about my life. But today, I received a notice requesting me to make a payment for an account that has been closed for over a year or else it would go to collections. The "offer" expires today 9-1-17. I don't know what kind of scam this place is trying to run but the BBB will surely hear of it. And I'm not surprised if a class action lawsuit will result.

Been told for over a year that they'll be new punching bags and nothing. They said new equipment and nothing. They said they'll repair the broken machines and it's over 2 years. Better off at "24 hours " gym or a better location. Oh, and make sure when you cancel your membership; go to bank to block them..They scam you and keep charging you.

Pretty sure they have never fixed anything that broke after opening. Half the treadmills don't work. As of writing this on 9/5/18, the water fountain has been broke for 2 weeks. Today is October 8th, and both water fountains are still broken. Also, don't bother going after 4 p.m. because there will be absolutely no equipment available.

I wish I didn't get a membership here. The Locker room and shower areas are dirty. They smell like urine. The steam room is out of order. Their Moto is luxury at an affordable price. That's a lie. You are better off taking your business elsewhere

The USA Fitness Centers are notorious for really bad service. I have had a similar experience to the many horror stories on here. They do have some good equipment, but honestly, don't bother with companies like this that are out to scam you.

GOOD GYM HAS EVERYTHING YOU NEED EQUIPMENT GETS PACKED

Do not go to this gym. I signed up to the Speakeasy gym a few months ago being reassured by Speakeasy Fitness that they would comply with the state rules and regulations that all individuals MUST wear a mask when working out. From day 1 of attending the gym individuals were not wearing masks. Gym members weren't wearing masks on their chin, under their noses... nope they weren't wearing masks AT ALL. No masks insight. I notified the very JUNIOR staff multiple times during my work out and at the end of my work out. On one particular day an employee essentially told me that she asked members to comply but they wont.... Additionally at times I wasn't even temperature checked when entering the gym. This place is a nightmare.

Super nasty bathroom and sauna.. too getto people. Camping at the floor.

Funny how the only good reviews are probably of the staff or owners... this is by far the worst experience you will ever have at a gym... like mentioned before, they will be nice,friendly and helpful the first time or until you sign a contract. After that, don't expect much, other than an awful attitude, crowded parking and them Stealing your money.... took for ever to cancel and they do charge WHATEVER they feel like. DO NOT. .. DO NOT. ... DO NOT sing up

I have been working out at this gym for a year now and I can proudly say that I have had nothing but a wonderful experience. The members here are very friendly, after a while you really get to know everyone. Every time I walk in I get a warm welcome from Koby, Danny, and Heidy. I really like how they completely renovated the steam room and have brought in new machinery.

i have to say when i was in this location (Sepulveda) staff was full of negative energy and bad service. i was their to cancel my membership i was put on a free trial. And glad i canceled it. not going to spend money in a gym full of bad energy staff who look like they hate their job. part of being a sales rep is to sale ppl and give good deals not the best gym out their.

staff is friendly. classes seem to change but whatever. it is spacious and they have childcare. only $20 a month and i can bring a person for free with me EVERY time i work out. it's like $10 a month for person. I like it. very convenient and affordable.

I must admit , I was a little doubtful to come here at first because of all the other reviews but I actually had a good experience . Thanks to Geovanna ,the cute attendant at the front desk for going thru the paper work & everything with me. I had told her about how I almost didn't sign up because of the negative reviews but she informed me that these reviews were old and did not reflect the New staff that has taken over now. And it shows! they are doing their best to bring their reputation back and well from my recent experience I'm sure they will accomplish their goal. Hope they keep up the good work.

Not really super busy which is good. The women's locker room is always clean but the sauna doesn't work only the steam room. I like the music they play.
