US Taekwondo is a great place for people of all ages to come and learn martial arts and self defense. Master Sunmi is awesome and a great instructor that I would recommend to all my family and friends. During class the program is structured to learn Takewondo and also a great way to get a nice workout.

I came here as a child and was trained for 6 years by Master Ko and Master Luc. I loved the experience so much that I now have both of my boys here learning from Master Sunmi. It is so important to me that my boys learn not only how to channel their energy towards active learning and teamwork each day, but towards building their character as well. They’re not only learning self defense techniques but also are learning the fundamentals of respect, discipline and focus. This benefited me so greatly and that’s exactly what I want for them too. They look forward to coming here daily to earn their badges and see their friends and master Sunmi and I love how they incorporate games for the young ones to let them play together.

My 6 year old son started about 3 months ago and it's been great! Master Sunmi is one of the best! She knows how to teach kids. Not only she teaches all the fundamentals really well, but she keeps the class so fun. My son loves going to US Taekwondo! Master Sunmi is also very kind and prompt to parents. I highly recommend this place!

My two sons had been attending this Taekwondo center for the last seven years. My older boy is now attending adult and black belt class which is more intense than the children's class. They have thrived by training not only physical skills but also their mind. They offer both in person class and zoom class since the pandemic. I was little skeptical about Taekwondo zoom class at first, but it has been working out great and helps my kids staying active while staying home. Master Sunmi is very professional and very knowledgeable. She is very loving and caring but also firm when she needs to be. I highly recommend this studio for everyone who wants to learn Taekwondo. My two kids just absolutely love this studio.

Master Sunmi is a great instructor. Ever since my two sons started Taekwondo, they have learned to respect and greet adults, to make friends, and they eat well. She is not only a great Taekwondo instructor, but she also helps them with their mental health.

Such a great TKD school. Master Sunmi is an amazing teacher and really cares about her students. She gives each kid extra time and attention to really make them feel comfortable and help with their learning. She really helped our 5 year old come out of his shell. My boys have been going to US Taekwondo Center Porter Ranch since April 2021. I signed them up so they can have an outlet for their energy since so many activities were still limited at school at that time. They have learned and grown so much from Master Sunmi. I love how they've gotten physically stronger and she even teaches them how to properly break a fall, and useful self defense techniques. On top of all that, she teaches them respect and discipline. All in 40 min classes, 3 times a week. She's such an effective teacher, with just the right amount of directness to command respect, and is always so patient. You often see her laughing with the kids when they play games to end class, and you can see how much she loves teaching. My boys love going and have set a goal for themselves to reach black belt so we are in it for the long haul. Master Sunmi and her staff are amazing and totally worth the time and investment!

Master Sunmi Kim is Amazing, she taught Teakwondo inital basics to my 3.5 year old, I wish I could continue my son at her studio but we had to move to a new city. She is very patient and made sure my son was having fun while learning new skills. She even gave us private lessons because my son was too young for a group class and most of the classes with my son went over the time slot but Master Sunmi never ended the class in a hurry nor charged more for the extra time. She is very focused and dedicated and genuinely wants the kids to learn and enjoy!

We are so happy that the studio is open again. Grandmaster & Master Sunmi have made a safe & fun environment for the students. Our daughter is delighted to be back in class!

Master Ko's instructors style of teaching allows students to experience the fulfillment-of-satisfaction as they accomplish their various individual levels of skills. Our two young sons believe that Master Ko's program helped them appreciate martial arts with both joy and discipline. Now, as young adults, they've seen their achievements in Taekwondo reflected in their resumes for admission to educational institutions and more recently with securing professional employment.

Studio is well managed. Very clean! Filled with nice people and skilled masters!!! Everyday filled with fun and laughter!

We started my 6-year-old daughter and 10 year-old son at US Taekwondo a few months ago and we absolutely love it. Master Sumni is the best teacher both of my kids could have asked for. She encourages and challenges them and makes the class a ton of fun for both of them. We couldn't recommend them high enough. 10+

Master Sunmi is very caring and patient with my 4 year old who is distracted and all over the place. I am grateful for other instructors there too for their genuine care for the kids. I see kids here enjoy their class so much, very engaged and improve every time. It is such a pleasure watching them so happy and learn new moves, and I see they get motivated from each other. What a healthy and great environment to be!

I have only seen positive things come out from sending my 5 year old to US TKD. Master Sunmi and the other instructors really make a huge effort to ensure that the children are building self confidence as well as learning proper form and techniques, while making it a fun environment. The master and leaders treat each student with respect, vice versa. My son loves attending US TKD so much and we’ve even enrolled our daughter!

The instructors are great and highly motivating! Since my son started a few months ago we have seen such an improvement in his self confidence and discipline. He looks forward to coming to class every week and often talks about Master Sunmi at home. Everyone here Does a great job at motivating the children and they are learning ina fun but strict environememt.

Our son loves going to TKD at US Taekwondo!! Master Sunmi is an amazing instructor, She is the perfect balance of firm but caring. Master Kim is outstanding and hilarious to watch playing with the kids, but also a firm instructor. Watching the kids progress and growth has been exciting and fun. Master Sunmi and Master Kim you have both been a solid influence on my son. If you are looking for the best TKD in the Valley, you found it!

My 6 yo daughter loves going to TKD here. Master Sunmi is a wonderful instructor. Firm when needed, but also very caring and thoughtful. She's so great with kids, and you see that they really respond to her. I think she and the rest of the staff (Master Kim is also great) are such a good influence on my daughter.
