This place has changed my life! I was always very athletic and loved being active. As I got older I found it tough to get to the gym as often as I liked or to find the motivation...especially for the time commitment. Since joining F45 Sherman Oaks about a year ago I have consistently gone about 3-5 days per week. Even on the days I am lacking motivation, I know if I can just get my butt there I’ll get it done. It’s only a 45 minute workout, and each exercise is anywhere form 20 seconds to 60 seconds with a short rest. You can do anything for about a minute!! Two things keep me coming back: 1) the coaches are amazing!! Super friendly and very focused on your personal improvement. They get to know you, what your capable of, and guide you to achieve your specific goal. 2) the results. That’s what it’s all about, isn’t it?!? I’ve never looked or get better. That’s enough for me. Can’t recommend enough. 100 stars!!

Love this place! We live in Dallas and work out at F45 at home, and this is our spot when we've visiting family in LA. This location has such a great vibe. Love the coaches, and the friendly welcoming community. 5 stars! Get there.

Okay I need to mention I go to multiple locations and I absolutely love the energy these trainers have. Always positive, uplifting and kind. I love the Saturday class so much especially when I’m greeted by Malikeh, Katie, Riley, Gabby, and Natalie! Thank you for helping maintain my fitness and push myself !

F45 Sherman Oaks has such an all star team! Whether you’re working out at 5:30am or 7pm, everyone is extremely friendly and motivating, pushing you closer to your fitness goals. They will even remember your name and make sure you are comfortable throughout the class. If you’re looking for a great workout place, you need to check this studio out.

The instructors are phenomenal. Very clean area. I’m moving however I will be taking the classes upon my return to Los Angeles. Mikaela and Gabriel were great.

UNMATCHED ENERGY! I’ve been to a couple F45 classes and it never ceases to amaze me how into it everyone is, it’s almost like giving up isn’t an option at F45. The trainers are all very friendly, fit, and attractive lol and they make sure that you’re squeezing every ounce of juice inside of you. Classes are never really the same so you never know what to expect except that you’re gonna SWEATTTT!!! Shoutout Malika Hannah and Grace for making sure I put in the workkk today!

Studio is awesome and staff was great. Unfortunately I had an old injury and couldn’t continue, but the staff were very understanding and didn’t give me any hassles about canceling my membership like some other gyms/studios. They were very helpful and considerate. I’m hoping to get back in there soon.

If you’re like me, a gym isn’t anywhere near my idea of something “fun” to do. Nevertheless, over the past three months F45 Sherman Oaks is my must go-to place to get my sweat on. Everyday and every workout is varied so you never get bored. The other members are becoming more of a community where we hang out afterwards to catch our breath and see how we did. The owners, Andrew and Ryan have hired a truly amazing staff who come each day with a positive attitude and energy, each with his own unique array of strengths. Patrick, Andrew and John are the best part of my day (except when they add more weights to my workout!) no matter your size, no matter what shape you’re in, this place will change you for the better!

Awesome workout and nice, clean place. The trainers there help push you so you get a great workout in, so that you feel like you made the most of it. Plus, the space is cool and I liked the equipment we got to use with all the different exercises we went through.
